2020.09-24: We've heard so much about this place that we thought we should finally stop in. We've passed by for a few weeks and ALWAYS see people waiting outside. We instantly thought this place must be delicious. Boy, everyone was right. We had ordered Queso tacos, Carne Asada Mulitas and a Surf and Turf burrito. We have no idea why we waited so long!! They have a green house salsa (similiar to chimichurri) that is delicous!! I'm not sure what it is but that green salsa is what's up! We love the flavor of their handmade tortillas, too. The meat was succulent and the portions to pricing is legit. Our Queso tacos were cooked perfectly with the fried cheese that was light and crispy. The flavor of the tortillas for our mulitas is just something you can't get anywhere else unless it's handmade. Everything about this place is good! They even have dessert! WTH! I do have to say their customer service is top notch. The guy at the register was the sweetest. How they run the place is great, too. We love the food and staff here and plan on visiting again! Heck, we'll come in just for the green salsa! I hope they sell that stuff, too! 💯

The food was very delicious! I got the half chicken plate, and my wife got the noodle plate. Some items were just a little over priced. But my chicken plate was only 13 bucks and gave me a very big portion. The wife noodles were very tasty but wish it had just a bit more chicken. That one was 15 bucks. We also had the fried plantains which were good with the sauce that was given with the chicken.

First tasted this place on a humbug when shopping at Vineland produce and boy am I glad that I did. This place has amazing food, hard working staff trying to make sure every order is made correctly and terrific price point for the amount of food is giving. The “Green Crack Sauce” is exactly that ... food crack and it is smacking .. I could put that sauce on a lot of things and it take it to all types of higher levels. It was so good I went three days in a row and got the Traditional Chicken Burrito, the Chicken Quesadilla, and the Chicken Chile Relleno Burrito Special. Only one I didn’t like was the actual Chile Relleno that was inside the Burrito. It very tough and rubbery and really wasn’t able to bite into with the Burrito it’s self. This could very well be user misunderstand, as in, I didn’t understand what the actually texture was suppose to be before ordering.

Pablito's serves some of the best Peruvian food I have ever had with a fun modern twist that does not sacrifice traditional flavors! My husband claims he has been bugging me forever to come here (which I dunno why it took me so long to agree) and now I totally understand why! Tucked away near the border of Noho and Burbank, Pablito's is vibrant experience for both your eyes and your taste buds. The restaurant is so colorful with mural-like artwork on the walls, black and red seating, chalkboard messages, and a visual menu above the register. I was already in love with it and I hadn't even tried the food yet haha! But ohhh that food.... my husband and I are creatures of habit (well, at least I am) and we tend to order the same menu items when we eat Peruvian: yucca a la huancaina, lomo saltado, and chicken milanesa with tallarin verde. Pablito's took these typical dishes and elevated them to the next level! Let's break this down... Yucca a la huancaina--this was the crispiest yucca I have EVER had. Felt totally more like a french fry than yucca! And the sauce had a little bit of pepper in it which brought the flavors out sooo much more than other sauces I've had in the past. Lomo Saltado -- whatever that mariande is, I wanted to drink it. So simple but married so well with the natural flavor of the beef! Breaded chicken and the pesto pasta -- right amount of sauce "thickness" and the chicken was so moist! Even their multiple Ajis had a unique twist in their flavor...the green sauce was a little cheesier than other places! Not to mention, Pablito's is crazy about yelpers! Check in for a free coke and spread the Peruvian love!

The birria taco was really special!!! I love the creativity of their menu. Wasn’t crazy for the lomo or pastor taco. The chicken mole taco was good. My favorite part is that they do keto and queso tacos and that’s really well done.

Was in the area and was in the mood for tacos. This restaurant looked like it had great rating. They have a small private parking lot but I found near by free street parking. The restaurant has plenty of indoor seating. You order using the touch pad. The menu has lots of options. The food is good. Portions are ok. Prices are a bit high though. Little to no staff interactions. You order via touch screen, self seat, staff brings out order, then you clean up yourself by dumping the container in the trash bin.

Solid Mexican food, albeit being a little on the greasy side. Ordered the sampler plate and it reminded me of typical birria combo plates except they use Peruvian green sauce which is a nice switch up. The staff is humble and attentive, some of the best I've encountered. Any place that has a mural of Hector Lavoe has to be great!

This place was awesome in 2021, but then they killed their taco Tuesday. Then they brought it back, and it was pretty good, but stupid expensive. Then they lowered the prices this year, and it was awesome again. Just went back and got these tiny, soggy, gnarly tacos with 1 tsp of meat. Time to move on for good.

​I need to tell you about my terrible experience on Taco Tuesday. I got home with my order, only to find three tacos with basically one piece of meat in them. What's the point of a discount if the food is a joke? It felt like you were taking advantage of people and their money, and that's just not right.

Honestly all hype! We had the surf and turf burrito and it was so salty and there was no surf. We also ordered the Mexican breakfast burrito and asked for light egg, half of the burrito was eggs and so I asked them to remake it, they reluctantly remade it but it wasn't any better. I doubt the food is being tasted by the folks preparing it as well as the salsas which were totally underwhelming. I hate to leave a review like this on a small business however this is a honest review! way overpriced and lack luster.
