I have been going here on and off for years and they have some of the best donuts I have ever had. I will not go anywhere else willingly. Also the people who own the shop are very nice. Great place!

If you want original donuts, this is the place to go in Lubbock. Very friendly service. The donuts were fresh. The prices were reasonable.

This is a great place. I got waited on very fast even though there was a long line outside in the drive-thru. The woman who waited on me was sooo friendly and helpful. Oh yeah....the donuts were excellent too!!

I go here quite often...usually after I have several of my children's friends spend the night......I can feed upwards of 11 kids most of the time and 4 adults for about $20. Their doughnuts are always fresh!

Great place to grab a bite in the morning on your way to church or work. They get their food made fast, some of the freshest and tastiest donuts you can enjoy. To top it all off they have kolaches! I only wish they stayed open an hour or two longer.

Donuts were moist and fresh! We came kinda late but they were good. The strawberry donuts were very good and I could see the specks of berries in them. Service was friendly and fast.

Donuts seem to be getting more expensive everywhere else but Donut Depot. The quality of the food is always great and there are some really good people working here. I can normally feed everyone in the family for much less than $10 per visit.

I love donuts so I enjoy getting donuts here because they are fast and friendly. And have a wide selection of things not just donuts. Not to mention the donuts are always fresh, no matter what time I go in.

My client suggested we stop here for donuts and coffee! He's been coming here for years. I love the convenience of the drive thru, prices are very reasonable!! I will go again and again!!

I'm not in Lubbock often, but this place just made the list of must-haves when I am in town.

Great place tucked in on old trusty 34 th street one of those diamond in the rough locations you might drive past if you didn't know it was there ,great service great and fresh products fast and quality 💯💯 percent legit...My second favorite location for all donut related treats...

Amazing and quick service! Burrito was delicious and the egg and your eyes will not deceive you the cheese biscuit I ate was melt in your mouth glorious! They get a 6 out of 5 in my book

While I am not a frequent buyer of donuts, this is my personal favorite go-to for kolaches and donuts. I have been going here for over ten years, and they've never changed their recipes or their prices. Consistently fast and friendly service. It's nice to have a decent, non-chain choice for donuts in town!

Prices are great and donuts are pretty decent; service is the BEST! Go here to feel appreciated as a customer of local business. All the employees I have talked to there are nice, friendly and love to help everyone.

As usual, pastries were exceptional. Tried a new item on their menu, ham & cheese kolache, it was awesome. Will definitely be having more in the near future.

So donuts are good but the bag is awful 2 out of 6 donuts are ruined when you take them out to eat them the icing becomes one with the bag and its a huge mess. These bags have got to go. A small sprite and a small coffee was $4. 6 Donuts was around $6.

I always go out of my way to go to my favorite donut shop in town, but I decided to stay in my vicinity this time. This trip made me remember why I go to my favorite one instead. Cashier seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I was also expecting a real sausage patty not a McDonald’s pre made type for my biscuit. Donut was okay, but not great like other places in town I’ve tried. It makes me upset to hand over money for subpar services and products.

Disappointed, the donuts look great but some of them are dry as if they were leftover from yesterday. These were purchased this morning around 9am.

Kind of disappointed today. I ordered a cinnamon roll, a long john (un-filled), and a kolache. The kolache was wonderful as usual. However, my long john looks like someone was snacking on it and took the inside completely out. It has a slit down the back as well. The cinnamon roll is also far from pleasing.

Donuts are crunchy not soft. They throw them in a small bag so they all stick together. No napkins provided. 👎🏼

Never been in this place before so I thought I would try it I got greeted as soon as I walked in which is great I waited there for a couple of minutes one of the people in the back asked a girl to come ring me up she immediately had an attitude and was complaining that no one can do anything but her on top of that she was working there sick wiped her nose before she came to ring me up and proceeded to grab my food without washing her hands very bad experience first time being in there if you don't want to be there to do your job and promote good customer service then leave. It was such a bad experience I told her just to cancel my order and I turned around and walked away as I did that she was popping stuff off under her breath about me very unprofessional.
