Be prepared to wait in line at drive through at 930am. But is definitely worth it. The chocolate long john is huge and the chocolate taste amazing. Sometimes the donut places that have chocolate glaze taste like chemicals but this one does not.....it's worth the wait. The new iced coffee vanilla is sweet and yummy!

This homemade insane goodness of a breakfast stop easily put Dunkin Donuts out of business. They always have fresh items, which includes tamales, the best breakfast sandwiches and burritos you can find, and blueberry fritters! Stop in, you will not be disappointed. Please make sure you go hungry, you will find something new you absolutely must try.

Good donuts, filled donuts always have a good fill. Several delicious fritter flavors. I like their kolaches too. Had a good breakfast burrito here last time. Need to go back and try more stuff.

The donuts are good and fresh. I get the breakfast burrito. The burrito is decent size and good. I would put them one of the top three I've had so far. The people are very friendly and nice.

Don't get me wrong my kids love coming here ...Just hate to wait in a long line in drive thru they take forever......and sometime there food has alot of dough.... other than that it's a pretty good place ..

This is the worst Rise N Shine donuts in Lubbock! Stop by just after opening, when I got home I did not get what I ordered. I called the store to let the lady know that the burrito I ordered was missing, she was so rude and could care less and was only interested in telling me that I was supposed to pull forward and wait for the burrito, at the window the lady who took my order who is apparently the manager did not tell me to pull forward and wait for the burrito so how was I supposed to know? Again very rude employee, THEN I take a bite of the croissant that I ordered and it had a sausage in it instead of bacon! I do not like sausage, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant. So I then call the store again to let them know that I did not get what I ordered! Again the same employee answered the phone, just plain out rude! I asked to speak to the manager and she still insisted on knowing what my problem was before she let me speak with her, I then told her I've had another issue with my order she then went on to tell me that the lady who took my order was the manager 🤦‍♀️ so I asked to speak to her anyways. When she got on the phone she apologized after I told her of the two mishaps she seemed to be very overwhelmed, said they had a bad week etc., as somebody in the hospitality industry I know sometimes life can be rough, but I would never carry that over into my work ethic!!!!! Long story short I will not come back to this store not even to get the items that they put me down for that I did not get, the service is so terrible I can only imagine if the owners knew how the lady who answered the phone treats their customers! I wish I could give zero stars!!!!!! At least I got the 2 chocolate donuts I ordered 🙄
