I have been coming to this establishment for 10 years I've always had a good experience with the owner her sister and brother the food is great I am partial to the yellow curry the shrimp fried rice the green salad with the special dressing the Thai ice tea and the pad thai!! There's not many places you can go these days where you get such a warm welcome good food and clean environment

Food is delicious and Customer Service is amazing. The Asian Lady that is in charged is so kind and friendly. She gave my little daughter a little rabbit as a gift and helped me to bring my food to the car. How sweet. Highly recommended!

The staff here is always so friendly and I just love that this place has finally stuck around for so long. That section where it's located never seemed to stick for too long. However, this location was a total hit! The family-owned business sure does have a great selection of plates to choose from. I rarely eat here and always seem to get my orders for pick up. I think they know me by now as I tend to go at least once every 1-2 weeks. Everything I have ordered from here scrumptious.

Update: This place is still great I always get their BBQ combo since its the best bang for the buck. Food comes out always super hot tasting fresh. Love the peanut sauce with the salad! I remember coming here years ago when I was still a teen and loved the chicken. After all these years this small business seems to keep going up! Quality of the food is still above par. Service is always delightful and they bring out your plates. Atmosphere is very clean and not to edgy but not old looking. Now that I'm back and staying for sure this will be the best Thai food in the city. Thats all I have to say. I came here mutiple times and each time i left satisfied, the quality of their food is amazing for the price. A must try.

Food is amazing! Its fresh and made to order. The owners are great, personable and always so welcoming. I have come here for years living in the area and still stop by when I am in town, now that I dont live in the area, to get all my favorites.

Wonderful locally owned Thai restaurant - the staffs are welcoming and friendly, the food selections are great with a nice variety, decent portion, and very fair pricing. You can get really good Thai flavors here. Highly recommend - some things to try Pad Thai, Squid Basil Stir Fry, Tom Yum, Kai Kau, Pork Belly Stir Fry

Great food. Great Service. There are alot of Thai food restaurants around here but very few good ones. Pacific Rim is definitely worth a try. All three dishes we ordered were good (not Hollywood level).

I ordered to-go since it was about closing time. I ate half in my car and the other half taken home. My Pad Thai was a bit greasy, like street food you see on youtube. The meal tasted alright. The shrimp and bean spouts were fresh so 4 solid stars it is. The person, the owner I believe, handed me my order has full of pleasant smiles. Again, it was closing time so I did not expect the welcoming like that. So yeah, 5 stars for the to-go experience. Hopefully that will apply to dine-in as well because it will be a great relief for a stressful flight landed at LAX.

OOOOHHHHH MY GOSH, AMAZING!!!!!! EVERY TIME!!!!! I started going there when i was pregnant.... It's been 7 years since. Great food, great people. Its now my husband's and my favorite place for Thai food. We love you guys. And your food.

We’ve been looking for a goto Thai restaurant within a ten minute drive. It looks like Pacific Rim might just fit the bill. Easy parking, plenty of open tables, great service, and the food was pretty dang good. We loaded up on appetizers, the summer rolls were excellent, pad Thai, and green curry both great. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Let me tell you, this was one of best restaurants we find in that area, the best Thai restaurant out there, we were served like if we were family. Food was really good, we got the Kai kau and for me it’s my favorite dish, staff was really nice to us, and I promise you that they deserve all Once again thank god we found this place

I went there late at night (they were about to close).. Ordered a ginger dish probably done in a big wok. Chose beef. It was very tasty, and for a cheap price (around 11 bucks). If I was to complain about something, it’s that it wasn’t large enough. But I wanted more, mainly because it tasted really good. This option is kind of hidden inside the menu. I am sure they have more popular dishes which tastes just as great! Also, very nice service Edit: I have returned a couple of times. I am not sure what it is that attracts me to this place.. But if I was to say only one thing, It’s probably the family vibe that they have here. You go to Pacific Rim and the feeling is almost as you are going to eat in your second house. On the food. I had great experiences and not so great ones. I loved their coconut and their flat rice noodles with beef (forgot the name but the salty one not sweet..). Also, they serve a delicious won ton soup. I would pass on the bbq chicken though or their fried rice. Nothing special there.. In conclusion, probably a 4 for the food but I am keeping it a 5 for the kind spirit of the staff and awesome environment that males you feel at home.

Spotless restaurant, easy parking, fast turnaround (we place our order by phone and it’s always ready by the time we get there), reasonable prices (most dishes are around $11-13), good-sized portions, FULL of flavor, and spicy ACTUALLY means spicy here. The beef pad see ew - order it spicy - is a must try if you are looking for something on the sweeter side. I’ve recommended this dish to many friends and neighbors and it is always a hit. Seafood pad kee mao is another favorite of mine, as is spicy fried rice with chicken. The latter is made with a delicious sauce and lots of basil, and the chicken can be made as crispy as you want. The sweet family who owns this restaurant cooks great, authentic food and is always happy to customize to our specifications (eg: less veggies, or extra noodles for a slight surcharge). I’ve never tried anything I didn’t like here, although there are so many items I haven’t gotten to because I keep coming back to the three mentioned above. Again, we’ve eaten at many Thai places and they simply do not compare to Pacific Rim. I’m embarrassed to admit that over the years they’ve come to know our phone number and order by heart, but this speaks volumes to just how amazing their customer service is.

Delicious Thai food! We had pad thai and curry, plus spring rolls. Excellent and freshly served. The family that runs this place could not be more attentive, warm and friendly. I highly recommend! I wanted extra spice so she brought me a few different oils and Chiles to add and it hit the spot. Right off the freeway so very convenient if you are driving by on the 405. I will be stopping here more often.

Always come here for the Nasi Goreng & Mie Goreng. Yum!

The chicken pad Thai was solid! Great amount of food for the price and very fresh. Slightly dry but it’s nothing crazy! Loved the customer service. Very sweet.

Five Stars All Around! Here's why... I've tried five other Thai spots within the local area, yes five don't judge my crazy cravings, all varying in prices and this place still holds as my favorite. I always order the same Pad Thai ($9.99 or $8.99 during lunch hours 11am-2.30pm Mon-Fri) and Thai Iced Tea ($2.75 Small, $3.75 Large), whether due to lack of creativity on my part or just because it's consistently delicious. Their Pad Thai is beautifully balanced with sweet and savory flavor, not too much sauce and the chicken (choice of protien: beef, chicken or shrimp which vary in price) is always cooked perfectly and never dry. The Thai Iced Tea is well balanced with the right amount of sweetness and creaminess. Even the pricier spots elsewhere don't match the tastiness of this restaurant. I've had anywhere from too greasy too lackluster dry at other restaurants, but not here! I've truly lucked out finding a Thai restaurant that delivers in flavor in both the Pad Thai and Thai Iced Tea! Another contribution to this awesome, local spot is the consistently friendly service. From the moment you call your order in to the moment you leave the restaurant, all of the staff are very accommodating. The restaurant is super clean and has convenient, shared parking with CVS so as to avoid the frustration of finding parking while you're hangry. My only wish is that they offered delivery via Yelp for those crazy, hectic nights that I can't organize my life to get to the restaurant. I'm sure the other delivery sites offer that though. Great tasting food, delicious drinks and amazing service...you've got my business for sure!

Such great service. The woman who helped me was so sweet. She even asked me to taste the mango before making my mango & sticky rice, just to make sure it wasn't too tart. My food was so fresh & delicious, I got chicken Pad Thai & mango with sticky rice for dessert. Quick service & made with love!

My wife and I ordered Pad See Ew lunch special (chicken for me, beef and tofu for her). The food was delicious! Entree is separated from rice/egg roll by being out in a foil pocket. Side salad was in a separate container, with dressing on the side. All positives to ensure the food is warm and can be mixed as the consumer wishes!

Went there for the second time after two years. Really good. We had the Tom Kha Chicken Soup, Satay - peanut sauce was great; cucumbers average. I prefer the sugar/rice vinegar ones. And Spicy Fried Rice, which was also really good! The woman is super nice and gives great customer service. The cook - well...cooks great. Not greasy, good solid flavor. We shall be back!!!

Google menu isn’t up to date on prices. I got there 10 minutes after the lunch special ended. A good small business would have still honored it. Customer service is key with a neighborhood restaurant. Pad Thai was ok. Chicken was over cooked. I came in because the prices online.

Man let me tell y'all, when me and my family first went the food tasted amazing and flavor. Then the second time we order for pick up, got home and a pad sew noodle w/ beef had about 5 pieces of beef strips and Chinese broccoli.. we said we werent going back, but today we gave it another shot and guess what, our pad sew noodle this time came with extra grilled onion, bell peppers, salad, tomato's, 🤷‍♂️ where they do that at!!!! and no Chinese broccoli. Recipe always different and changing, hit and miss .... Guess me and my family will have to do that extra drive to Long Beach... I am khmer and this ain't it... Sorry for the bad review, but me and my family work hard for our money.... I dnt even believe their real Thai people....

I've been to this restaurant three times and Everytime I've been disappointed. The panang curry is very watered down. The fresh coconut I ordered had already gone bad and you could taste the oil. The pad Thais I've ordered were more like BAD Thais ...the flavor is not authentic and the meat was not cooked properly...I could taste the rawness of the chicken! Truly disappointed in this place.
