Omg I love this place Gabby, Richard, Armando, Trent and all of the other servers today were awesome per the usual. Gabby is my server every time and never disappoints!! I will be back here each and everytime I have the ability to. The staff here is top tier and the food is awesome!!!

Had an amazing time at Fogo, it was a great place for my husband and I to have our Anniversary celebration. Everyone was great and treated us amazing. Service was amazing. Please let the workers know they all did great. Especially our server. (didn’t get their name sadly) The meat and lamb was delicious, especially the lamb (It was my favorite).

We had an amazing experience tonight celebrating my brother’s birthday at Fogo de Chão! Our servers, Richard and Janine (spelling), were both fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. Richard was especially attentive and went out of his way to make the night special, including ensuring I got the specific cut of meat I could eat. Janine also provided excellent service, keeping our table running smoothly all evening. Together, they made the experience seamless and memorable. The food was fantastic, and the service, from the bussers to the gauchos, was top-tier. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is great! Took my father out for his birthday. Great experience! 10 out 10 from the food to the drinks! We'll be back for sure!

My husband treated me to this restaurant for my birthday and our experience was amazing. Trent and Cameron, our servers, were very kind and attentive. Our food was delicious. I was very pleased with everything and I would 100% go again.

Came here on 11/30 to celebrate a birthday. The staff from 3:30-5:30 provided some of the best service I’ve seen in years in any restaurant. The names I was able to get were Angelina and Miguel. They gave us information on the restaurant and the menu. Everyone here though is to be complimented on their friendliness - from the valet who opened the doors when we arrived, the hostess, the staff with the meats. Thank you to all of you for making this birthday an amazing one!

Eddie was super kind and accommodating. My fiancé and I had a reservation for our 10th year anniversary. He made sure that we were well taken care of. The whole team did a phenomenal job. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate our anniversary. 🥹🫶

I celebrated my birthday at Fogo de Chão, and it was truly a night to remember—thanks in large part to the amazing service from Nick and Eddy. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the evening special. They were both incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Nick was knowledgeable and offered great menu tips, while Eddy made sure we were always taken care of and our drinks stayed full, sides were fresh, and they even helped make the birthday feel extra special. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the celebration that much better. If you’re planning a special occasion, I highly recommend Fogo de Chão and definitely ask for Nick and Eddy. They helped make it one of the best birthday dinners I’ve ever had!

This is my first time ever experiencing this restaurant. The service, the atmosphere and the food were all just absolutely excellent. Amanda, minerva, and Jesus P. all made our dining experience superb!

Yesterday was my birthday and my husband and I did not know where to go! We planned to go to Phi Chang initially until I lost my mood. Then, I searched something new. I found this restaurant. Honestly, we did not expect much from this restaurant. We thought it would be a long delay to send the meats as their marketing strategy. Also, we speculated that rhe meats weren't tasty and it would be uncomfortable eating in the crowd for my special moment. We gambled for my birthday. But we were so surprised with how we can reserve a table within a few hours before the time. The meats were so tender and juicy! Their lamb meats were the best! They have pork meats and chicken too. But I do not eat pork. I told them that I don't eat pork for my beliefs. They communicated with their team to send us more beef and lamb. Another good thing was the staff and waitresses and waiters. They were so friendly, listening, and helping each other. The meats came to our table quite often and it was so satisfying for both tummy and tongue! One more, their alchohol drinks were also good! I ordered hibiscus strawberry and passion fruit ones! Out this world! We highly recommend this place to all folks! We will cone back again for sure! I forgot one thing: Thanks for the complimentary dessert (cheesecake in creambrulle style)! Loved it! One waiter showed in my back in my picture! We liked him! ❤️

Wow! Friendly, professional staff. They checked in often on how we were doing. Even sent over perfectly cooked steaks when asked. The lamb chops, rib eye and filet were melt in your mouth. The selections are great. Cold bar was delicious.

I’m a little late with this review! My friends and I came here on the 11th of January. The food was great, the atmosphere was awesome but the service….the service set this place apart. I would like specifically to shout out Cooper, Peter and Jenni. Those 3 individuals exemplify what makes a team and takes a restaurant to the next level. I manage a food and beverage program at a country club in Idaho where we are from and I would hire them 5x over. Jenni is everything I look for in my managers. Thank you all for making our experience incredible. Next time we are in town, we will see ya!

Eddie is an incredible manager at Fogo de Chão and truly makes every visit better. We’ve been coming to this restaurant for years, and the service is always 100%, but Eddie consistently goes above and beyond. He is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about every guest’s experience. He always checks in, makes you feel comfortable, and keeps everything running smoothly. You can really see his leadership reflected in the staff and the overall atmosphere. Because of Eddie, every visit feels special, easy, and enjoyable. He is a huge asset to Fogo de Chão, and a big reason why we continue to come back time and time again!

Food was amazing! They were on top of things and consistent with bringing different meats to the table. Caprese salad was to die for. The manager also gave us 2 complimentary desserts on the house. We had the chocolate cake and it was great! The pineapple old fashion was really yummy too. Make sure to get here by 5:30 or so though, because it does get busy.

I came in on Saturday. Me and my family of 4 sat in the back and we had Sydney as our server. We had 2 other girls frequently checking in on us but she really stood out from them. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we understood how everything worked since it was our first time visiting this location. She was not overbearing, she was attentive in making sure our waters did not run low, and made sure we were having a pleasant experience. You could tell she genuinely cared about giving us a great experience and not just doing her job because she has to. The food was great. This location was a little noisy. Other than that I enjoyed my experience

She made sure we had ALL the meat we needed 🥩, checked on us multiple times, came back around without us even having to ask, and made sure we never missed a single thing. That kind of service is rare these days. Her energy was on point, her attention to detail was next level, and she genuinely cared that we had a great experience. That goes a LONG way. Straight up — Minerva made the night. If you get her as your server, you already won. 💪👏🍽️ Highly recommend!!

We had an exceptional experience at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse. The food was outstanding, with perfectly cooked meats, a fresh and well curated market table, and consistently high quality throughout the meal. Our server, Ysenia, truly elevated the experience. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel very well cared for. Edie was absolutely amazing. From start to finish he was attentive and genuinely cared about making sure everything came out right and asked what would like . He took the time to make sure my little guy felt celebrated, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

Went to Fogo de Chão in Scottsdale and had a really solid experience. The food was great — the meats came out consistently, everything was cooked well, and the salad bar had a ton of options. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, and the place felt really clean and well-run. Service was also on point. Our server, Isaac, was super friendly and made things easy without being over the top. Jenny was also really nice and checked in on us a couple of times, which was appreciated. Both of them helped keep everything running smoothly. Overall, really good spot for a nice dinner. I’d definitely go back.

We had an enjoyable lunch at Fogo today. The atmosphere was elegant modern and chic. The service is why I want to take time to write a review. Armando was our sever and his attention courtesy and pleasant demeanor made our experience extraordinary. From the moment we arrived he greeted us warmly took his time to explain everything and was effortlessly kind and helpful. He made sure our water was filled and made sure everything was to our liking. He was friendly without being pushy and very genuine . He made us feel welcome and made sure we were enjoying the experience . I will definitely come back and recommend that restaurants pay attention to their customers if they want to survive in this economy. Thank you Armando for elevating our dining experience. You are an incredible server and will go far in your career. If I had a restaurant I’d definitely recruit you. Fogo take note to reward and retain talent like this if you want to remain competitive.

John and Brandon were our bartenders for the night. They had great communication between each other and the influx of orders they had to complete. My husband ordered a cosmo and I ordered the samba squeeze martini. Both were delicious and just how we like them. They made sure we were happy with our drinks. I would definitely ask for them to help us out when we come back.

Compared to a similar style restaurant, it was not quite as nice from a intimate feel, felt more like a high end buffet. Our table was skipped over several times when we had the green ready emblem, and once we mentioned it to the hostest, it went from occasional to overwhelming in a couple minutes, definitely overcompensating. The food was absolutely delicious, top tier, but it was very noisy and service seemed to be the squeaky wheel gets the grease

I have to say I was highly excited to be going to this restaurant based on all the hype I saw on Instagram. I made reservations to celebrate my fiancé‘s birthday. The salad bar was very low-key low quality items. Having been at other Brazilian steakhouses I have to rate this as the lowest one I’ve been to. The service was also very slow and overly casual for the prices being paid while there was a couple good cuts of meat we found most of the meat that was served was a step away from being beef jerky, overly cooked and the frequency in which they came around was not very often. Ambience was not what I expected either. I will not be going back to this restaurant again.

Loved this restaurant but me personally I'm not a buffet person and I can only eat so much, but I would definitely recommend great service for groups and ambiance was nice!!

So I've been to many Fogo de Chao restaurants across the country and I have to say that this one is truly disappointing. After we were seated, it was like pulling teeth to get service. Another table walked away because of it. It did get better once we got our plates. The main food complaint was the over cooked lambchops.

Rachel is horrible. Rachel is the reason for 2 stars. Otherwise would have been 5 Leaves a terrible taste of fogo de chao. We saw her screaming at our server. Made us very uncomfortable especially because our server was great to us. Our server was meeting every single one of our needs. Exactly how he should. Rachel is definitely NOT personable. Just selfish and no sense of hospitality. She doesn’t understand the industry. She doesn’t understand how to made the “customer come first.” Don’t know who trained her or how she was taught. But anybody in the restaurant industry just knows this is not how to “customer service.” (Coming from someone in the restaurant industry). If I was fogo de chao I would demote her IMMEDIATELY. She does not care about customers or client experience. Trust me. We spent around $500. I had a very small request and she was not able to meet it. To be specific one of our family came to join us. Not to come eat. Just to come say hi! He was planning to pull up a chair for a minute or two from the table next to us. The manager Rachel told us no. That it was not acceptable. She told us the table next to us had a party that was full. Then proceeded to pull one single chair away to the back. Lol ( which easily could have been ours for 1-5 minutes.) I ended up sharing my own chair my him. Which was apparently fine to her. Again because he wasn’t eating or drinking. Just asked for a water. Everybody else was amazing expect for Rachel really put a bad taste in our mouth. Very disappointing coming from a 5 star restaurant.

My girlfriend and I decided to come here for my birthday dinner last night (9-23-25). We drove from Payson which is an hour and a half one way. For an upscale dining experience I was disappointed to say the least. We were seated and given the run down on how things worked. We were given water and my girlfriend asked for lemon for her water. After about 20 minutes of waiting not only for lemon but for a server or ANYBODY to acknowledge us I approached the manager and told her we’ve been waiting a long time, still waiting on lemons and people who were sat after us were already getting food. She addressed the issues brought the lemons and we were finally able to order. We ordered the food and ordered a cocktail and a beer. After about another 20 minutes I had to flag our waiter down (Alex) to ask about our drinks. They started to bring the meats around but no matter how many times I asked for something chicken no one came around with chicken. The meal was supposed to come With Brazilian sides but the only side dish we got was a single plate of mashed potatoes AFTER we were done with our meal. Maybe I was expecting more but we were disappointed. Oh, and the bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly.

I’ve been to Fogo de Chão twice, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. The first time, the service was not great and the food was just average—nothing memorable. For the price, there are many other restaurants that offer much better food and overall experience. I went back a second time only because a family member wanted to try it for the first time. I actually tried to convince everyone to pick another restaurant, but decided to give it one more chance. We had a reservation for 8:00 PM and arrived early at 7:30 PM, which was fine since we knew we might need to wait. However, by 8:35 PM we were still waiting with no table available. We finally left at 8:40 PM because the wait was excessive and poorly managed. Ironically, the restaurant called us at 8:50 PM to say our table was ready—far too late. Making a reservation here feels completely pointless. There was clearly no organization, and we saw several other parties dealing with the same issue. Between the average food, poor service, and lack of respect for reservations, this place is not worth it. I will not be coming back. If you want good food and good service for that price, you’re better off eating somewhere else.
