We stopped here on our way back from a sporting event in Switzerland. It was a rainy Sunday noon, and there weren't many tourists on the lake. The place is spacious and offers plenty of seating. They sat us down and brought us a refreshing non-alcoholic aperitif. We appreciated it. We were in a bit of a rush, and with young kids, so we opted for pizzas, burgers, and salads. The service was fast and accurate. The cartwheel pizzas and generous burgers were accompanied by really good, crispy fries. The salads were plentiful and well-seasoned. The waiters were quick and friendly. They offered us a few liqueurs, but since we still had a long way to go, we declined. The price was in line.
This is one of my absolute favourites! Do not come unless you are hungry as the portions are big. The quality of the food is fantastic, especially the pizza. Pizza choice is great, thin crispy bases as big as dustbin lids. Steaks are top dollar too. The added extra is the digestivo which are fantastic and free! Smashing staff who are kind, attentive but not overbearing.
An excellent restaurant for lunch or dinner, the food is excellent, from starters to main courses to pizzas and desserts, the staff has been the same for years and are all very kind, the digestifs they offer at the end of the meal are also very good and you can buy bottles. The space is large especially in the main room, what I would do is put some background music to avoid the echo of people talking.

Really great steak! Quality ingredients but needed more seasoning before serving. Although we could add our own it would have been better to serve it with seasoning. The pistachio dessert was amazing! Really classic Italian place, great for families or anyone wishing to enjoy a good meal. And a very reasonable price
Since we're taking the inflatable boat to Lunio in an hour, there's a huge weekly market, and the restaurant there is fantastic – so large with many different rooms. Many of the waiters are very friendly. We ordered our food and received it just 10 minutes later. The spaghetti with lots of seafood is absolutely superb and incredibly delicious. The price is perfect. I would have given it 7 stars! I'll definitely come back.

Pranzo. Abbiamo aspettato quasi 5 minuti prima che un cameriere ci portasse al tavolo. Portate molto buone. Al momento del dolce ne scelgo uno dal menù ma mi viene riferito che i dolci del menù non esistono. In conclusione, pranzo buono ma con qualche svista

Locale molto affollato ma con buon servizio e anche abbastanza veloce, il personale e cordiale e gentile, i panini e le patate Ottime, la pizza molto buona e bella GRANDE, a volte un po molle, personalmente la vorrei un po più croccante, la carne e buona e la cucinano come la chiedete, lo consiglio per una serata diversa.

We arrived without a reservation and were immediately welcomed and seated. After placing our order, the wait was very short. The salad was fresh, with a side of fries. The meat was dry because it was pre-cooked. The burnt grill on the burger was also annoying. The bill was good, and the staff were very hospitable.

Nice Grill restaurant at the corner of the streets, close to the famous Wednesday market of Luino. Huge terrasse, but you can eat inside too. Friendly personal, prices and food OK for a quick bite. Recommended. 👍
Una mia amica ed io abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante. Sono celiaca, prima ho sfogliato il menu, con varia scelta, poi ho chiesto al cameriere se avevano un’alternativa senza glutine, la risposta è stata “no signora noi facciamo cucina classica!”. Ora io vorrei fare una considerazione; nel 2024 ci si potrebbe anche evolvere e pensare almeno ad una alternativa per chi come me non ha la piena libertà di scelta sul cibo da mangiare al ristorante. Attenzione sto chiedendo una sola variante gluten free e non tutto il menu!
Ho cenato al sabato sera ed era super affollato e di conseguenza l'attesa un po lunga e la pizza non era molto curata. Il personale è molto gentile. Penso di ritornare ma in settimana così gustare a pieno il cibo e il locale che è carino
The pizzas were too big, and unfortunately, they used canned mushrooms. They should charge 50 cents more per pizza and use fresh ingredients. All the desserts were canned. The burgers were just bread and meat. Piranha certainly wasn't served like that.
Food and service good. Toilet totally awful and disgusting. Turned me down after the good food we had there. Needs a proper renovation to stand up to the quality of food they deliver.
Carne di buona qualità e staff friendly. Purtroppo il vino alla spina arriva caldo e senza CO2 tanto da rimandarlo indietro per avere una nuova caraffa identica, la carne purtroppo arriva fredda e con una grammature che non ne giustifica il prezzo. Non va bene. Non si può uscire da un ristorante dopo avere speso 90 euro in due e farsi un panino al chiosco.
Questo è un "fake" dell'old wild west, ma con gli stessi prezzi e la qualità del cibo nettamente inferiore. Su servizio e personale nulla di negativo da dire, carina tra l'altro l'idea di offrire all'inizio un aperitivino e alla fine il limoncello. L'ambiente è buono per la posizione geografica, luogo iconico di Luino all'angolo con via Vittorio Veneto, ma gli interni sono senza senso e non c'entrano nulla con un house grill (o come dir si voglia). Il cibo no comment.... "Per me è Noo"

La cameriera bionda è stata gentilissima,la pizza molto grande nn buonissima e soprattutto le bevande e i caffè esageratamente cari per il resto tutto ok

Da dimenticare, posto enorme confusione totale sia di gente che del personale, ordini una cosa ne arriva un altra attesa 1.40 H per una pizza da evitare per mancanza di professionalità..aria condizionata presente ma spenta tavoli uno attaccato all'altro, pizzaioli che leggono comande a metà...... Al 100% non ci metto più piede ...
una vergogna dichiarazione del falso! spacciano carni normali per carni di KOBE giapponese sul menu, ovviamente tutto ad un prezzo impossibile 23 euro una costata... quando chiedi spiegazioni ti assicurano che e davvero carne di Kobe. Patetici un posto cosi dovrebbe solo chiudere. Lo sanno tutti che della carne di Kobe varia dai 600/800 euro al kilo. Questa è frode, n.a.s fatevi un giro qui...
Off-season – the restaurant wasn't busy. And then you get this. The steak was cold – not just not hot – but cold. The grilled vegetables were cold! Only the fries were hot. Worse than a fast-food chain and nothing more than a tourist trap. Anyone who likes this probably hasn't eaten a properly cooked steak. Sorry – I usually refrain from writing bad reviews, but this is a rip-off and has nothing to do with quality. What a waste of ingredients! And the staff isn't to blame either. They don't ask if you enjoyed your meal – probably because they're not supposed to. Steaks belong on a grill, not between two hot plates! You preheat the plates so they don't get cold. They were ice cold, by the way. And what's half a lemon doing next to the steak? That's not fish! And one more thing. It's truly outrageous that a simple bottle of mineral water (0.5L) in a small plastic bottle is so much more expensive than a quarter liter of wine! Are the children supposed to drink alcohol so the owners can afford to eat there? In short: This isn't a typical Italian restaurant, it's a fast-food joint.
