Amazing food!! EVERYTHING we (me & 2 teenagers)tried we loved! This is our new "go to" place to eat.. the teriyaki salmon is excellent & we are over the moon for the gyosa!! & I even like the fried chicken (lol yup) & french fries!! Then the dessert!!!... I can't even tell you because I will salivate too much🤩 plus the service is amazing they always remember us & are very accommodating!! Highly, HIGHLY recommend 😋
The food is delicious and fresh. The service was quick and pleasant. I did not have the ramen but the portions for it are very filling. My only issue was I wish they had more variety for non-alcoholic drinks aside from soda and tea. Would definitely come back!
My favorite neighborhood spot. We’ve been eating here for many years and a glad it still feels like a local spot and with it being a bit further away from the craziness of Sawtelle these days. Our favorites are the Asianya Tantan and the Tomato Ramen.
My bf and I LOVE this place. Delicious authentic ramen with lots of variety, all of them are great, other Japanese and Korean foods too! If you go, try the garlic shishito peppers, you will not be disappointed (as long as you like a bit of spice).
What a great place to have some amazing food! I am new to the area and already a big fan. I know my ramen and this place is a 10 out of 10! Great staff aswell, super Friendly and know their business.
Nice selection of items covering ramen and tapas style, small plates. I had around ten different items from my visits and they all range from decent to good. Stand out items include shishito peppers, pork fried rice, atka mackerel and grilled beef slices. Attentive service with food selection of wine and beer in a casual setting. Parking limited in strip mall lot during prime dining hrs
Hands down my favorite restaurant in all of Los Angeles. Everything is amazing. The green bean started and the Tantan Men are like a once a week requirement. The service and staff are always friendly and wonderful. The space is clean and the vibe is chill and very family oriented. Look out for Sunday/Monday closures.
I'm not as into ramen as some people but my family loves it so we've hit many spots on the Westside. This was easily the best tasting I've had. I had the spicy miso and tried a few other dishes from our group. Everything was delicious!
One of the very best ramen shops in all of LA, with a very wide, varied selection. Highly recommended!
I came here on a recommendation from someone and I’ll definitely be back. This place is insanely good. I got a spicy chicken ramen dish. It was incredible the food was flavorful, and the spice was perfect. They’ve made a lifetime customer.
The Best. I LOVE the egg drop tan tan.
Really first rate OG Japanese ramen. Includes varieties like curry, laksa, and tomato ramen that are out of this world. Appetizers are well made and diverse ( e.g. squid tentacles, chicken gristle). Very welcoming staff. A real winner all round.
This has been my family's Ramen spot for the past 3 years after trying to find somewhere to satisfy our Ramen cravings. The staff is wonderful with a modern Japanese hospitality touch. Also you must try their fried rice! So good and they use the sticky kind of rice too. Yum!
Absolutely love this Japanese restaurant. Their ramen selection is very broad with lots of ad ins. They have the usual basic ramen and many other options including veggies, dumplings, & seafood ramen to name a few. They also have other soups (egg drop soup), Sushi options, and many dishes (fried rice for example). We have gone here many times and have always liked every item we get. I'm frequently taking friends and family because it is delicious. Definitely recommend.
One of my absolute favorite restaurants in LA. Best asianya-tan tan ramen ever (I always get it with the assorted vegetables instead of beef) and the shrimp fried rice is so so tasty! I’ve tried a lot of different Japanese, Thai, and Chinese cuisine restaurants around the world and the flavor of these dishes are incomparable. So glad I discovered it. Can’t get enough!
I dream about their fried rice, it's that good. Their ramen is a clear, light broth that is much different and lighter from the offerings on Sawtelle, but it's just as flavorful and delicious. I recommend it if you're looking for a lighter broth. But definitely get at least a side of their pork fried rice!
Ramenya nails comfort food with its standout Asianya Hot ramen—a spicy sesame broth layered with rich, nutty heat, tender ground beef, spinach, and perfectly chewy noodles. It’s bold, warming, and deeply satisfying. Nori Salad is the perfect contrast: cool, crisp daikon paired with dry nori and a creamy soy-based dressing that’s light but packed with umami. Friendly service and great value seal the deal—Ramenya is a go-to for a flavorful Japanese fix.
Found this spot last week when a storm passed by Los Angeles. It was all seats taken but I was able to do a take a take out. Wasn't really expecting something just something to eat when we got home. It was good. Unique flavor. I tried the miso and soy ramen. Today I brought the whole family we had a lot to eat I wanted to try the menu. We will be taking out some food for tommorow but I'm happy with the food.
Me and my dad enjoy eating Ramenya’s Basic Ramen and Fried Rice. Yesterday we still have the Basic Ramen and this time we have Gyoza for a side dish. I heard that they used to live in Olympic Street before coming to Gateway Blvd. You can either eat inside or outside. Whatever feels comfortable for you when coming to Ramenya. So if you see a Heart Shaped on the Menu that means it is there most popular dish. They also have a Vegetarian Ramen meals on the Menu. So I would definitely come back to enjoy a nice hot Ramen.
Most authentic ramen spot in Sawtelle! I love the tum yum noodle soup. My family and I have been dining in for years and it never disappoints 👌
When I travel, I suddenly get a craving for ramen. The ramen here is one of the most extensive menus among the ramen restaurants I have visited in the past, and it resembles the taste of Japan, which is one of the top class in Los Angeles. I wanted to order something else from the menu, but I was too full after one bowl of ramen to order anything else. I was too full after one bowl of ramen to order anything else.
Asiana tantan hot was pheeeenomenal!! Such a deeply delicious and pretty unique ramen flavor. Loved it! Will be back! This place should have 3000 reviews not 300!!
You can’t go wrong here if you’re looking for ramen. It’s very good!
I really like this place for a casual meal. My roomie and I got the shiranami sochu on ice to drink which was tasty and very strong. We ordered the tofu agedashi app which was fried and flavored perfectly. For ramens we got the Asianya-tartan hot and the kao san. Large portions (had leftovers) and both liked the broths a lot. Will be returning!
My favorite Japanese spot! The food is delicious and comes out fast. All the people there are so easy and nice to talk to.
Love the asianya-tantan hot. I have yet to try their other offerings. At the moment, I'm stuck on that everytime I go. The food choices are an ethnic mix of different Asian cuisines, which I think is great. So it's not limited to ramen.

I always love coming here. You can tell they make the food with care. The ramen bowls are big. I love the agedashi tofu I always get it when I come here. The service is great and friendly and there is a parking lot in front.
I love this place I’ve been coming here since 2018, their vegetables taste so fresh broth is tasty and service is great 👍 i recommend 100%
This place is actually crazy. With a name like 'ramenya', next door to some Japanese Korean fusion and a crazy fusion menu with laksa ramen and mapo ramen, I was sure this place was not legit. Yet. The whole staff is Japanese from Japan, and it's clearly serving the community because everyone except me and my friend were Japanese or the partner of a Japanese person. A lot of 日本語 in the air. The beer, was perfect. Frosty glass, nitro foam. So satisfying. They don't have tonkotsu ramen unfortunately, but I wanted to test them so I got the next most traditional - shoyu (with extra char sui). It was good, no complaints. I wish the meat was charred and a little thicker but what are you gonna do. It was my friend's birthday and they gave us some ice cream and sang. We also got the chocolate cake and cream brule. Very good. Better than the ramen. I will definitely be back.

It's a pretty decent Ramen place, without having to deal with the hustle and bustle of Sawtelle. Surprisingly, the delivery (through Seamless) tasted much better the 3 or 4 times that we'd ordered than the one time we actually went to the restaurant. The Gyoza is amazing and the Soy Ramen is pretty good.
The staff very helpful and assist you with your food choice.
Stopped in for some spicy miso ramen. It was quite good. I would have liked it aa but spicier but it was still very good. Lots of options for toppings, great service and a cozy eating area. Will definitely be back to try other options.
Great little place for ramen and a few other options. Food was very good and service was too. Parking can be difficult in the tiny parling lot but it's worth it
The ramen here is quite good. The place is small but welcoming and the staff we very nice and polite. I recommend the spicy miso.
Ramenya has been a WLA staple for many years. They serve consistently delicious Japanese food. Their ramen is good, not the best but good and large portions. We ordered the garlic fried rice with white meat chicken which came with a small bowl of chicken broth. Both were very flavorful. The agedashi tofu was really good, the broth was strong. The service is attentive and top notch. Very friendly neighborhood restaurant. We will definitely be back!
One of my favorite ramen restaurants in West Los Angels! First, they have so many great ramen selection from shoyu, shio, miso, mabo, tantan, vegetable, cold noodles, and many more different ramen! They are really good with affordable prices. Last time, I had a miso ramen for the first time. Miso was Japanese soul food, so I often want to eat miso ramen and they got one for me:) My most favorite ramen here is Shoyu ramen. Highly recommended!
My first time here. I had the tom yum soup. It was delicious. I will be back.
The egg drop tantan ramen (corn extra) made for an interesting bowl of ramen. The noodles were cooked just a little past al dente but overall I liked this creative bowl of ramen.

We had a party of 12, the restaurant was very accommodating to our needs. My friend is a regular patron and celebrated her daughter's birthday with the party. The staff allowed us to bring a birthday cake and even put the cake on a serving plate! They got all our orders correctly! Food was tasty and service was top notch. Highly recommend if you want ramen or rice bowl.

I was disappointed that the pork in my basic ramen entree was lacking flavor and the pork was very fatty. It was small SLICES of three fatty pork. I asked the server if they changed the pork meat and he said it was the same pork but prepared differently. I told him it was so much better in the past. He was kind to give me two slices of pork to make up it but it wasn't as delicious as it used to be. The pork used be served as one big chunk of pork not slices (Note : see past photos posted that shows the chucks of pork). I hope the owner changes back to how it was prepared before.

It was ok. But that’s all I had the Vegan Ramen with clear broth so that may have altered the taste but I had higher expectations. However I always visit a spot 2 or 3 times and try something else so I may go again and try the spicy vegan with miso and a few other toppings before writing this place off .
So, this place is walking distance from my friend's place and she thought the outdoor setup was cute so we decided to give them a try this past Wednesday. The menu looked good and the reviews were positive so we had high hopes. Since this was our first time, we both went with the basic ramen. She had clear and I had the miso soup. And we got an order of gyoza and a couple bottles of Asahi. The food was decent and the servers were attentive so I left a pretty generous tip. You may be asking why the low rating then? Well, (takes deep breath) let me elaborate. I am very paranoid when it comes to my finances so I check my online accounts multiple times a day. On Thursday morning I am checking my account to review my recent charges and lo and behold, there are unauthorized fraudulent charges on my account. They were for beauty store and yoga wear purchases. Now, I am a male in my 40's so I obviously did not make these purchases. Plus, this was my first time dining out since the pandemic started so this was THE ONLY "out of the ordinary" place I used my credit card. I order everything else online from secure sites. This means someone in the store physically copied my card. So disappointing after leaving the generous tip. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning and I caution anyone else thinking about patronizing this establishment. The food was not worth the headache of having to cancel my card and replace the payment method on numerous accounts. If not for the blatant identity theft this place would've been a solid 3 stars. Now, I wish I could give negative stars and send in the authorities!!! EDIT (9/6/21) The credit card company has officially closed the case and declared me not responsible for the fraudulent charges. I've included a picture of said charges so you can see which one of your crooked employees likes to shop at these stores. I'm going to take a wild guess and say it's a female one.
