All dishes are delicious. The chef is Japanese, so you can enjoy high quality food that satisfies Japanese people. MISO COD is the best! and all cuisine are gluten-free The waitstaff is very attentive. I'll come back soon!!

Wonderful little restaurant with really tasty dishes! Don’t be thrown off by the unassuming location of the restaurant (it’s on the third floor of a mall in Little Tokyo), it’s very cute inside and the food is great! My wife and in-laws are all vegan and there were so many vegan-friendly options on the menu as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The food was great and so was the service. I came and dined alone. I most shed a tear when I was told everything on the menu was gluten safe 😩 and the flavors were not compromised at all!! The Brussels sprouts were AMAZINGGGGG. Highly recommend. I can’t wait to come back. Also, love that they validate parking.

You NEED to go! I was looking up gluten free ramen in LA, ended up finding this spot and getting my husband to take me. We were seated just after they opened. Our server (wish I knew her name) was PHENOMENAL. Every single aspect of the entire experience from the moment we entered to the moment we left was intentional. The atmosphere is super warm and inviting, the food and drinks? The best I've had in a while. Presentation and taste were all there. They had wonderful music playing, not too loud so you can still chat but not so low that you have to listen to everyone else in the restaurant. The meal ended with tea and cookies which was a perfect touch and we were able to leave a message for the chef and staff in a notebook. We loved it so much (even my husband who isn't gluten free) and will be back ♡ I missed tempura so much and this brought my joy back! So delicious!

Visited RICE today for the first time after a long time craving to stop by… first of all Ayano, our server was so nice, knowledgeable and amazing! From helping us to decide on best options on the menu to pouring the hot sake to our cups. She’s the best! Overall the experience in this restaurant was outstanding, like taking a small trip to Japan. The food was delicious and served in such a beautiful way. Highly recommend to everyone to stop by and try. I am 100% vegan and my friend is not, we both had a lot of options to choose from and enjoyed every bite. In the video are two vegan rolls, sooooo good!

Absolutely incredible vegan dishes and top notch service! We stumbled on Rice when looking for vegan options; so happy we did! Dishes we tried: vegan crisp rice sampler, miso soup, garlic edamame, homemade ginger ale and the crispy dynamite role vegan. Everything was so good! The ginger ale was next level - highly recommend! We got homemade pickled ginger with the roll and it was unbelievably tasty and fresh. The miso soup was a nice surprise as most are not vegan; a broth that built upon each sip and the tofu was also homemade. The crispy dynamite vegan roll had such a unique and deep flavor - more smokey than spicy. I can't recommend the food enough. Thank you to the chef and for the exceptional service. What a treat!!

We LOVE coming here (me and my partner, my friends, etc.) my partner doesn’t do dairy and I don’t go gluten so this restaurant has so many options for us. Love the deals here, so many courses for a reasonable price. I’ve never had such amazing lobster sushi and lobster ramen. 10/10 going to keep coming here!

Went here along today and the food really lifted my mood. The orange salmon was amazing, I really recommend it, even the miso fish was a bit salt, it was still nice and tender. And also biscuits and Daifuku with ice cream are delicious too. Thank you~ l like it ~

A very nice sit down restaurant with great service. I came in with a friend and we ordered off the $10 anniversary menu. We got the fried tofu, sushi tacos and fried calamari. All really tasty. The server was very attentive, often refilling our water. At the end we received a cup of fragrant chamomile tea which left a nice impression on us. Would come back and try different plates. Great place for a casual but nice meal.

Sushi place that specializes in gluten-free and vegan dining, although they do have plenty of options with fish as well. Staff is very knowledgeable regarding food allergy issues. The Buffalo Cauliflower sushi roll was excellent. Restaurant is located on the top floor of the Little Tokyo galleria.

I went to a very popular and well-known restaurant in Manhattan Beach that opened a new location in DTLA. All of the food is gluten-free, with some vegan dishes, but the taste and quality was so good that I was surprised that it was really gluten-free. The parking is free with 2 hour validation.

This year my wife needed to go gluten free, and finding a good sushi or ramen spot has proven to be difficult. We recently found RICE, and their whole menu was up for grabs! We tried their lobster miso ramen, baked salmon roll, sweet dragon roll, and lobster dynamite roll, which were all spectacular. The restaurant was very cozy, and the staff went above and beyond. Even if you’re not gluten free, I highly recommend giving RICE a try!

Dun-amite Roll: Was delicious and fun! They torched it right in front of us. Great flavor. Lobster Miso Ramen: Rich and tasty! They do not skimp on the lobster tempura. The crispy kale was refreshing. The noodles (gluten-free of course), were perfect and had good texture. The chili oil they offered was amazing and really enhances the flavor. Rich dish that was absolutely filling. Ice cream and Baked Cheesecake: Refreshing and light desert. Very creamy cheesecake made with almond flour. 10/10 will definitely do it again. I didn't even have time to take any photos because I dove right in to every dish.

This is the best sushi I’ve had in my life and trust me. I’ve been to top notch places all around the world. Very impressed I would say this is the best sushi place in all of Los Angeles and all of California. Incredibly amazing experience if I could give them 10 stars I would.

The ramen noodles are made with a gluten free noodle and all the sushi is made with brown rice. I really enjoyed the green garden roll.
