They won my heart with the freshness of their food and kindness in their behaviour. Service is amazing. We tried Caprese baguette, Chicken Banh Mi, and Vegetarian Sandwich (with Avocado & sprouts). Food is 10/10. I'm so glad that there were numbers of healthy options available. It's a hidden gem in city indeed. I have been wondering everywhere to find something healthy, and I think I found it now. The interior looks simple, and the food is amazing. A must try place in DTLA. Thank you so much ladies for providing great service and food. Keep up the good work. ❤️

Marie's Cafe is a quaint little shop within walking distance of many hotels. The customer service was great when we went. The breakfast options were really good and filling. It was really hard to make a choice on what to get. The place had an established feel but is welcoming. I would definitely visit again.

Hands down the best iced mocha I’ve ever had. The breakfast sandwiches and bagels are delicious and always freshly made. Lunch is just as fantastic. All the sandwiches and salads are so tasty- try the pork belly bahn mi!! The sides of pasta salad included with each sandwich are always the perfect accompanying bites. The lovely couple who run Marie’s are also always a highlight of our trips. They’re so friendly and warm and we enjoy catching up with them. Overall, Marie’s is a MUST try!! A hidden gem of DTLA.

Very nice Mom and Pop sandwich shop that's my go to when in the area. I've turn others onto it before and now it is their go to place as well. Very reasonable prices and generous sizes. Ham, swiss, avocado is my favorite but I've not heard anyone who's complained about whatever they order. Limited seating below but has more upstairs but most people do take out. You order and pick up at the counter.

While working a gig in LA we went there every morning we could for breakfast and a coffee. Good quality and affordable. Staff is very friendly as well. High recommends!

I ordered the ham & egg & tomato and luckily they took out the cheese according to my request. The sandwich has super fluffy eggs and the price is definitely a bargin, considering how the amount was really filling!!! Both sandwich & coffee doesn't take too long, maybe 5 minutes? The people who work here are also super nice :>

FRESH and delicious. My first time and I will be back (really want a bagel with lox!). Chicken pesto salad, everything separated -- in case you hate tomatoes -- dressing on the side and a lemon wedge. Avocado is the perfect ripeness, same with tomatoes, and the lettuce is super-fresh (crunches when you poke it with a fork!). Chicken is tender and the pesto tastes homemade. Came with 2 soft chunks of baguette. Warm, slightly spicy potato soup (small size) came with 2 packets of saltines, salt and pepper. Good sized fork and spoon, 5 paper napkins. I can't wait to go back! RECOMMEND.

Everyone should try this place at least once! 🍽️Ordered: 1. Pork belly banh mi 2. Chicken pesto sandwich The sandwiches were stuffed to the brim with fresh ingredients and the portion sizes are generous. This mom & pop shop also provides a serving of pasta salad with every sandwich which is such a cute touch ☺️ would definitely recommend this place for a quick lunch whenever you’re in a rush! 💰Price: $24 for 2 sandwiches 👏🏻

The BEST Pork Belly Bahn Mi sandwich in Downtown LA!! We came for breakfast bagels but didn’t realize they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30am. So we opted for the Pork Belly Bahn Mi and were pleasantly impressed. My picky daughter after taking her first bite agreed. We also ordered Iced Mocha coffee and smoothies and all of it was refreshing. This will be our go to spot the next time we’re in LA. Thank you.

I’m staying at a hotel nearby and found this place on google. I asked the owner if I should get the chicken or pork belly banh mi sandwich and he said the pork belly has more flavor. It was delicious! I sat at a little table there and ate by myself and it was perfect.

I've eaten an oatmeal as breakfast to start my day here. The oatmeal had pieces of walnut, sugar syrup, cranberries and apple (I could've chosen for banana as well). It was really enjoyable with the toppings, but not so much without them. Given that the toppings weren't that much, I'd say it was alright.
