Opinions de Literati Cafe Los Angeles
It across the street from our office building. Very convenient. The food is fresh and tastes very good. A lot of options. Highly recommend. My favorite dish is the breakfast burrito with hash browns inside the burrito!
This place is great! I placed a large order for my office, and the person helping me on the phone was super helpful and made sure he had all the orders correct. They were kind enough to label the food items for me as well, and offered me an itemized receipt before I could ask for one! Everyone enjoyed the food, and thanks again for making our lunch a wonderful experience :)
I forgot to take pictures, but my Cobb salad was excellent and they were very careful to adhere to my food allergies. I will be back! I also love the fact that you have to show your vaccination card to eat inside!
Beautiful ambience. Lovely owner and staff. The minute dine in is permitted, this is THE PLACE TO CHECK OUT. GO TO. April 20th, 2021. Waited 20 mins for them to make our cappuccinos. Truth be told, we ordered 2 cinnamon twists along with 2 large cappuccinos and THEY FORGOT our beverages. First morning they were slightly busy, and couldn't coordinate themselves. We are regulars. Disappointing indeed.
I had some work to upload and needed WiFi. The Literati Cafe was perfect. It was a Saturday evening. The place was almost empty, so I had my choice of tables. I found one in a corner near an outlet, and I was in business. I ordered the Roasted Red Pepper hummus w/ warm pita bread. They serve it with lettuce and carrots. It was delicious and more than I could finish. The staff was friendly and left me alone. I spent about an hour there. WiFi is free for the first hour, then you have to make a purchase, and ask the staff for a password. There are signs asking patrons to limit their visit to 45 minutes when it is crowded. You could easily spend hours here. The music selection is eclectic.
Quite possibly the single most aesthetic cafe I've visited- cute, cozy, and sweet. Almost nice enough to make you forget that you're in the city and not a countryside. Coffee is reasonably priced with good portipns, and is very good.
SUPER CUTE cafe. Hot coffee is pretty good but iced is better. They do cafe art sometimes which is nice. Food is aesthetically on point. Perfect date spot. Sizes are massive and great avocado toast
One of the most beautiful cafes in Los Angeles. It is beautifully adorned with natural decor and the atmosphere is very vibrant. It is a popular spot with good food and even better drinks. They have bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary. You can also sit outside on a warm day and enjoy the surroundings. The waiters are very attentive and amicable. Highly recommended.
Lovely macchiato and scone to celebrate a beautiful morning.
This place is a great favorite of mine in the neighborhood. There's always a seat available the food is good value and tasty, plus it's a bright airy venue to hang out in. This is not where you would come for a culinary experience but unpretentious simple food. The only downsides: logging in for the Wi-Fi is a little bit annoying and there is only one bathroom for the entire Cafe with the code.
Absolutely love this cafe. My husband stumbled upon it after a work meeting, and we have been in love ever since. Friendly staff, delicious food and wonderful - truly wonderful - coffee. The cafe reminds us of our trips to little spots in Italy and other parts of Europe. A delightful hidden gem!
Came right before they closed. Felt so bad! They welcomed us and served us and the food was amazing! Great staff.. atmosphere… would recommend!
The food and coffee was very good. The service was a little slow the two times that I went there, although, people from California may not think so! I had the whole grain French toast such was very good. The other time I went there, I had the almond croissant which also was very good
Had breakfast with my wife there on a rainy Monday morning. A light group of patrons rendered the neat, well lit and functional place comfy. I ordered at the counter from the relatively short list of items on the menu. The food and drink was very good if not a bit pricey.
Such a cozy and beautiful place to enjoy a delicious drink and lovely food fair! If you're going in the evening and are going to eat, be sure to get your order in early, the kitchen closes at 9pm. The staff are great too, so I'll be hanging out here again!
Their breakfast tacos really are sooooo good!
I cannot say enough about this place. This was hands down some of the best breakfast food I have ever had, and the cost was shockingly reasonable for its location and quality. Absolutely stellar. Staff was fantastic, careful (COVID), and kind and calm through the whole experience. If you are ever in the area and you don't stop here, you are truly missing out!
This place has been around in forever!! Lovely at any day of the week. The environment is like in the 40's, which I personally love. They have variety of food and drinks. Plenty of seats/ tables and service is pleasant. Either you'd like to grab a quick lunch or have a business meeting, or even a date, that's our local awesome place to pick!
As Aussies visiting LA, we found this cafe close to where we were staying and were hooked immediately. Great food, coffee, service and an all round cool place. Loved the wall made with actual books and mortar.
I've been here twice. Once in the later afternoon, the other time in the morning. Both times I had a good experience. During the former visit I had the turkey chili, which is more of a soup and is listed under soups. Although I like chili to be thicker, I liked the flavor of this dish. In the morning I had coffee, which was good, and a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich comes on a ciabatta, which I usually don't like, as they tend to be on the drier side and often overwhelm the contents of the sandwich with their size. This ciabatta was not dry, and although large, the sandwich contents were generous. The accompanying hash browns were typical fare - brown on the edges and undercooked in the center. Both times I liked the service and enjoyed sitting both inside and out although Wilshire can be noisy. I wish they opened earlier as I would be more likely to have coffee there.
Always delish fresh food , friendly lovely staff and the best ambiance for a coffee, a snack, a meal or a spot to get some reading done.
I visited this cafe for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. I ordered a Black Forrest Mocha, Cobb Salad and Chocolate Muffin and everything I ate/ drank was amazing as well as reasonably priced. The environment is welcoming and both lively and a good place to study (which is what I was doing). The staff were very kind and the cafe seemed extremely clean and well tended to. I loved the atmosphere and look forward to coming back!
Friendly service, nice atmosphere, good food and coffee. The only downside was the subtle chlorine aftertaste to beverages and the offered water that I am not used to. Power outlets and 1 hr free WiFi, then $1 per hour.
The last time we ate here I really felt for the staff. Several people weren't able to come to work, so there was only a cashier, a server and a cook. They were incredible. Everyone was still happy and kind and of course the food was delicious. We didn't mind the wait at all. Oh! I should mention it was the first time I went for it and got a pastry.... It was soooo good. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
It's best cafe to enjoy your coffee with some sweet pastries to make your day. The pastries are so good the texture and sweetness are just perfect . Potato chips were also crispy. The staff there were also friendly they help me with some recommendations. I had a pleasantfull visit.
A neighborhood gem! Cozy ambiance, delicious food and warm people. Definitely recommend!
I’ve been lucky enough to visit Literati since it opened over 20 years ago. It has consistently been a welcoming, delicious retreat. From having a place to study when I was younger to a place where I can take my kids for meals, Literati has been a home away from home. The absolute best.
One of the best cafes in LA. I’ve been going here for years and the food, service and atmosphere has always been incredible.
I enjoyed my tofu burrito with a side of mixed greens. The atmosphere is nice with all the artwork and the hanging books. It was a little annoying that they require placing a new order at the front, which requires waiting in line again, for a second side of sauce, but overall I had a good experience.
I loved their enchiladas !! I am a foodie and try food every day and this enchiladas, wete just super tasty.
I love this place. I'm a writer. The food is fabulous. Breakfast and brunch is the best on the Westside. The atmosphere is tops.
I only discovered the Literati Cafe a few months ago and I've already ordered from there 20+ times. Everything I've had from the Cobb salad to the breakfast tacos to the benedicts and sandwiches has all been phenomenal. One of my go-to spots in LA.
This is one of my most favorite places on the west side. The breakfast burrito and breakfast tacos are my FAVE!!! The coffee options endless. The chocolate chip bannana bread is RIDICULOUS! I would highly recommend all things on the menu and the staff is fantastic! Make sure to tip them!!! They deserve it!!!
Literati Cafe is a gem! Lovely people (a family-run business), friendly service, and, most of all, great food. From the egg dishes to the salads to the sandwiches, and more, everything so well-prepared and nicely presented. And they are totally open to customizing your order (within reason). So fortunate to have such a terrific eatery in the neighborhood!
I just want to share that I had such a lovely lunch excellent hummus, vegetarian wrap that was out of this world ,full of pesto and flavor. Ariel and Amy were the baristas and they were so helpful and sweet. The whole atmosphere and vibe is so welcoming I can’t say enough… gush, gush. For a writer it is an extraordinary experience with visual tributes to famous writers around the world surrounding you.
Nice little place with a big atmosphere. Very nice breakfast selection, sandwiches, and beverages. If you feel like "starting early," they have a full bar with cocktails, beer, and mimosas. Place is decorated in true L.A. / Hollywood fashion with pictures of celebrities and artists decorating the walls. Good place to peacefully eat breakfast and possibly do a little work at the same time. I recommend 👌🏻
This cafe keeps it simple with its standard cafe food, but what makes it shine is the freshness and overall quality. When it comes to Wi-Fi, though, it can be a bit frustrating. The connection has speed limits, which can be disruptive when streaming videos, making it less suitable for tasks like watching lectures. However, for light internet use, it does the job. Inside, the cafe is nicely decorated, creating a comfortable setting for studying or hanging out with friends. The ambiance is inviting and easygoing. While the outdoor seating option is appealing, there's a drawback – pesky mosquito bites. If the cafe could address this issue, it would significantly enhance the outdoor experience and make it even more enjoyable. In summary, if you're in the mood for straightforward, fresh cafe food in a cozy setting, this cafe delivers. Just keep in mind the Wi-Fi limitations and the potential for mosquito bites if you opt for outdoor seating. With a little improvement in this regard, it could become an even better spot to visit.
Super cool cafe with a delicious breakfast menu and a wide variety of coffee options (cappuccinos are 👌). We had the Westside eggs benedict and multigrain French toast. The literature theme with the hanging books and wall art was very well executed, great ambiance, and the cafe is spacious so if the main room near the register is too loud, there's a whole separate indoor area and patio which we would have tried if it wasn't such a hot day. Would definitely revisit if we're in the area again.
It’s amazing to see that this place is over during Covid. I was so excited to try this place out on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to sit outside on their beautiful patio filled with a lot of greenery. They had everything closed off inside and were practicing social distancing. My wife got their bacon and eggs plate with was delicious! They had this jelly for the multigrain toast that was amazing! I got their Breakfast sandwich filled with goodness. If you need a breakfast/brunch spot then check this place out. Plenty of parking and they have sanitizer ready to go for you. Such a friendly staff and got our order to us in a good amount of time.
Loved my Taco Breakfast, Westside Benedict, Spanish Latte, and Vanilla Latte!! Yeah, my morning appetite is abnormally large...But the space, the room, the food, and the people are so lovely that they all together can make your day, as well as the amount of food intake 🤣🤣 They do have power supply, so you can work with your computer there all day long!
Breakfast tacos are 💣, slightly scaled up food in a comfy space. Great study spot. Right on a busy intersection. Only has paid parking.
A local spot with delicious food, outlets, and plenty of seats and tables. Lots of people coming in for lunch. Kinda noisy at that hour but thats expected. Turkey panini and turkey chili were delicious. Side salad was meh. Will return when i need to study.
Great coffee & good food. If you're in the Brentwood(West Los Angeles) area and are looking for a good spot to have a cup of Joe, then this is the place. Great for breakfast, too! (Bring back the egg pizza for Breakfast, Literati Cafe: it was amazing!)
Great atmosphere for coffee and conversation, as well as reading or getting some work done. They have decent wifi here, great artisan drinks and food that's pretty good. I normally just come here for some coffee and reading, and haven't had too much of the food but what I have had has been pretty good, but not amazing or anything. Definitely would highly recommend coming for atmosphere and coffee, and I find myself here often. Plenty of seating.
Great place to eat brunch
Food and ambience are great. The customer service is in need of improvement. We were not given a number after ordered food. Tea was not brought to the table and the overall attitudes of front desk people could use some improvement. Mexican American servers were excellent. And last but not least charging $1.00 for a coffee refill is not customer friendly.
I've been to this restaurant a few times and it is always packed. Don't plan on bringing a group because you're lucky to get a table with four seats let alone however many you actually need. The food is typical cafe fare such as sandwiches, burgers, salads, breakfast, etc. There are no complaints about the food which is typically good, but there's nothing super original about this place. There is a somewhat significant wait time so don't plan on being here in a hurry. No one will check on you after your food arrives and there isn't really a positive atmosphere radiating from the staff. Overall, this is a pretty decent restaurant to come in for a decent bite to eat, just don't expect wonders and thunders...
Great sitting atmosphere. They however are giving you Iced coffee, not cold brew, when you request cold brew. Just tell me that you don't have coldbrew instead of making me pay for something I didn't want. edit: staff professionally addressed it and brought me another drink. Increased the rating.
This place is great to do some work or have a meeting. There are lots of nooks and crannies to sit at depending on what you're looking for (larger space for meeting, small intimate for solo work, big windows, dark corners, so a lot of choices) and a lot of outlets to plus in your various devices. I had a Arnold Palmer which was very good. Next time I'll ask for less ice though. I also had a croissant. Served straight outta the display... Not warm or anything (though I didn't ask). It wasn't anything special. Both things together cost between $7-8. Would I go again? Absolutely. Would I get a croissant again? No.
Relaxing, comfortable setting for lunch; ample seating most of the time. Adequate menu of coffees and sandwiches. Friendly wait staff. Good location on Wilshire at Bundy. Interior decor homey, with old photographs of artists and other notables on the walls. Some parking in the back around corner. Good experience!
Spacious yet cozy feeling cafe. Lots of indoor seating. Great spot to casually dine or study at. Recommend the chicken pesto salad which was flavorful and filling. The soup was too salty for me though. Easy street parking available in front.
Food is good, especially their breakfast. Chocolate chip banana bread is amazing. Their specialty coffee drinks leave a bit to be desired, and I don't love their teas. The restaurant is often loud based on the crowd it draws so if you're looking for a quiet place, this isn't it. I have come here a few times when I needed to get work done over the weekend since there are less distractions than being at home. Some outdoor seating, but too chilly for me.
Really a nice place to have breakfast or brunch. A lot of space outside and inside and a lot good stuff on the menu. You have to order at the counter which is why I give only 4 stars but that’s just because of my personal preference. The food, coffee and orange juice were very good 👍 French toast looked pretty good, too.
Nice cafe for meeting up with people or getting some work done, very well appointed and no creepy people that I've seen the couple of times I've been there. Food is on the expensive side, but that's just the really in Santa Monica. Parking is valet at certain times of the day but it's not so bad to walk a little bit.
I had a fantastic experience at Literati Cafe on Wilshire Blvd! This charming café offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for grabbing a coffee or a bite to eat. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the delightful aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The menu features a great selection of beverages, and I highly recommend their specialty lattes – they’re creamy and delicious! I also tried their pastries, which were fresh and tasty. The seating is comfortable, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, Literati Cafe is a wonderful place to unwind in Los Angeles, and I can’t wait to go back for another visit!
Literati does the basics well. It’s a nice little brunch spot on the busy Wilshire Blvd. I’ve only had their wraps, but it’s given me a good idea of their quality. I loved the chicken Caesar wrap. The breakfast burrito was solid, It was heavy on the eggs compared to other ingredients, but good enough to where I might order it again. I opted to convert the Turkey Avocado from a sandwich to a wrap, but I think that was a mistake. It definitely would have tasted better on a chiabatta bun. Overall, I’d recommend Literati Cafe. It’s hard for me to justify giving 5-stars to a brunch spot, but nonetheless I’m happy to have this as a close breakfast option.
Across the board, it’s okay. The pros are that there is decent food and it includes vegan options (but skip the breakfast vegan options, portions are small and lack flavor). Plenty of tables to meet someone or do some work. The cons are poor management/staff. Ordered online for pickup and sat on the “pick up” bench for half an hour. Name was never called, no one checked in. So I stood at the counter for 5 min, all waitstaff ignored me. So I stepped to a waiter as he went back behind the counter to ask about the order. Turns out it was fully packed sitting on a shelf on the other side of the kitchen. I noticed they did this to other people as well. No pick up system, they just wait until you get disgruntled and physically get in their way. Another time I was shamed for bringing in a reusable empty tumbler because they don’t allow “outside containers.” These are easy fixes so I really hope to update my review soon!
Food is meh. The first time I got a breakfast burrito. It was ok but small. Second time I got eggs Benedict. The eggs where over cooked and I couldn't tell what I was eating.
Ok. So. My burrito was 10/10 good. My iced chai was like watered down or something. No flavor. I think they just used a concentrated syrup and added a bit to some oat milk? Idk. I returned it for a latte which tasted like hot trash. I don’t get the vibes either. Is it French? No. Is there a literary theme? No… staff was nice tho. Burrito was 🔥.
I think the best thing that Literati has going for it is the atmosphere. It's a chill place to sit down and get some work done or have a casual meeting. The food is just average. Coffees and pastries don't really stack up two other cafes in the area. I do think that their juices are pretty good though, made fresh to order, and with your choice of ingredients.
Food is fine, though the menu always felt a bit sparse in some way. I can't quite describe it, but they have a lot, just not what I want. Pastry is fine, but nothing special. Good coffee, though. Surprisingly pricey, which comes with the territory, but not too bad, just more than I want to pay for breakfast. Valet parking or sneak through the Ralph's parking lot.
Had a disappointing lunch here the other day. I asked for a toasted sandwich, no butter, no mayo, and they gave me something grilled in oil that was pretty unappealing. Tomatoes were tasteless. Matcha was so sweet it was undrinkable. This restaurant/café has been here a long time and I have a feeling it’s clientele are just comfortable with it—but for me, I have no desire to return.
Great place for coffee with a couple vegan baked goods. There are two explicitly vegan dishes, and I ordered the Vegan Tofu Scramble. It was quietly served with non vegan butter and there is no alternative. Otherwise it was bland but not the worst tofu scramble. Coffee was good.
Came here to work and they charge for wifi, you get one hr free and have to pay for 2 hours or purchase something. They are also blasting music so it’s not a good work spot. Didn’t try the food so I can’t judge that, but wouldn’t recommend for anyone looking to work. Bathrooms are locked w a code too.
Great ambiance, well-lit, lots of space, nice employees. The food and coffee is not really good though, especially for the prices you pay. I only come here about one a year and it's enough time to forget the quality of the food. That said, I did really enjoy the avocado toast. So maybe it's hit or miss regarding what's worth your money. The eggs Benedict were okay, but I wouldn't order again. The snickers mocha I had tasted like a gas station coffee concoction, so maybe avoid their flavored coffees.
Cute little café, coffee was pretty good, though we were a little disappointed with the Eggs Benedict we got. Good Hollandaise sauce, but the eggs were poached to the point of being hard boiled. The ham was also kinda dried out and tough to cut through. Finally the hash browns had a good texture with a mix of crunch and soft potato, but were lacking any seasoning. Usually not too much of an issue since you can use the yolk run off and Hollandaise in with the hash browns for flavor, but with the stiff yolks that wasn't remotely possible.
Disappointed with our recent visit after a great first visit a few months ago. We arrived for lunch at 2:40, ordered our meals, and went to the outside patio to find a table. As soon as we got outside, the woman cleaning the patio said they close at 3 PM. We said ok and that we were just looking for a place to eat because we already ordered (we were holding out number). She said again that they close at 3. We asked if the patio was closed…asking again if we could eat out here and she said “yes but we close at 3.” Super off-putting considering we already paid for our food. She clearly wanted to leave at 3 and not have us dirty up the patio (which was still being cleaned). Our food arrived so quickly (great), but hash browns were cold. I brought them back to the counter and the guy asked if we wanted them crispier. I said we just wanted them warm. By the time they came back, we were done with our eggs. The hash browns were warm but extra greasy and not good. The Canadian bacon on Eggs Benedict was gristly, too. We asked for more ketchup but never got it, so we went back to the counter to get it ourselves plus salt, pepper, and sweetener for coffee. Listen I don’t mind helping myself that way but not sure what the 20% gratuity is for considering we felt unwelcome, too. It was a fairly underwhelming experience and super disappointing. I would have emailed the restaurant directly instead of posting a review, but there was no contact info on your website.
They only have French roast coffee…need I say more??? 👎🏼🫵🏼Yuck…..left crying that I can not even enjoy a cup of coffee at such a great creative space as this. Ruined my vibe in two flats of a second….light roast please because light has more caffeine and more caffeine tastes better made light is the way to start the day!! . French roast as an only option is sad for a coffee shop. Organic or not it tastes like burnt toast to me.
The coffee is worth the price but croissants are not fresh. If you’re in mood to have those together for breakfast buy your Croissant somewhere else and get the coffee here.
The music was sooooo loud we couldn't hear ourselves talk. I went with a friend who is close to deaf and it was very irritating. 3 times we asked them to turn down the blaring music and they seemed to keep making it louder. My friend said that according to the laws they were required to turn it down and they refused. She could report them. Another couple walked out complaining it was too loud... The food was skimpier than in the past and wasn’t very good.
Literati is usually fine, nothing special. But today it was bad. The cashier was hungover or something and yawned and rubbed his eyes through my whole order. So of course it was not correct when it eventually showed up. I had ordered the fill side of fruit and instead got a tiny fruit cup that replaced the hasbrowns that should have come with my meal. And the chocolate chip banana bread I ordered was out. But they apparently never would have told me if I hadn’t asked where it was. They passed my request off to three people before they figured it out. They gave me a replacement muffin that was cheaper than what I had originally ordered. The woman next to me had ordered a scone that was also no longer available, and she never would have gotten her order if she hadn’t flagged them down either. Terrible service. Mediocre food and coffee. I would recommend Amandine or Blu Jam over Literati any day of the week.
This place can’t cook an over medium egg. When my order was brought out, even before the plate hit the table I could see the egg whites weren’t cooked. I politely brought to the counter and asked if they cook the eggs a bit longer, confirmed I was looking for over medium. My plate was brought with burnt eggs eggs, hard as a rock lol. I ate what could, showed the manager and his response was “there are plenty of places you can go eat”. And he is right, this place isn’t worth your money both in food quality and service.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I've been here 5+ times because I used to enjoy the ambiance, food, and service for working and studying but I will not be back. I have never felt so unwelcome by an establishment in my life. I got there and was immediately greeted with attitude and as I'm trying to order the woman at the cash register is interrupting me. She then, of course, got my order wrong because she was too busy trying to speak over me. I ordered my drink iced and when the worker brought it to me hot, I nicely told him I asked for it iced and he took it back and said the ticket did not say iced. The woman from the register comes out and aggressively tells me "you didn't say iced but ok" and gives me my drink in a to-go cup (I asked for my drink to be for dining in). She immediately starts walking away and I tell her "yes I did" and she replies, from ACROSS the cafe with her back turned "ok". I didn't realize coming here would put me in a weird, aggressive, confrontational situation. If I didn't have to make a meeting I would have packed up my things and left as I was scared she would come over and try to pick yet another fight with me. I tried to inform an employee of the situation and all he did was say "okay" and continued about his job. I'm usually a very understanding and friendly patron as I have also worked in customer service. I'm very understanding of mistakes but this was unacceptable behavior. Why not just say my bad, assume you didn't hear me, and keep it moving? Don't come here unless you're okay with being attacked over a common mistake on your order
When I opened my Togo tofu scramble dish it was pretty light and half empty. The moment I grabbed my food Togo I felt the bag was very light. $20 for this and a small latte I feel is not worth my money. $15 practically for some plain hash browns not even seasoned pretty much had no flavor and tofu scramble had a couple spinach leafs and some diced tomatoes. Sourdough toast on the side wrapped in foil was not even toasted and it was cold. This dish taste like sad hospital food. I even called and the clerk had no hospitality service or even had a solution for the problem. She should’ve put a manager on the phone to prevent this review from being written by a potential new customer. First time and last eating here.
Stopped by Literati Café and was honestly taken aback by how I was treated. The owner—older guy with a white beard—seemed cheerful with everyone else, but when it came to me, the energy shifted completely. No greeting, no smile, just this cold, almost irritated expression. It was hard not to notice the contrast. He was warm and friendly to others but acted like I didn’t belong. As someone with Middle Eastern features, it definitely felt like there was something deeper behind the way he looked at me. The whole interaction made me uncomfortable and unwelcome. The place itself might seem cozy, but vibes matter and this one gave me the worst kind. Won’t be coming back.
Extremely racist customer service. I had a meeting near this location, so I went there to buy coffee and a piece of cake. The employee there asked me if I was taking them to go in a way that felt like she was ordering me to buy and leave quickly. Just because my race is different, the other employees there started behaving in a mocking and provocative way. I went to the restroom to use the bathroom, and when I came out, the employee was waiting for me outside the restroom, even though she was the person I had asked about where the restroom door was. It was not a café, but a place full of racists and people with sick egos.
Don't know how the good is. Waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich and had to leave. We having been coming here for years. What a disappointment we will not be back.
Ordered a Chai latte and it was the weakest I've ever had. I went back to ask if this was tea bag based or what, turns out it's not. They "tried" to make it stronger but I think instead of adding more flavor she made a new one, and it was actually weaker. I felt like she was toying with me at this point so I just left as I really didn't want to ask how she made it worse to her face. Very disappointed. $8 for the actual worst chai I've ever had.
