We went in for the first time last Saturday after my son's football game. It was 30 min prior to closing. I expected to get some looks or something since we were the late ones. We were greeted with kindness and had exceptional service the entire time we were there. The young man who waited on us was so kind and funny. He took a moment to talk football with my son and nephew. He explained the name of the month discount wall. He took time to tell us about the homemade pies. He was just overall a great waiter. The other young man behind the counter in the kitchen made us the best chicken fried steaks we've had in a very long time. The hand cut fries were sooo good. Over all 100/10 will definitely be back.

Had lunch in the middle of the week and ordered the special, which was meatloaf. The staff were all very friendly, the place was clean, and all food is made from scratch. It has very hometown diner vibe that is inviting. It was my first visit and I will definitely return.

We stopped in for lunch. The sandwiches were great, lots of ham and turkey!! Hancock fries also fantastic!! We were most impressed with our waiter, Michael. He checked back in frequently, making sure everything was alright and refill drinks. even offered to get us some tea to go!! Outstanding service!

This is such a special place to eat at! It’s locally-owned and operated and some of the waiters are local high school and college students. I love that they give the youngsters a chance to start their careers here. Food-wise, it’s just like the name — All-American. It feels like stepping back in time to have a juicy hamburger or delicious cheese sticks. I’ve had many meals and they’re all great. I also love the branding and the way they name the food after Texas Tech stars. The atmosphere is also really great and family oriented. Luka has been my waiter and he always does such a great job. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who visits the Lubbock area!

Don’t let the strip mall facade of this place fool you!! Cute place inside! Worth the stop! Ate here with friends for lunch June 2, 2023. First visit for all of us. Conveniently located right off the highway in south Lubbock with level, ample parking. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. The pies and desserts looked amazing. We only sampled the cobbler and it was yummy. The lunch fare was hearty and delicious. Would definitely eat here again!!

Service is great, nice and friendly young man served me both times I went there. Food was so so. I heard the steak fingers were highly recommended and I'm not saying it's bad, but it tasted real earthy like liver or so. The texture is also similar, it's interesting but not what I expected. The chicken fried steak is definitely not that good, however. Hard and dense. Sides were also so so.

We were able to walk in and sit down immediately with a party of 7. Our waitress informed us immediately of things they didn’t have and specials that were available. Our food came out quickly. The chicken sandwich was huge. The kitchen followed all special instructions perfectly. Overall it was a great experience.

Heard about this place for a while, so we decided to check it out. It's smaller than I expected and BUSY on a Saturday afternoon, so expect a wait. The waitress did tell us they are hoping to expand at some point, which will be a good thing All the menu items are named after sports greats - Sheryl Swoops, Danny Amendola, Patrick Mahomes, etc. We started with chips and salsa - Chips were warm, crispy, and thick enough to hold a scoop of salsa. I got the Danny Amendola burger - garlic parmesan sauce with bacon and Swiss on a sourdough bun. Absolute heaven!!! The bun was light and fluffy and melted in your mouth, and the garlic parmesan sauce was perfection! Did not have room for dessert, but they do have a different selection of pies every day. Service was very friendly, albeit a bit slow, but they were all running around like crazy taking care of tables. We will be making this a return visit!.

We stopped in to All American Eatery for lunch and I am glad we did. The service was prompt, the food was delicious and hot. If you are looking for a place that serves a great tasting burger on a real sour dough bun, then drop by and have one. From what I have seen, you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. I hope to see you there.

Seriously disappointed with this place. We were told everything was made from scratch, but that wasn't the truth. The fried chicken salad chicken was not their hand battered chicken. It looked like it was rewarmed frozen chicken patty. You could tell the hamburger patty was frozen and re-heated for the burger and had little taste. The fries were good but that's about it. I hate being negative about a place but with all the good things we've heard about it, it was a big let down. The only upside was the staff was very friendly.

It was our 1st time there, and we went to try it out because Lubbock foodies recommend it. NO. The crowd is mainly elderly that were there when we went. We were excited to try it out. My child had the steak fingers that were SMALL and looked gross. She didn't like them and spit them out. She has tator tots that she enjoyed. There was no children's menu! My husband had the Cajun burger, and I had the Swiss mushroom burger. We were both disappointed 😞. They lacked flavor, and my burger appeared to be cooked in the oven or boiled. We also ordered chips and salsa. Salsa isn't spicy, and cheese had a film on it as if it were microwaved. We won't be going back.

Waitress and vibe was fine, but the portion size is not okay! My husband got the Philly cheesesteak and it was almost no meat and all veggies. On top of that he got FOUR onion rings!! I ordered an avocado sandwich and there was almost no avocado. For the price (almost $14 for a SANDWICH), it should have ample avocado. First time trying and won’t be back.

The fries were extremely burnt, my sandwich was wrong the first time and when asked to be corrected the cook Mathew gave us an ugly stare and mocked us for being upset on receiving 2 bottom buns instead of the correct upper and lower buns. He also said it was our fault for ordering the sandwich incorreclty. He was very ugly to the waitress helping us who was extremely kind and helpful in resolving both issues we had with our food. My wife received two top buns and simple asked if we could recieve a bottom bun and the cook Mathew mocked us once again and stated "it's just buns why are they complaining" while looking at our direction with an ugly glare. His attitude reflected in the burnt fries and incorrectly made food on our two separate orders.

I've never eaten a chili cheese burger that was so dry. They forgot my mashed potatoes with my small chicken fried chicken, and to top it off, they gave me gravy in a cup that wasn't even half full. The pie they gave me looks like they just slapped it in the box. If I'm going to pay about 100 bucks plus tip at this restaurant, I'll just go spend it elsewhere. Sad thing is, it was or first time trying this place out.
