Celebrated my anniversary here and it was incredible! From the atmosphere to the food to the nonstop service, it was everything I could ask for. We ordered the Smoked Chicken Liver Pate, Roasted Bone Marrow, Margherita Pizza and Spaghetti Rustichella. Everything was delicious! Just thinking about the pate and roasted bone marrow has me drooling. The servers were super attentive and frequently switched out our plates and asked if we were enjoying everything. I will definitely be back for another date night.
This bar is always fun to hang out, it's open everyday and it's open late when everything else is closed in the city. It has a very nice atmosphere, friendly people, I love it. And also they have the best drinks.
really awesome place. If you were on a train in the 40's and decided to go into the bar car...you would walk into this place. Long and narrow and very dimly lit it's perfect for a cute after dinner stop on a date night OR for an intimate place for friends to get a lil tipsy. They have specialty cocktails in every major liquor and every one of them that I've tried has been delicious. If you don't like the options pre-planned don't hesitate to tell the bartenders to surprise you. These guys are straight -up mixologist and will not disappoint
I liked that spot. It's hidden but totally happening. Total speakeasy type place with very reasonable prices for alcohol considering it's location. There are no signs. So look for the door next to the tarot place but there is a bouncer up front in a suit. That's the place. I'll be back .... totally a pickup bar
Cool vibe for a small bar! Great drinks!
Was recommended this spot from a bartender at Riviera 31. Vibe was on point. Japanese Maple > everything else. Both bartenders were great.
It was a pleasant surprise to discover this Speakeasy bar. They have Specialty drinks with unique names. The staff are fabulous and will make you any drink. Not limited to the menu. The atmosphere really starts very late at night as thats when it becomes very popular.
Fun little dive bar with a “cheers” type of feel. Gets chilly in here so wear warm clothes. I enjoy this place.
No food just liquor, which is great for me cause I'm on a liquid diet. Norm's is stumbling distance which makes its location even better. Small bar that fills up quick after 5pm. Parties of 5 or more should call ahead to make sure there is available seating. Good for starting a pub crawl into WeHo. Top and bottom shelf booze available.
This has been my favorite bar for i DON’T even know how long. Dare I say 8 years probably ... lol. I love the laid back atmosphere and the sophisticated vibe it has going on. The dim lights and then more intimate setting is way more my style then a noisy pub style place or Hollywood club. If your looking for a locals favorite bar that’s laid back and has some of the best cocktails in Los Angeles then your going to the right place! They serve strictly cocktails though so no food here or bar snacks sadly but the drinks make up for it 100 percent! Bruce a good friend of mine has worked there for a very long time and he’s the man! Tell him I said hello if you stop by. ;) This place will always be my go to spot and my drink of choice “THE THUG” for sure! They’ve got some super cute and girly hello kitty drinks too that they make with whisky. Pretty delicious also. Have a drink for me! Cheers. Xoxo
Easy to miss on the street if you aren’t careful so pay attention - and it can get noisy and crowded, but for good reason. Delicious , delicious cocktails. Posh , cozy setting, and even though it was a hectic night our server handled our orders well. Def going back.
I don't believe they have food, which is the only reason for the 1 star. I have heard of this place for so long. A friend and I visited. Our server, Brian, sat us at a table for four, knowing there were only two of us (very kind of him). What's odd is how high the tables are. I ordered The Black Dahlia. It was DAMN GOOD! For such a jumping place he made good rounds amin a timely manner. Unfortunately one employee slipped and dropped about 5 glasses of drinks, breaking the glasses. While my friend asked to have the drink removed (some landed on her coat), I paid mine and generously tipped Brian. While a little loud to have conversation I highly recommend the place. The cocktails are craft!
Had the pleasure of being served by Brian and talking with my guy Brad!!! Great atmosphere and the ladies in my life enjoyed their craft cocktails!!! I was able to enjoy Eagle Rare 10 - year!!!
Came here with my boyfriend on night two of our romantic speakeasy/bar-hopping trip in Hollywood. I think the only things that makes this place a speakeasy is that it's tough to find (the entrance is basically totally unmarked, though not hidden per say) and the decor on the inside is mildly old-fashioned. I wasn't overly impressed when we walked in. I'm not going to lie to you, the service was not fantastic. Get a table, that is the key to better service to be sure. But what really made this place for me were the drinks. They all tasted phenomenal. Every one we tried was delicious and totally worth the price (they weren't even that expensive). I would recommend this place based on cocktails alone. I'd probably recommend getting here a little earlier or on a weeknight if possible to avoid crowds, and don't be afraid to ask around for the entrance, it's tricky.
Love this place. Know what I love about it? Knowing what to expect. This place consistently has decent music and matching lighting. Good whiskey selection and a few ciders if you're I to that sorta thing. Not sure of the bartenders names but they are attentive as necessary and not focused on their own conversations. Never had to wait long for a drink or a seat forthat matter. Booths if you need em. Always have a good time and tend to leave a bit more stumbly than Intended.
A really cool bar that's a bit of a hole-in-the-wall since you won't know it's there unless you're looking haha. The decor & lighting of the place creates a really nice vibe & they play good music!
One of my favorite bars because they have the best and most knowledgeable bartenders in LA. I ordered a Brandy Alexander, a Sloe Gin Fizz, Charlie Chaplin, and a Mint Julep. All absolutely delicious!
Cocktails are fabulous, the staff are delightful and quite easy on the eye 😉 plus it’s next to Largo so a great place for a pre gig cocktail.
This place is an about must be. You can't see from the sreet anything well hided but a real jewel in the area. When you get in you can feel the atmosphere, as it was a private small club reserved only for people who knows. Great drinks ask for Dark and Stormy drink if you like ginger taste .
Great themed bar Great for conversation and connections Highly recommended their drinks with foam/cream
Casual vibes and fun cocktails in this bar out of a gangster movie from the 80's. Focused bu friendly bartenders, mixing and shaking with care but without pretention. The drinks don't reach the level of artistic mixology, but they are consistently good, easy to enjoy, and your best friends on a Friday night after work. Nice touches here and there like the meringue mountain or the cherry monkey.
Amazing vibe to this speakeasy. Bar that gets crowded on a Tuesday night? Tells you how good it is. The bartenders here are amazing, and amazingly skilled for a bar that doesn’t advertise its bartending abilities. Lookout for Danny especially, he’ll put on a show for whoever you bring with you here and be sure to give you your money’s worth. Definitely a spot I’d revisit coming back to LA, or even this week.
Very cool bar! I wouldn't even recognize it as a bar but my daughter had been here before. The inside was dark and mysterious looking. The bartenders put on a show of making the cocktails. I ordered the Green Fairy which was delicious and beautiful. I would definitely recommend!
Excellent cocktails and vibe. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a LA cocktail experience. Noah made exquisite drinks.
The Roger Room is one of my favorite spots in LA. When you're there it just feels outside of the norm. The Tijuana Brass is my recommended signature drink. Perfect for pre-show drinks if you're going to Largo
This place is awesome! Speakeasy vibes, great cocktails, and a non stuffy environment. People young and old.
This place is awesome. Shoutout to Danny for gaining some extremely loyal customers and introducing me to my new favorite cocktail! We were looking for a cool cocktail bar at the end of our night - perfect vibes for almost any occasion
Amazing drinks, professional bartenders, very cool speakeasy. Levi speaks fluent Mandarin, and is one of the best bartenders I've experienced in LA. Just go!
Dive bar in West Hollywood. Great atmosphere, friendly crowd and good service! Worth a visit. Loads of fun.
Quite possibly one of the best Sazeracs I've ever had...and I'm born and raised in New Orleans. The mixology here is tip of the spear. You might find yourself staring at the ornate and detailed circus murals that adorn the warmly lit walls. Or you might find yourself grazing the sea of beautiful and eccentric people that also find themselves at the Roger Room. Plainly put? Let your freak flag fly and absorb the ambiance. -DGA
Absolutely love this place. It's a bit loud but the drinks are phenomenal. Some of the best cocktails I've had in LA.

Very cool atmosphere! Bar is pretty hidden near a psychic. Street parking was easy! I got the Old Sport ($18) which was delicious!! Perfect amount of cucumber. My partner got the spiced mule ($18) which was very spice-y in a good way. The lighting was very dim and it was a little loud but overall I'd go back if I was in the area!
What went wrong? The bartenders are skilled but the bar does not have the requisite refrigerator space. Gin should never be served at room temperature. Especially, at these prices. I liked the glassware. This is a popular late night haunt for serious cocktails.
I have a soft spot for a good cocktail. Mostly I am an old school guy but the Roger Room creates some fun drinks that will surprise you. The scene is cool too. I recommend it. I would have given them five stars but I find their prices a tad high. Maybe I'm just too cheap!
Swanky hole in the wall bar. Classy interior with attractive young people everywhere. Somewhat overpriced cocktails but made with craftsmanship. The place is so tiny and crowded, it's hard to get a service. Be there early or make a reservation if you want a table. Dress up if you can.
Really cool joint in West Hollywood, friendly attentive bartender who pour great drinks, with a rocking cocktail menu. If you're looking for an intimate venue to enjoy some incredible drinks, then this is the spot.
My favorite Place to get a The Roger Room. The staff is super nice and the entire place has a very friendly vibe. We stumbled uptown this place a few years ago and have been coming back ever since. We have never had a complaint, always enjoyed the The Roger Room atmosphere and the The Roger Room are the best!
The drinks here are delicious and the bartenders are great! Both of my holiday drinks : bad Santa + Santa’s Apple cider were so strong and unique. Only issue is that it gets SO CROWDED. And there’s no escape through the back so it gets so insanely loud inside. But it’s cozy comfy vibes
It's a Speakeasy! Specialty drinks with unique names and very tasty! The staff was excellent! Be prepared to enjoy luscious libations with designer Almonds. No food on the menu except Almonds and Olives. The drinks are fabulous and the atmosphere is dark, cozy, and intimate. Right next to Largo in Los Angeles. If you park down the block in the Beverly Center's parking lot, it's a lot less expensive than the lot next door.
Dark bar with a vast menu of drinks. Came here after EP&LP to get away from the scene-iness, and this was a very different environment. There’s indoor and outdoor seating (smoking allowed). There is one restroom stall available for women and it’s a pretty small space, but it also makes it easier to make bathroom friends. They even have absinthe here. There are waiters that come around to take orders. The vibe is more of a sit down space.
Cool atmosphere and good drinks. Small place, very difficult to find out, but still recommended.

Great environment. This listing however is deceptive as it is two money signs $$ but it is shockingly more expensive. The drink I had was $21 on the menu but prior to covid it was around $15-16. 33%+ increase over a four year period is insane. Probably deserves to have more $$$ listed to be accurate because the drinks are great but expensive. Overall it’s a great place if you don’t mind another LA venue demanding dumb prices.
Tiny bar with booths, seating at the bars, or outdoor seating. People smoke outside, which is a bit disturbing. Not sure they have the sign, so if you cannot stand the cigarette, maybe stay in. The noise is medium to loud since it's packed and small. The drinks are ok. It's a casual bar in Beverly Hills.

I had high hopes for The Rogers Room but was honestly disappointed. I tried The Dame and the LC Gin & Tonic, and neither drink tasted right — both were unbalanced and lacked flavor. For a bar that’s supposed to be known for its cocktails, I expected a lot more. The vibe was decent, but the drinks just didn’t deliver. Definitely not worth the price. as a LA native. I would not recommend this restaurant

I was surprised by this place. I expected a swanky cocktail lounge. Instead it smelled like vomit. We opted to not stay.

Cool vibe. Great decor. Decent mixed drinks. Deal breaker: THIS PLACE SMELLS! WORSE THAN A VENICE BEACH PUBLIC BATHROOM. Unbelievable stench. I'm assuming the restrooms are the culprit, but the reek fills the whole bar. Absolutely disgusting.
Here as I type this and still haven’t been served. Here with my boyfriend and it feels like we’re unwanted and invisible. Shocking this type of treatment is still happening so close to West Hollywood. Establishment is tucked away in a corner and when you finally locate the door, you’re taken into one of the most underwhelming places I’ve been to in a long time. So thanks for taking my score down for picking good dates.
