Starbucks is everywhere. But if you want to switch it up there, try the apple crisp frappuccino, it's delicious! It tastes like sweet caramely green apple goodness. Truly the most unique flavor I've discovered there. Their nitro cold brew coffees are good too. I grew up in Los Osos and remember when this was a bank. Living in Oregon now and visiting, it's always nice to come in and reminisce about the good ol' days. The way they turned the bank vault into a seating room was pretty darn crafty!

This is hands down the best Starbucks in California! Friendly staff - clean eating area and restroom- our drinks tasted great! The Vibe of this place later in the evening was fun and vibrant! We interacted with everyone behind the counter- even drive through took a moment to welcome us and ask us our day!

Always hit this starbucks when I come to town. Always a stop to go and to leave the beach. The employees always seem really nice

Latte and egg bites prepared as expected from starbucks- no complaints there. Service was nice, as well, as it should be! I appreciate the history of this location and the cool bank vault door inside. Not many opportunities to see something like this nowadays. Worth a stop in to grab a coffee and take a look! The road is a little loud for outdoor seating- maybe a hedge would help dampen the noise.

Came in via the drive-thru and was pleasantly welcomed by their very sweet staff. The drink I ordered tasted off, so I looped back around to go inside. They made quick work of making a replacement drink. Would recommend stopping by here & thanks again!

This is my favorite Starbucks! They never get my order wrong and everything is made so quick. Amri needs a raise she is always so nice and polite!! She always smiles and asks how her customers are doing. Thank you for the service!!💕🌊

I always love walking into my local Osos Starbucks. Staff is always friendly, and there is always an open seat for me to work when I need to get out of the house. Since Los Osos (and the surrounding towns) are so small, you are always bound to run into someone you know. Thankfully, if you want to avoid any chit chat, you can always go through the drive through!

Great location in old Monterey right across the street from our hotel. Super busy but mobile ordered and drinks were ready when arrived. A little on the sweet side but they were slammed, so I'll give them a pass. Staff was friendly. Nice store.

New Starbucks on Froom Way , same parking area of Whole Foods and TJMax. Clean, spacious, friendly staff and of course delicious coffee.

This is BY FAR the best Starbucks in the area and the best one I've ever been to. The staff are always incredible and consider you as more than just another customer. I can always count on them for a CONSISTENT product, too! Everytime I go, what I order tastes just as good and the same as the last time! I moved out of town for a year and when I went in for the first time after moving back, they remembered me and welcomed me back! This will always be my favorite and go to Starbucks!

Overall, I am grateful to have this Starbucks location in our community. It is a standard Starbucks and features a drive through. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because sometimes the mobile ordering doesn't work here.

Unfortunately the Starbucks in Los Osos is not my favorite. Sometimes people could be a little bit rude and I've had several drinks that are incorrect there. I was pretty disappointed when I ordered a drink that was something like $9 and when I had to spend my time to go back through they gave me a card and told me that I would be able to get my next drink free. So I saved it until I was going to get an expensive drink but then when I went to use it it covered $4 which to me seems a little unreasonable. Sometimes it seems like they're training too many people and not enough people are there who know what's going on. I also got told that they couldn't reverse an order that I got. It just seems very rushed at the Starbucks and that when there's mistakes it seems like they don't want to fix it because it takes time. I think that they would save a lot of time and customers would be more happy if they took their time to make sure that they're getting the orders correct and spent the time to fix things that were incorrect. instead of two with a debit card when I was with a friend but I think that was because it was a person that was newer and didn't know how to do that. I found their barista rude. I had done a mobile order at 10:07 arrived at 10:11. Check and our order was not ready which is ok. After waiting an additional 5 minutes seeing the drive thru line moving I asked about my order. While waiting I heard one barista say we focus on cafe, not mobile orders. Which made me wonder why mobile order if we have to wait as long if not longer than if we ordered in cafe. The fact that no one asked or acknowledged me while waiting was also very abnormal. Not a fan of this location or the attitude of the barista today.

The woman was rude when I told her my drink didn't taste right. She rolled her eyes, I don't know her name but she had blonde, shoulder length hair and boy does she ever need a lesson in customer service. I'm done wasting time and money on this place.
