The hostess for some reason wouldn’t take us without a reservation but we did want on OpenTable when we were turned away and sat down 5 minutes. I would be pretty angry if I were the owners. Everthing else was flawless

Had late lunch / early dinner yesterday, and what I can say - just wow! 🤩 This place is beautiful , food is delicious, drinks are good, service is great! If I would live in West Hollywood - definitely would be there very often! And yes, they have an amazing happy hour 😂Now I wanna try Cecconi’s in Miami. Hope will get the same cool experience.

Went for a birthday celebration and we were not disappointed. 4 of us (and one dog) were welcomed to the expanded outside patio. Very well laid out and not at all crowded. The nosie level outside is also nice. We had a variety of dishes and all were wonderful, starting with the avocado and chickpea dip. It came in a huge silver champagne bucket full of a wide variety of vegetables. We also ordered the fennel pizza. Big pieces of well seasoned sausage on a wonderful and well baked dough. Very tasty sauce too. Four entrées were ordered - butter lettuce salad, cavatelli lamb ragu, rigatoni bolognese and fusilli pesto. Of course we all had to taste and share each one. Subtle salad with light dressing, tasty lamb in a wonderful ragu, traditional bolognese with a lot of beef (although I do prefer a mixutre of beef and sausage) and a subtle pesto dish that was not overpowering. Of course a fine wine by the glass and bottle selection too. The drinks are great and well mixed, including the non alcoholic ones. Since it was a birthday, they presented us a profiterole with salted caramel gelato complete with a candle. They never rushed us and it was a wonderful relaxing time. Definitely worrh a return visit. Valet and metered street parking.

I actually have never been to brunch at Cecconi’s and boy I had no idea what I was missing out on. The brunch was so delicious…. I had the truffle scramble and it was to die for. As always everything was delicious and the service was excellent. If you have not been to brunch here you must try promise you won’t be disappointed.

This is such a classy restaurant with colonial and modern vibes . The staff was overly polite and friendly. And very attentive. They replaced the dishes and kept the table clean and spotless. Enjoyed their delicious food and drinks .Could feel how fresh it was made as there was no heavyness later on . Would love to return back and try their other dishes .

It was a very pleasant experience. The waiter was very helpful — since my wife and I don’t eat pork, he offered us alternative options. We ordered the calamari, beef tartare, and margherita pizza, and they even prepared a special white truffle pasta for us. Overall, it was great. The calamari wasn’t overcooked, the beef tartare was made to perfection, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. My only issue was that the truffle pasta was a bit too oily and slightly heavy. I’ll definitely come again, and I highly recommend visiting when you’re in Hollywood!

I recently visited here and was really impressed! The atmosphere was vibrant and trendy — perfect for a casual night out or a special occasion. The service was absolutely top-notch: friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. I tried the vegan pasta that was recommended by the server, which was decent but honestly a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the menu. It would be amazing if they added a few more vegan options to match the creativity they show elsewhere. That being said, everything else was so good that I’d definitely come back. Cecconi's is absolutely worth a visit!

This is a review of Cecconi’s West Hollywood, a “fancy” restaurant in the nicer part of Melrose. A place to be seen, not to be fed. It is a beautiful venue, likely a former very nice house, now repurposed as a backdrop for people who mistake ambiance for quality. The greeting changes depending on how you arrive, which already tells you everything you need to know about how seriously this place takes hospitality. The food is a mere prop. Nothing memorable, nothing craveable, nothing that survives beyond the Instagram story. It lacks flavor, it lacks finesse, and it lacks even the dignity of being badly interesting. It is simply there, filling plates while quietly wasting your time and money. You leave not disappointed, but confused as to why you just spent a small fortune to eat something that feels like a checkbox on a lifestyle checklist. If you are genuinely looking for a foodie experience, this is absolutely not it. You will save yourself a couple hundred dollars and a lot of regret by going almost anywhere else. The atmosphere is pleasant as long as you stay invisible. The staff can be cold, rushed, or indifferent, especially if you are not one of the usual faces they pretend to care about. The wine list is actually good, which makes the whole thing even more tragic. Pairing a serious bottle with food this forgettable feels like putting a tailored suit on a mannequin. If you are a real foodie, you will struggle to justify being here. If you invite someone who actually understands food and wine, not the LA frozen-pizza version of a foodie, you will quietly apologize later. But if you cannot really tell the difference between wines, sauces, or techniques, and you mostly want a polished backdrop for your social media and a place where being seen matters more than being fed, then congratulations, you have found your restaurant. My original review was removed. Apparently honesty does not pair well with the decor, so here it is again.

Came here for my birthday and excited for the food. The host was amazing and wish me a Happy birthday upon sitting me. The drinks were served promptly and very savory. But my salmon was raw in the middle, when I asked the waiter he said it's served as such. Next time as for well done, didn't specify on the menu or else I would have. Then asked for the check since it was going to be a minute for a meal replacement. He replied with the cooking of the 2nd meal takes time. I didn't ask for my 2nd meal all i said was can I get the check. Make sure to ask the right questions and or 101 questions as to how their food is prepared.

I wish we could have reduced the auto gratuity from 20% to maybe 8%. I reserved a table for 13 on my birthday. The food isn't the greatest but it was good, although the pizza crust was burnt. The ambiance was really nice. The 2-star is for our server. I think he needs to taste and learn about the food they serve. Every single item I ordered for the table, he asked "show me on the menu." I literally needed to point my finger to the item. I certainly do not have an accent of any kind accept for the American accent. Calling him to the table was a challenge. It would alway take at least three calls before he turned his head. And when he did, he would say, "I'll be right with you." Our server was not attentive at all. Not checking how we were doing or needed anything else, or refilling water. For a $1300+ occasion, we felt neglected and judged. Maybe we were Asians? The large round table next to us with white ladies certainly didn't have an issue. Hmmm

I am being completely honest the food and environment is really well. BUT, even tho ive been here before they had a huge bug in my salad. The lady helping was nice BUT the manager comes and says it's a sign that it is organic. Good food but if you are unlucky like me they can't handle crises and I believe after this I won't be coming back soon.
