Fast, flavorful food every time. :) Plus the people who work here are always kind and patient.

I toke my coupon and got a double double, hamburger with 2 meat patties, fries, and a sprite. I treated myself because I've been so good, and of course my dog was with me, and I share with her!

Friendly service and pretty short lines at the drive thru, usually. Breakfast served all day. Great deals and convenience with the app.

Best Jack in the Box in the South Bay, except for the Chocolate Milk Shake. Milpitas JITB near 680 and Landess has that. Since we have to eat outside now, watch out for the crows, they're really big. They'll make off with your entire Jumbo Jack or what have you, if you leave it unattended, even briefly. Next time I'll get a photo of the two main perpetrators.

Update: They are much better now. The quality of food and service has gone up exponentially since my prior ill experiences. Quality control seems to have increased and I can happily say it's back to the pleasant experience I've come to expect from alike eateries. Previous review: I come here regularly and lately it has become very bad service. They charge for extra sauce and every single time forget to give the requested amount and type of sauce. They now have all their prices marked up, some even 33% higher than other locations. The sodas are very watered down. They often give me stail fries and the ones that aren't stail are small burnt ones.

What do you expect... It's a Jack in the Box. However, to my knowledge, this is the only drive through in Los Gatos.

After a late show, we did the drive thru, got all the good stuff for a ride home.

As usual, the Big Breakfast was very edible. I am challeged to get a reliable meal early in the AM am good with big breakfast with large coffee to keep me sane until lunch.

When I couldn't pull my car forward enough to order due to the car in front of me, the employee kept asking me for my order. That was frustrating to me.

Clean, with small dining room. The personnel seemed too busy with drive thru customers to take care of people inside. Food hot and same as other locations.

Just a standard Jack in the box. Place could use renovating badly. Customer service is very good and they bend over backwards to make it right.

I usually like Jack in the Box. With this location, you have to check your drive thru order though. I've had multiple mistakes happen here.

Well my compliments to the photographer the food does not look like that at all I give my 3 just because I was hungry. And the bathrooms were dirty....

It used to be better here then worse now its terrible. I like Jack but this place is the worst Jack in the box in this area. They almost always get something wrong on my order, or it takes forever, or the fries are cold and sloppy, or the sandwich is fallen apart in the box, or they gave me coke instead of diet coke, or forget the ketchup, or forget the straw, or the wrong sandwich. Something always seems wrong here. Staff changes all the time. The one thing you can count on is that there is at least one homeless person inside. Also it seems a bit filthy in here, the tables are usually not cleaned and the floor is strangely slippery.

Its ok, they forgot the napkins / straws that made it difficult fir the kuds to drink thier drinks. When ordering, it was difficult,to understand the order taker, as her English wasn't very good, so I asked to see the order on the screen to verify, and she didnt understand me. After she took my credit card and gave us rhe order, we discovered and "extra" sandwich that we apparently paid foe but didn't want.... Very frustrating...

Jack in the Box has fallen off their game steadily over the last decade. The three star review is actually like a five star review- if you just adjust for the general mediocrity which we have all become used to with J-Bo.

Night time service is really bad. They keep getting my orders wrong or forget to add food products to my order.

Staff unable to perform order changes and lack ability to effectively operate cash register resulting in missed sales and an ambience of ignorance.

Decent food and service when they do it right. I just went through the drive-thru and noticed I was missing half of my order by the time I got back to work. They handed two orders of fries instead of the two orders of tacos for my boss. Quite unacceptable for how long I was waiting there.

Decent food, but it takes 3-5 minutes per person at the Drive Through which is ridiculous. Has happened all three times I have gone (15+ minute waits for 3-4 cars) so not just an anomaly.

Worst JitB I've been to. Slow. Wrong order. Poor communication. Etc. If I order an item thats going to take extra time, let me know. If you make me wait in the parking lot for my order, at least make it right. No cheese means no cheese.

They forgot my fries tonight, tried to call to get refunded for them since I don’t like paying for something I didn’t get…the phone number said it was a discontinued line. Needless to say I’m not happy.

I'd give half a star if I could. They used to have good people working late nights. But ever since they hired the gal that's always on the window now, my orders are never correct, food takes way longer to get, and half the time I'm at the window she's not doing anything but chatting up her coworkers. If you get there and a woman who barely understands english takes your order, expect some mistakes in your order. Also, Jack in the Box should take better care not to leave their pre-made sandwiches sitting outside the back door. Everyone in the drive-thru saw them sitting outside the back door of this location✌💯🤷‍♂️

I walked in the lobby on Los Gatos and Farley in Los Gatos,CA.. door was unlocked. Out was a minute before 10pm. I was asked to hold on. 5 minutes later I was told they couldn't help me because they were closed. They told me I could go through the drive through. I would have drove through in the first place if that's what I wanted to do but I didn't. So even though I was already inside the door just before ten they refused to serve me. I don't think I will go to another j.n.b again. I just get sick of how people treat you. I don't need their food but they do need customers. Oh well

The Ultimate Cheeseburger is a joke!! The menu shows a delicious looking burger, but when served the meat is twice as THIN as the photo. It is false advertising upon Jack n the Box. I would NOT recommend this place in Los Gatos. I will NOT VISIT this place again.

Terrible!!!! I waited for 35 minutes in the drive thru only to get to the box and no one ever came on to take my order. So I drive to the window and the lady scolds me for not ordering at the box!! And then tells me it's "Cash Only"!!! Very frustrating!! Will not go here again!

I hate to be negative but as a general manager myself oday was by far unacceptable. The team struggling and the Store manager running around without purpose while evwruone else took the heat of the guests. The lack leadership was shown today. This olace usually has poor service acrros the day but this was pretty bad. They have no change. They blamed the guests about taking wrong orders. They yeelled at eachother as employees. The shif5 manager was frustrated and shut down vocally. And the boy at the drive through was a mess himself as he coukd not seem to problem solve on his own. This was from 12p-1p on 10/19/2018

The workers were rude. When I pulled forward, she didn't tell me my total, she snatched my card out of my hand. Then she threw my bag at me. When I asked for ketchup she gave me a rude look and just threw it at me. Bad customer service. I will never go back to this Jack in the box again.

Went through drive thru got my order to find out that they just gave me two order of fries and not my burger. I didn't check before I left thinking everything was there and that they would make sure to put everything in. It wasn't too busy either for them to not put my whole order in the bad. I usually have a great experience at this Jack in the Box. I come here often, always mobile order through the drive-thru, and the staff is usually super nice. Today, though, was very disappointing. I asked politely if there was taco sauce with my order, and the employee at the window just stared at me and asked if I had “put it on my mobile order.” I’ve never had a problem asking for taco sauce on the side before. Instead of simply helping, she was rude and started gossiping about me to her coworker in front of me. Seriously, how much time would it have taken to just grab three taco sauces that were sitting right in front of her? It wasn’t even busy — I was the only one in line. The way I was treated was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. Management needs to address this immediately. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable or talked about for something as simple as asking for sauce. Better training and accountability are clearly needed at this location.
