The staff here are absolutely amazing! Everyone knows their job and does it perfectly—they’re professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. We tried something called “Sunrise juice,” and it was out of this world. It was so delicious that I didn’t even have time to take a photo. I highly, highly recommend it! 🌟

The Granny Smith apple pie at Urth Caffé on Melrose is outstanding, flaky, buttery crust and perfectly spiced, with tender apple chunks, raisins, and walnuts that melt on your tongue. Their matcha drinks are equally delightful: creamy, vibrantly green, sweetened just right—a blissful balance of rich and refreshing!! A must try if you’re in the area!

I love everything about Urth, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. That said, the Urth Salad is on another level. I could honestly eat it every day of my life, it’s that good. Truly the best salad ever!

I love the outdoor seating. It is located on a corner where it looks very aesthetically pleasing. There’s a very small dining area inside as well. The line is always out the door continuously. We finally got a decent coffee after being in Universal City for the theme park. We ordered so much food. $120 worth of food for the both of us. Amazon Rainforest Smoothie- mostly tastes like acai and bananas, like a smoothie I make at home. Pistachio latte- the perfect sweetness and the perfect amount of pistachio flavor. SOOO deliciously made. Latte- delicious Italian cappuccino- less foam with more milk. Delicious. Yes we each had 2 drinks. LOL! They ran out of pistachio chocolate croissant and the Nutella girella bun. So I ordered a chocolate croissant- the most disappointing item today. It wasn’t buttery, airy, fluffy or chewy. It was stale and blah. $5 gone. King French Toast- not worth it. It was a big brick of bread with lots of strawberries and blueberries around it. The French toast is a wet style type of French toast. It came with a little syrup cup. It was a simple French toast, nothing special that I could get anywhere. It just had a nice presentation. Breakfast sausage side 2pcs- they were sooooooo juicy and flavorful. The breakfast sausages are worth it. Poached salmon- so delicious. The multi grain bread tasted better than it looked. Eggs were poached perfectly and the salmon was nice and salty. Salmon plate with onion bagel- the onion bagel was so much better than my chocolate croissant! The salmon and capers were perfect together. Cream cheese was whipped and fluffy. Roman tomatoes were very sweet. I loved eating half of my dish wrapped in the Romain lettuce and the other half in my onion bagel. So refreshing. I would definitely come back again and try more items. Parking sucks! Be patient and read signs.

Had a great experience. The atmosphere was super relaxing, especially the outdoor seating – perfect weather and a cozy, stylish setup. The food was delicious and well-presented, with great attention to detail. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. One of the best parts is that it's close to the hotel. Highly recommend it if you're staying nearby and looking for a chill spot to enjoy good food and vibes.

I’ve been coming to this place for 30 Years and I still love it! It’s always been trendy, and lively, and there’s always a wait on weekends. You have to have someone hold a table while you order…or it’s impossible. Food is great tho !! Worth the wait and will always come back💖

Stopped by Urth Caffé Melrose on a Wednesday evening and had a great experience. Ordered the Pizza Primavera, which was loaded with fresh veggies and full of flavor. The Chicken Panini was fantastic—perfectly toasted with a great balance of ingredients. But the real highlight was the Chocolate Hazelnut Cake—rich, decadent, and absolutely delicious. The ambiance was lively yet cozy, making it a great spot to unwind. Definitely coming back soon!

This place offers fresh food, great coffee, and excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the Spanish latte—the rich coffee flavor and sweetness of the condensed milk made it the perfect morning pick-me-up. The chicken sausage omelet was okay, though I expected a fluffier omelet. It felt more like a frittata. The side salad was overdressed. The avocado toast came on a thick slice of toast and had the right amount of crunch and flavorful avocado mash. The outdoor seating was cute, and the servers were very friendly and welcoming.

Great cafe with a European feel and an extensive menu. They have a lot of popular coffee choices, pastries, and casual meals. Always lively, with steady service despite the crowds. Portions felt fair for the price. Everything came out quickly and fresh. I’d come back when I’m in the area.

I am always in and out getting a coffee drink (extensive menu) or their delicious pastries but never sat down to have a meal. I finally had breakfast and the portions were huge and delicious. Also, appreciated that they have various soups and various lunch items available even during breakfast times in case you are just not feeling eggs and bacon. Moreover, seems like it was hopping everyday at night during their dinner service as well. Its just a great neighborhood gem that has been around for ages and you see why. Its quality, prices and extensive menu is something in between a diner and trendy brunch service with prices that has not been inflated out of porportion. They have an outdoor area for great people watching since it does have heavy foot traffic and off to the side of Melrose. The service was efficient and courteous. They have fast turnover and constant customers so the service staff don't have the time to be overly friendly, which I actually prefer. Appreicated the practicality and efficiency over soulless smiles. No one looked miserable there. Parking can be hit or miss. If you know its during heavy traffic hours, just walk there if you are in the neighborhood. If you have to drive, the WeHo Library and Park Public Parking is just 3 blocks down.

Prime location and I loved the outdoor tables for lunch! Ordering is at the counter, with table delivery. They have a huge variety of sweet and savory options. However, the food and service are only average. My salad was essentially a mountain of arugula with way too much oil, and the "tiramisu" more like a coffee-flavored cake. Be ready for high LA prices. Come for the ambiance, not the cuisine. Good for a quick bite and great atmosphere, but pricey for what you get.

This cafe chain focuses on organic, locally sourced products. My friend lives close by and sees the popularity of this place, so it was time to try it out. It was bustling with brunchers when we arrived. We ordered and paid at the counter from an enormous menu and took a table in the shaded courtyard to wait. My huevos rancheros with black beans, scrambled eggs, avocado was delightfully tasty. The spice level was well balanced to add a little kick without overpowering the dish. The Rumi Latte was special: turmeric, cinnamon, Maple Syrup and pistachio milk, divinely flavoursome and creamy. It paired well with the Huevos Rancheros. My friend's scrambled eggs on toast and salad was generously portioned. Not much service but reasonable turnaround considering how busy it was. The cakes were aesthetically pleasing, something to return for next time.

Tried the breakfast burrito and all natural spicy sausage and was a little underwhelmed. The sausage came out slightly rubbery, and the burrito lacked firmness and bold flavor compared to similar dishes I’ve had elsewhere. However, everything was properly sealed and packaged well. This place is a mixed bag of confusion. The space is great especially for the outdoor patio. I saw the menu and chose "Japanese Milk Tea". Now, maybe I should've asked what exactly a "Japanese Milk Tea" is but why wouldn't they just put "Matcha Latte" when a "Milk Tea" is an entirely different drink? I genuinely thought what I ordered was a "Japanese" "Milk Tea". Luckily, and surprisingly, the matcha latte I received was actually pretty good. So. no issue there. Now the bigger issue was the service. When I walked in, one person was ahead of me and ordered one drink. They received their drink and then I saw the barista send 5-6 drinks to tables while 3 other workers stood around yapping. The barista was the only person making and serving drinks for to-go and dine-in customers. Really? I wasn't even in a rush and still got annoyed by that.
