They always make fantastic sandwiches most of the time however today my aunt was told that they do not honor the coupons that come out in the mailbox very difficult and disappointing probably won't be back as the coupons were one reason we took our business there great way 2 lose other customers

This subway is definitely one of the better ones in the area compared to the santa nella location. But this is one BIG issue is you order for pickup or delivery. Is the location has a line you will NOT get your sub until they are finished. I've waited up to 40 minutes sometimes and that was only because a customer let me cut in front of her. So basically I had to cut in front of a customer to get the order I placed beforehand. But other than that issue the food is always solid

Didn't check if there was WIFI, but the order I placed on the app: buy1 get1 free was super easy and fast! Everything was smooth, and tasted delicious! Would def return to try other sandwiches!

Subway, I love Subway, I am a little biased when it comes to their sandwiches. I've always had good customer service, and it's no different here. Their sandwiches, one can say are mediocre, but if you want something that's "fresh," and control how much stuff goes on your sandwich, this is definitely better than any class of restaurant that it's actually competing against. When it's put that way, you can't go wrong with this franchise.

Customer service there is zero stars. Called in 30 sandwiches individually wrapped. They didn’t start making them until it was time for pick up. Had to wait about 30mins for them to make them and they didn’t label any of the sandwiches. I asked how am I supposed to know what sandwich is what she said they’re in groups. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Mayra and Guadalupe horrible customer service. Sandwich was burnt. Didn’t even put maynaise or any other sauces I asked for . Talked more than paying attention to my order. Reached out to corporate and will be getting a refrains this is ridiculous. They should not be working in a restaurant environment.

Was not impressed with the sandwiches we ordered. Skimpy on all the toppings and had no flavor, it was all bread. I also didnt appreciate their loud conversation amongst themselves in their language. I won't go back.

I order online worse experience they mess up my order they put very little ham never put cheese in like I ask for I paid extra for avocado never put in my sandwich I couldn't go to show them cause I was passing through los banos I live in merced

Went to two different subways for the feast sub sandwich, the girl behind the counter said she didn’t know how to make the feast sandwich, she called the boss at home and he claims to not have any roast beef which is one of the meats this is the one by Walmart bad for business then went to subway by save mart two girls behind the counter claims they don’t have a feast sandwich, so I showed them the add and how to mage it , they said they can’t do it again bad for business if they can’t make there products why stay in business

Came in for breakfast at. 7:45am. Doors unlocked, OPEN sign on. Got yelled at by the girl in there that they don’t open until 8 and to come back! Internet shows 7am, open sign is on, doors are unlocked. Looks open to me! Left and won’t be back.

Rude lady who was difficult to understand. She hardly put any meat and I could count the amount of shredded cheese in my sandwich. Very rude lady and sad to say I think all Subways are cutting back on food while prices remain the same if not increasing in price.

Placed an order online and when I changed an item on my sandwich it changed the whole order. I took it back to them and they refused to remake the sandwiches. Horrible customer service. Really disappointed!
