We love the food and the service. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. Our food was cook and serve fast. This was our first time stopping there. For sure next time we pass through Los Baños we are stopping again.

I go to the restaurant all the time and always find that the food is always good and plentiful,and the staff is always friendly. The staff always gets my meal to me in a very fast manner,and the food is always hot. GOOD JOB YOU GUYS.

This was our first time here, and the first time in quite a while that our breakfast came out absolutely perfect. Poached eggs were just right on my Benedict, fresh, homemade salsa, and hashbrowns that were actually extra crispy!! Service was great, never had to ask for a thing...and the price was right too

This restaurant has an amazingly tentative staff! Karmina was our main waitress and she was excellent. Other staff members stopped by our table and were attentive also. Food was great. Clean and very nice decor. I could not recommend this restaurant more. Great choice for us!

Excellent hometown service reminiscent of Saturday morning breakfast! From the time I walked in the staff was attentive and friendly, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the food was phenomenally American made! Fluffy hot pancakes, big country sausage and homefried potatoes will put you in a food coma. Don't forget the tip!

I ordered a waffle with Boysen Berry syrup and whipped cream. My partner ordered scrambled eggs and a half waffle . All good was of excellent quality, well presented and brought to our table by a friendly worker. The Waffle House is clean and appealing indide and outside.

Stopped by Country Waffles in Los Banos, and I’ve got to say, the food was awesome! The pancakes were super tasty—different from anywhere else I’ve had, and honestly kind of addicting. Classic American breakfast at just the right price. I also tried the Tri-Tip Supreme Sandwich, and it didn’t disappoint. The au jus had great flavor, and the meat-to-bread ratio was spot on. This place is perfect for breakfast or brunch. The atmosphere was laid-back with country music playing in the background, and the service was friendly. I’ll be back!

I normally OJ and a Water and 2 slices of French Toast w/ Strawberries and Whipped cream with Eggs and 1 Bacon and 1 Sausage Link or I'll get the 3 Egg Breakfast Meal Combo with Hashbrowns and Sourdough Bread with Strawberry Jam. I started eating here a long time ago with my best friend Shannon and her family. Its really delicious, affordable, home country cooked food. The service staff are amazing. I ordered for myself and my two year old and it came out less than five minutes later. Leave a nice tip, because not only the food is great, but these people are great.

This must have been a typical Sunday morning for the of Country Waffles, because even though it was busy with a 15 minute wait. They were moving like a well trained team and the atmosphere of the restaurant projected a warm climate for the customers to relax and enjoy. The service was wonderful and food was outstanding.

IF YOU are staying in Los Banos give this a try. I had never been in and my mom wanted to stop. My meal was delicious the waitress' were friendly and I will stop by again. CLOSES AT 2. June/ 23 Had a great meal with my mom they were slow so I barely ordered and the waitress was back with our food. The morning is more hectic but worth it.

Best breakfast place ever. I get the Baja omelette once a week. I got it done with egg whites which comes out extremely good. Been coming here for two years now once a week regular. The staff is amazing Very personable

This spot never disappoints. The prices are very reasonable, even in this economy. A new breakfast spot opened up recently but I still prefer this spot cuz of the family atmosphere and the awesome good food. The omelets are soo soo good. Never had a bad experience here. And the coffee is very reasonably priced. Only $2.50 for unlimited coffee where as at the new spot it is DOUBLE the price.

The quality of food here is above and beyond expectations, you will not be disappointed. This is one of those places you hope to find, especially if you are on the road and away from home. Reminded me of grandma's well thought out meals. The quantity is nothing to be disappointed with either. Once you visit, you'll be back, or wish you could without having to travel across the country to do so.

My sister lives in Los Banos and she brought us here to eat. It is delicious! The food was great, the service was great, and it wasn't packed for being Friday morning. They do have a kids menu. There's plenty handicap parking. They have a senior section in the menu. Clean bathrooms. I highly recommend to stop by if your passing through and want a dine in service with great food. They are very well known for their fluffy sweet pancakes!

Worth it every single time. Jessica and Dawn are super friendly and knowledgeable in their work. The staff will always take the opportunity to talk to you and ask you how you’re doing and what you’ll have. They’ll even predict your orders if you’re there often enough. Most importantly, they make you feel like you’re welcome and at home while you’re there. You can have the worst night ever, but you can’t help but smile after a minute. And the food… I highly recommend their “Red, White and Blue” waffle. It’s a little creation my grandmother in law came up with that’s got blueberries, whipped cream and strawberries on top of a half waffle. If I can ever get a picture of it before I destroy it, you’ll see what I mean. They’re to die for. I’m type 2 diabetic and I gladly take my insulin afterward. Highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved this place. I can only speak on breakfast because that's the only time I've eaten there but every time, I've had excellent service and the food has been hearty and made with love. They treat everyone like family there & you can really tell the waitresses love their jobs. They know their customers by first name bases, at least their regulars. There was a gentleman having breakfast who I believe eats there regularly because all the staff knew him by name. But, he was going around to all the kids in the restaurant giving them hot wheels. I thought that was really sweet. I always get the farmers scramble over hash browns and 1/2 a waffle. Their waffles are probably the best tasting I've ever had. Out of all the breakfast places to go to I'll always recommend here 🤍

This probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had eating outside. I got the cinnamon roll French toast and it was amazing. It was super fluffy and soft the knife ran through really well. The Country potatoes were really good they were solid and not falling apart. The sunny side eggs were really runny and well done the sausages had a lot of flavor and the hot chocolate was really good I’m pretty sure the whipped cream was handmade and I can not wait to come back.

Some of the fastest servers and cooks in town. Gotta hand it to them they are EFFICIENT! You definetely get Bigger portions at 6th street diner but you can't deny the service you get here at Los banos country waffles. The menu is somewhat limited, you'll look through the menu and realize a lot of the meals repeat themselves with only something small added or taken away... but your basic breakfast menu overall. The steak and eggs Is my go-to breakfast meal and for me it comes up short at this location.... I'm not a big fan of the hashbrowns (taste was fine ).but their presentation has too much of a commercial look to them.for me( my opinion ). And the steak that gets served isn't really new York or t-bone. I'd like them to implement that into the menu like 6th street diner has. Overall excellent service and pretty good tasting food. Price is higher here than 6th street and portions are smaller but I'd argue that quality is better here.

Food and service good, very clean ... dodgy parking, almost didn't stop because of the homeless hanging out in the parking lot and side street. Because we had a boat we parked on the street and our truck bed was full and open but glad we gave it a chance.

Awesome server - just read the bill, my wife and I ordered - she didn't know the chicken and waffles was 17.5 and the kids meals came out to ~15$ each. My coffee and morning special was 15$. Times are changing I guess.

To start...servers are the greatest. They check often to be sure you are doibg well. The place is more than a little dated. Could use a brighter atmosphere. I got Bananas Foster Waffles. The topping was good. The waffles were undercooked and heavy. They are a waffle place, so waffles should be done properly. I will try again another day.

Very good food, big portions out dated place but clean. Restoran Need more servers!! Place was packed and I only saw two people working the floor plus maybe one buser. By my own experience as a server I believe the stuff could use some more training. I understand it was busy but there is not reason why your server will never go back to the table not ever once to check if we needed anything else . Me and my family are very patient since we had work in that trade of work but man waiting 40 min to get our order in, not everyone does that. Lost a chance to upsale too, we were trying to order some desserts but we ultimately decided on getting up and asking for our check since no one droped it off any way companies lose a lot by not training their workers right.

Place was alright my mushroom bacon Swiss burger was not fully cooked, the owner himself is very rude you can tell his crew can’t stand him if there intimidated by him. The o my highlight I enjoyed was Carmina our waitress and she was simply so sweet and humble.

The waitress was exceptional and made us feel very welcomed after we left another business down the street with a two-word title starting with a c because of their horrible service. The food was good, but it did get to me later. Very greasy, but good food nonetheless.

My club sandwich a 5 year old could have made it better, my fruit was old. My friends eggs Benedict gave her a sour stomach. And the cost was 33. Dollars not going there again.

Only reason I gave an additional star is because our waiter was the kindest person I've ever met in the service industry but unfortunately I can't remember her name. What I do recall is that the food was not good. It looked nothing like the menu pictures, I didn't expect it to be identical but I also did not expect it to be nothing like the quality/deliciousness the pictures give off. The place is run down. I ordered chicken & waffles, I got a dry waffle and two small/thin chicken strips. Edit to clarify it was the chicken and waffle sandwich so it came with chicken strips. It's just my opinion that the proportions weren't what I expected. I spoke to our waiter, she was kind enough to offer more chicken. Unfortunately, I still didn't like the taste, but thanks for trying to redeem the experience.

Showed up at 10:40. Sat down at 11. Got our food at 12. Finished at 12:30. Still had to wait another 10 min to get our bill. Over all service needs improvement, wait time was way too long just for eggs and pancakes. Server seemed lost and unfocused the entire time. Couldn’t handle multiple tables and needed to keep coming back to ask repetitive questions that could’ve been written down to begin with. On the bright side great job cooks, food was delicious!

Went to country waffles today and encountered three cockroaches. One in the waiting room, table, and on the seat of the booth. If you want to enjoy your breakfast I suggest you go somewhere else until they resolve the issue.

I just had breakfast and oops. I saw few roaches there... not sure if owners know. But the place is not even good. Food was cold country potatoes looked awful. So won't go back. And of course wouldn't recommend it to nobody!!!.

Found Worm in their food. Do not I repeat do not go there. Try a different location. Didn’t apologize neither but said they did which was a lie, I talked to owner and he made it seem it wasn’t a big deal their was a “tiny tiny tiny”worm. How about you check each and everyone of kale pieces u guys put on the plate. I’d like my plate to please not have any type insect near my food whatsoever, thanks.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. We sat for over 15 mins waiting for someone to serve us our drinks and even show us some courtesy. We left after almost 20 mins with no drinks and no food ordered. All this was with a 3 year old who was patiently waiting and asked me several times why there was still no food or drinks. Very disappointed for my first time being here. Definitely sticking to IHOP from now on.

The food was not great. The potato salad tasted store Bought. The host was rude. When we came in she did not smile and was rude when we check out. There was a Dead by folded inside or napkin. The only good thing was that the The waitress we had very kind. However, they did take long taking our order. I will not be going anymore.

This is or should I say was* my favorite breakfast spot. I’ve been coming here for years for their waffles, so so good. I have heard rumors of cockroaches but I personally have never encountered them so I took it with a grain of salt. (More so in denial because I loved coming here). Welp, I recently came here with family and we were served a plate of food with a dead cockroach on it!!! I wish I was lying. Our waitress was barely walking away when she noticed us taking a picture of the food, came back and honestly didn’t look surprised just sorry. She took the plate away and came back to ask us if the cockroach was already on the plate or if it had crawled on the plate after she set it down. She needed clarification because “they’re trying to blame me”. How on earth is it the waitresses fault for the establishment to be infested with roaches??? The owners most definitely are aware of the problem and clearly don’t care. Until they make a public announcement of the issue being taken care of I will not eat here and make sure I spread the word (with actual evidence that we took). We paid for our food regardless thinking surely they took at least that plate off our bill, nope! Saw we were billed for it and had to ask for it to comped. They really do not care, we saw roaches on the wall and sides of the booths as we were walking out.

Today I had very bad experience at Country Waffles… My husband & I were seated in the back and they were busy… the hostess took our drink order orange juice & soda… and we waited … about every 5 minutes a waitress would walk by & say “I’ll get you in a sec” . During our waiting we discussed how busy it was & that the service was lacking today, we also wondered if we should get up & leave because after 25 minutes we still had not given our order to anyone… the private conversation we had must had been overheard by staff because she finally took our order , the food was delivered by the owner of Country Waffles and he slapped his hand on the table & said “Do not threaten my waitress’s !!” Then stormed off! We never spoke to the waitress except for giving our order. We go to this restaurant about once a month & because of this never again… we are truly disappointed with the behavior of the owner in this incident
