I had the maple bar. It was excellent. Good selection of donuts. I'd say the maple bar was comparable to the one from Rise n' Shine, which is (IMHO) the gold standard in Lubbock.

This, unfortunately is the best donut shop in Lubbock. None of that artificial chemical taste of Dunkin or KK. The prices will make you feel like you've gotten away with something and the hard working owner is there 7 days a week from 6 am until 1pm! Why unfortunately then? Because it's minutes from my house.

The staff is incredibly friendly—when I went in, the lady behind the counter surprised me with an extra cake donut for free, which completely made my morning. The donuts themselves are top-notch: soft, fresh, and perfectly sweet. The icing especially stands out—smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. Between the welcoming service and the quality of the donuts, this shop definitely deserves five stars. I’ll be coming back again and again!

We stopped by 6:30 in the morning one day. Purchased a few donuts & donut holes. I'm sorry, but they were very dry, like they were from the day before

As first light descended on Red Raider Donuts this morning the wife and I picked out 1/2 donuts like a couple of children, excited by the colors and smells. Having been somewhat let down last week by a big name shop we gave RRD a shot and was not let down. When it comes to cake dohnuts (blueberry being my favorite) they had a good selection. The big surprise for us was the plain glazed cake donuts, they have a rich flavor and wonderful texture. Overall very good, not crazy sugary like Krispy Kreme, and more flavorful that Dunkin Donuts we plan to return soon.

Don't have much to say. Pretty typical donut place, nothing too special about it. Only negative thing was that they have a credit/debit card minimum when purchasing, you have to purchase +$2.00 in order to use cards. They do have a drive through though which is a cool plus.

This place used to be good, but last visit was not. The donuts were greasy. Just not good...

The female owner, im assuming. Is super rude. I take my kids there out of convenience, but every single time I do some sort of rudeness from her is displayed! I wish there was another donut shop in that area I sure wouldn't continue to patronize her shop!

Only drive-thru is open due to the SARs COVID-19 pandemic, so I could understand if she was a little frustrated with business today, but she was all around rude. I was ordering for a friend as well as myself and after I stated two items, she gave me a price and stood there waiting for my payment; when I informed her I still needed to order more, she gave an exasperated look. I handed her my card and started listing the last couple items when she walked away and when she returned, she handed me my card and receipt without even giving me an updated price before running it. I then let her know I wasn't done and had intended on ordering an orange juice, and she stared at me like she had no idea what it was. I told her nevermind, and when I got the food and checked the receipt, I realized I had been overcharged 4 dollars. Get better customer service representatives, please.

If you except debit.....except debit. If not, put CASH ONLY on your door and move on. Don't make it inconvenient for your customers to pay for your product. Word to the wise. Have cash on hand or go else where. Don't waste your time if you don't have cash.

Not only did they nor do they ever have what i want, i was rudely refused service because i was using a debit card and it was like than 8 bucks. Your telling me i have to buy 8 bucks worth of dough to use a csrd when the donuts are 60. Cents each. When i said i didnt want 8 bucks worth she literallt walked off without a word. First of all the attendant wasn't friendly I ordered kolochi and she charged my for the jumbo kolochi I didn't specify I wanted the jumbos. Secondly I wasn't even given mustard. Thirdly I asked for mixed, half jalapeño half reg and I just received reg. More than likely won't be back.

Very sub par donuts. Went thru the drive thru and the lady was very nice. But the filled long John's tasted sour. The donut holes were just balls of grease.

Placed a doordash order with your establishment. Order was picked up & cancelled by the doordash driver due to an emergency. I was charged twice because doordash placed the order a second time & you refused to make my order the second time. Issue was between you & doordash & my order was paid for both times. You shouldn't mistreat or punish your customers when it comes to an issue that is between you & a third party company that you choose to do business with.
