We had a bigger order and it took about 20 minutes to get it, but they came out and gave me updates and continuously apologized. I was very impressed and they gave me a couple free meals and apologized profusely. It was a great experience.

This location has far surpassed the McDonalds by the mall. Fries are always fresh, meals are made and handed out in a timely manner, the staff are always very polite and kind.

400 miles from home, this was much nicer than my local one. Play place was very cool. Kids loved it. Our is very basic in comparison. The food was good. Tastes the same, but it was put together better with a lot more toppings.

Clean spot. Stopped in to use the restroom and grab a quick bite. Now we all know it’s McDonald’s and you never know what you’ll get in the bag. I ordered 2 burritos for breakfast. I’ve loved these things since 1994. Anyway they were short. The flour tortillas were now crunchy tacos.

Wow! This was literally the best, most organized McDonald I’ve ever been too! They got my huge order ALL correct which is a first time for me at any McDonald’s ever! I totally recommend! They had to bring out our drinks and the employee had a nice little organized tray with napkins, sauce, and straws which was so nice and cool! Enjoy your visit!

Took my niece to the play place for the first time and she loved it. The area was very clean which I very much appreciated. The game table thing they have in there is amazing! I want one at home! Food didn't take long and was fresh.

They were quick, but I ordered 2 carmel frappes and they gave me one with mocha but the sizes were right and the timing was good.

Always busy. Employees are helpful with the odd one. If you want to get the best deal use the app and pick up through the drive thru ordering. Then add to your order to overcome the Apps 1 special limit. They also keep the place clean.

This place has really stepped up their game. It might be because of the Mobile App, but I've gotten late night and lunch rush orders and my orders have been correct with minimal wait times.

When these folks are all working together, they're really fast. The last time I went thru the crowded drive-thru, there was very little wait time. My food was ready at the window, the order was correct, the ladies at the window were very nice, and the food was hot and fresh. That's really about all you can ask for when buying fast food.

It's McDonald's... You get what you get at McDonald's. It was fresh and hot. So, I was satisfied with that. Only complaint was that the shake machine was being cleaned... Other times, the shake machine is down for repair. Krispy Kreme has a sign that tells you when donuts are being made fresh... McDonald's needs a sign that says when the shake machine is working... It wouldn't cost them much electricity because it seems like it would be off most of the time.

Food is normally fresh. Just wish there was more consistency in the coffee and they ran out of sweet tea. Instead of letting us wait we got watered down unsweetened tea they added a tad of sugar too.

There buns are better. Noticed they cook your order its not just sitting in shelf stale.

We went. Food was good. Play place was open so my boys had a great time playing. Could have been a little cleaner. Floors were really slick in some spots. They werent wet. Just really slick like grease or something. But the kids had a great time playing so that's all that matters.

Staff is really nice. Sometimes a bit longer of a wait but not too bad. Ordering a la cart is something that throws them a bit off. They must not use it much. We like to order just hamburger patties at times.

The food here is as good as any other McDonalds, with that being said this has got to be the slowest drive thru at any McDonalds. I'm not going to say that it is the workers fault as much as maybe the corporations rules. What i mean is the lady in front of me today had three separate orders in one vehicle, this dramatically slows down your business. One car one order, then maybe you would have true fast food.

The drink station was filthy, I had to use a wet wipe to clean us a table in the play area because every table was dirty, tash cans were full.

Food was okay. I had a long wait in line because the family in front of me could not make up their mind and employee knew them. They talked alot. Several tables needed cleaning and person taking trash out took majority of trash cans outside at same time.

Food good hot, service great. Did get shorted on 10 piece nugget by one but brought us another out after tremor in this. Tables in play area were dirty, we had to clean it our self. Bathroom were a mess.

Had a party in the play area, and everything was wonderful, but the food tasted different. It's horrible! My husband and I had dbl cheese burgers and we couldn't get home quick enough after because we both had stomach aches. AND the shake machine was down. AGAIN! The fries are 1 molecule away from plastic! They used to be my favorite but I'm afraid I will break my teeth on them. 👎

I placed a mobile order for a medium Mocha Frappe and opted for curbside pick up. After checking in on the McDonald's app and completing my transaction I waited 45 minutes. I saw six different employees and spoke with two. Finally a gentleman brought out a large Caramel Frappe without a straw. He was nice though.

Service was slow and very unfriendly people. One girl even got off the clock with her purse on her shoulder after being clocked out, finished bagging up her food, because of her own crews slowness, then walked out. I only ordered 3 cheeseburgers and it took about 25 mins to get them. And for a vivid mental picture, I ordered immediately when I arrived inside and they had 3 or 4 customers.

Not a very quick visit. CO2 must’ve been off with their fountain drinks. and the order was incorrect. I have worked fast food, it is not as hard as people make it out to be. work off the screen to make the food correctly, double check what your putting in the bag, and check again to make sure you’re handing it to the right vehicle.

It is a place for fast, inexpensive food. Service varies as the employees change often. You will most likely have the wrong order from time to time, or encounter a rude employee. There is a play place for smaller kids, in another room from the main restaurant. The place is in need of a major renovation, always seems to be sticky. Drive thru is pretty good, you don't have to wait too long.

I rate it 2 because I didnt get my cheeseburgers and was short 1 sausage on biscuit.. it was snowing and I knew like me people were wanting to get their food and head home so I left without checking my bag. The last time I was there I ordered a fish sandwich and they had me to pull up and someone would bring my food out....45 minutes later I got my sandwich. When I tried to eat it ....it was overcooked and hard as a brick. Both times at the same McDonalds.

Stopped in for breakfast during our trip and found the hash browns tasted like it had freezer burn and the 2 breakfast burritos had a stale taste as well. You can usually count on McDonald's to be consistent wherever you are but this particular location was not pleasant.

Burgers are always extra salty like they don't clean there grill! Plus the burgers be cold and dry like they been sitting there for hours and instead of making fresh ones they sell the old ones to keep the waste down! The fries are always cold unless you ask for without salt! Always getting your order wrong and so rude they make you want to smack them in the face so I just stop going back!

Employees were monotone and mumbled. Couldn't understand the order at first (a black coffee, a coffee with cream, and a vanilla iced coffee) but ended up getting it correct. Drive through took forever but coffee tasted good.

I did a mobile order last night first they forget to give me my daughters happy meal then God forbid I asked for the sauces that came with the meal I got 1/2 because they couldn't read a recipet and you only get what u "paid for" it took me snapping and being rude and pointing out I paid for 4 sauces.... The employees were rude unobservant slow and unintelligent the food it's self was hot and fresh minus the fry's that were cold hard and the wrong size for what I ordered the drinks were great thou but u can't go to wrong when it's an automated machine doing the soda fountain!

Slow service. We got the wrong order at first. They asked me to pull up after taking the first bag back and waiting another 5 mins at the 2nd window. The young cashier (at the first window ) was excellent and sweet she deserves a rasie.

Went through the drive-through to get a couple of egg mcmuffins. The place was not very busy. Had to pull over in a parking spot to wait for my food. Eight minutes later, I received my food. There were no napkins in the bag, so I had to get out of the car anyways and go in to get some. Got back in the car and started down the road. I opened my food to it it. It wasn't very warm and didn't even taste very fresh. I very seldom go to a McDonald's and this is part of the reason why.

The service is slow. They’ll probably mess up your order and give you the wrong change. Chances are their ice cream machine is broken. I know it usually is whenever I go. Whoever waits on you will probably be rude or be too busy on their cell phone to help you. It’s everything you have to come expect at your local modern day McDonald’s and that’s why I usually try to avoid it like the plague, yet every once in a while I’ll find myself back at Mickey D’s hoping that maybe the service has improved. Hah! Who am I trying to fool? The only reason to go to McDonald’s these days is because it’s cheap and even that is starting to change. McDonald’s leaves a lot to be desired.

Price, location, McCafe atmosphere are nice but thenwaits are consistently some of the longest I've seen at any McDonald's and the staff are rarely cognizant of or concerned with people waiting. On my most recent visit, I waited 34 minutes for an order for just two people, the fried were cold, and they didn't even apologize or explain anything.

Location was very busy. The dining area was full, which is unusual for a McDonald's. I had a long wait for food ordered on the app because it seems as though Drive thru is always prioritized. Burger patties were dried out and crusty, Bun was dry and crusty. It wasn't really edible, but I didn't feel like going back through the crowd of angry customers to ask for another one..

Left out drink. Called back to report it. Left voicemail. Never called me back. Central City's burgers and fries taste completely different from either location in Madisonville KY. Central City's are excellent. Fresh bread. Tastes like real meat. What's the difference in between cities.

I went to this McDonald's in the drive through and they didn't have what I ordered so I just told them to give me a refund, forget the item and the girl in the drive through handing out the food, kept saying bye have a good day over and over like wanting me to leave. I asked for a manager and got my refund but who does that to a customer like I wasn't even speaking.

Let me tell you what happened. This McDonald's in Madisonville ky was open and I stopped in the drive thru to get two Big Mac's for 5 dollars. When I got home the meat patties were raw, so after 30 minutes of calling and noone ever answering the phone I threw the burger's out. It was about 11:00 at night now and I lived about 6 miles away so I'll wait till next time I go. Just so happens that was the next day and to my surprise after talking to the manager she informed me that I should have called and keeper calling till they answer the phone and I should have brought them right back to have them taken care of. I told her how far I lived and ask if they would reimburse me for my fuel and time she told me to never come back again and she never gave me back my receipt lol . McDonald's ain't my kind of place ... It's a Slap right in your Face

Every Saturday for a month I been there with my daughter. Play place is nasty, trash full in the whole restaurant and our order is wrong every time. Ppl from the drive thru have to come in and get their order. Two of the last four visits I've witnessed the manager sitting on the sidewalk smoking cigarettes

Took 45 min to get a MCchicken and sausage mcgriddle with a large drink, all they do is talk and laugh and dont even care about how long we wait if you have time to kill come but this place is not in and out. Some of the managers are rude and I feel like things need to change.

Going through town and decided to stop here for a quick breakfast. Wrong. We all went in and ordered 2 breakfast burritos and 2 plain biscuits... and the wait was 40 minutes. The drive-thru was moving pretty steadily, but inside, slower than a turtle. The counter crew asked for help from the "manager" who was working on the flurry machine, but they never left their post... because, you know, they have to get that flurry machine working at least once a week guys.

Well, after 10 minutes of standing at the counter, I had to ask someone to come take my order, rather than just "hey, sorry," I got to hear how it wasn't her job to do that, and how she was supposed to be putting orders together, and the manager was supposed to be taking orders, but she had disappeared, so, she supposed she could take my order. The food was cold. Can't recommend.

Had to pull over and wait after going through the drive through for the chicken to cook. Waited 5 additional minutes before going in, where I waited 5 more . I asked for a mgr . Who promptly checked on it ,came back and said it would be a couple min.. finally got my Cooked chicken sandwich value meal. Went to car to enjoy it, and realized they didn't give me my fries, went back In and after another min got them . By the time I had everything, the shake that was ordered with the meal had just about turned to milk. So to put it politely I wish I had gone to the Burger King up the street. I gave them one star only because I had too. For a rating ,they didn't deserve it.

Wanted to order apple pie girl said she couldn't sell me one, not available on her register. 20 minutes later I finally get to the window to get burger and ask her why she couldn't sell me a apple pie and she said they weren't ready then but never offered to sell me one now that they were ready. Cold food. So many teenagers working yet nothing is getting done. Terrible service. Filthy bathroom. Asked for mayo and was told by the lady that she can't it for me because her anxiety was too bad to walk to the kitchen. Cold hard bread. Whole experience was terrible. Never going there again. I went on my 30 minute lunch from work. I figured since it was fast food that I would have time since my work is only about a 5 minute drive. I stood in line for 15 minutes while the two cashiers discussed ride options after work while the manager was standing right in front of them. The next 5 minutes they were helping get the other customers orders bagged up because they were behind. I left before they could even take my order. I'm a patient person but 20 minutes of waiting (on my lunch break) for someone to even say hello and take my order was sufficient. I will not be going back to this McDonalds.

I came in and spent 40 dollars on food and when I asked the girl at the counter if she put everything on my sandwich I asked for she said yes. When it came out it was wrong so I took it back and they still didn't make it right. Get your act together that is why food prices are so high is because people do not listen when u order and they cannot read the screen. I would rather drive somewhere else to eat this is ridiculous

Went though the drive through tonight at 9:30 to get a Fanta, it was visibly barely colored/ mostly water and tasted awful so I went in to get a different drink and slipped on the wet floor and spilled my drink in the sleeve of my shirt luckily I didn’t fall. No employees saw this because nobody came to the counter when I came in. There was a wet floor sign around one of the tables not visible from where I slipped. And the Fanta in the lobby was 100% water. And no employee came to the front the entire time I was in the lobby

Burgers buns were tough and dry, burgers were packaged poorly and the food was smashed. The facility from head to toe needed to be cleaned. Every surface that we came in contact with was sticky or stained including the play place and main dining area.

I ordered my food at drive thru at 2:17pm and of course just like everytime I go there i had to pull over in the waiting spot! It was 2:38 when I got my food! But wait..... It's not over!! My sauces I ordered and was on my receipt wasn't in the bag so I had to call them and let them know. When it was all said and done with it was like 2:50pm when i was pulling out of parking lot!

Came in on Friday night April 26th, ya’ll need to fire that manager. Tracy, she had a very rude attitude and was very rude to her customers. Just because they are backed up and busy doesn’t mean to have a rude attitude. I ended up canceling my order, she is not a good example for the other workers there.

What is this? A poster and cards. Why? Kids want toys in their happy meals not this.

This location struggles to meet any expectations of fast in "fast" food. Mainly due to the people that read the screens on the end. The cooks have the food lined up and the person at the end just stands there staring

100% of the time they will tell you to park without even saying hi how are you. Then you will wait at a number for at least 20 mins while they prepare your order that by the way will be wrong in some way 99% of the time. So if you like paying for overpriced garbage, waiting a half hour for food, and terrible customer service make sure you visit this McDonald’s. Common McDonald’s. Train your staff better. Seriously. Go anywhere else but here.

I'm the only car in the drive-thru ordered 12 mins before I showed up, they opened up 45 ago and can't have just 2 breakfast sandwiches ready in under 20 mins? And you ask me to pull forward so ur times don't look terrible like they really are. Get ur stuff together McDonald workers. If it takes u 20 mins to heat everything that comes frozen then I'd rather get it freshly cook from anywhere else for the same time and not much more money.

Normally, I wouldn't leave a bad review for waiting a bit on my food. As a former McDonalds employee, I know that things happen, and sometimes you have to wait. But this has happened 3 days in a row. I came to the drive thru on my lunch break, and waited (after paying) for 10 minutes. I was told at the pickup window that I would be waiting 90 seconds for the bacon to finish for my sandwich and waited 8 minutes total after that point. I only get 30 minutes for lunch and I barely had time to eat and return to work. There were plenty of workers and the line was not long. I will not be returning to this location, and I will be strongly recommending others to do the same.

What good is ordering ahead of time if I have to wait 10 minutes after i arrive, and the food is cold on top of it.

So I go to mcdonald's 2 Or three times a week Because my Child who has autism likes their food so much But yet every time they messed my order up and every time I have to call and have it replaced only to have it messed up yet again all because. The employees would rather. Be on their phones then to insure the guest has proper service. The management I have talked to is also incompetent and allows their employees to serve food. Cold food that we had to wait to get

Pulled up to an empty drive thru, gave my mobile app code, & pulled to next window. Grabbed my receipt and pulled to pick up window. Was asked to pull forward, which I thought wasn't necessary, but did it anyway. (I only ordered an ice coffee) I sat there 11min and watched 5 customers get food & pull off before I ever got that coffee. To me this is completely unacceptable!!

Worst customer service. One employee was walking around in the back with a cigarette in his mouth. They were all yelling and screaming at each other. Waited over 20 min for our order while others who came in after us got served. All the while, the owner of this establishment was there and did nothing to help the employees or keep them in line. Very poorly ran.

The woman taking our drive thru order was extremely rude. Telling us to hold on a minute and is that all. There were 6 of us to order and she seemed very "put out" to even take our order. It didn't stay on the screen long enough to see if it was even right. This was at 7:54 p.m. on Saturday, April 8th, 2023.

I went in and ordered a 10 piece mcnugget meal, small caramel frappe, and a quarter pounder meal on the kiosk. There is a screen that shows when orders are being prepared and when they are completed. I noticed the person clear the 2 orders that just came in which included mine. The place was busy. I waited for 30 minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt because how busy they were. After 30 minutes I went to the cash register and asked about my order. The person asked if I ordered at the register or at the kiosk. I told her at the kiosk. She immediately said they have no control over the kiosk orders. She told me that they aren't seeing any orders from the kiosk. The app showed my order and the screen said it was completed. I told her that and she immediately walked back into the kitchen asking if anyone had my order. She walked back and again reiterated that the order never showed up. Eventually she said she'll take a picture of my receipt and make the order. She then informed me that they can't make the frappe. I asked why was it available in the kiosk and she told me the 2 don't correlate to each other. She said she could make me a caramel macchiato instead and I said that was fine. She brought out a mocha instead. I thought they were going to immediately make my order since I'd been waiting for over 30 minutes at this point. I didn't get my order for another 25 minutes. At this point I had waiting for almost an hour. I received my order and went to my car and noticed I was missing a large fry. I went back in and waited another 4 minutes. I'm not sure what the disconnect was here but this was one of the worst visits I've ever had here. The workers also acted like it was my fault because they lost my order. I didn't get compensated for waiting over an hour either. I would have asked for my money back cut I was told they couldn't do that because I ordered on the kiosk. Please do better.

Hair cooked in my burger after driving all the way home trusting you’d get a decent meal. after having gastroperisis, I don’t eat a lot of fast food anymore. After a rough day at the doctors, I felt like getting a good bacon quarter pounder burger that I loved to eat before. Didn’t care how I felt after, I just wanted to enjoy it, and have it taste good, like anyone else… After pulling it out of the box and about to take a huge bit, I realize there was something wrong…. meat doesn’t cook like a hair holding two pieces of meat together… I pulled on it and it came half way out the burger…. Nasty right? First meal of the day, at almost 4 in the afternoon after getting out of the doctors office that was a drag.. then this is what’s presented… it soured my thoughts of ever eating fast food again, especially from a McDonald’s I’ve never been to, because it’s ok for people to serve hair cooked food with no quality check.. then you drive all the way home, after your wife and pup get to enjoy their meal, with no issues, and you get left out with a nasty disgrace for a burger… and soggy cold fries… after driving home, and having a rough day, this store screwed the pooch on their one impression.. even if I ever have the hankering for fast food again, I will not purchase from this store, because it’s a waste of money to not know what someone is going to do to your food. You may not have the same experience as me, but heed my warning if you have a weak stomach or gastrointestinal issues like I do. Because my half of the 30 dollars we spent, was atrocious.

Just thought you might want to know you don't want to order do not McFlurry because they do not clean or change the mixing spoon I've seen them use it multiple times and if you have allergies you're screwed because they don't clean it or sanitize it.

I didn't eat here every time I go but here they think I stop here lol I rather go to Applebee's then eat at McDonald's. It cost to much more eat there and food is better at Applebee's

Placed a mobile order for counter pickup. Used the restroom before picking up my order. There was an employee in a red polo McDonald’s shirt in there as well. She used the restroom and never washed her hands. Thinking she is some type of shift lead or manager since she was the only one in there shirt. After she left the restroom she in the kitchen. Absolutely disgusting! Order came out with no drinks. I had to ask more than once for my cups to fill. One of my drinks I paid extra for because I got tea and lemonade mixed. I went to fill it and there was not an option to get lemonade. The teas were both almost empty. Every employee in there had a hard time getting things right so I just took whatever was there and left. The tea was GROSS! Got to the car to eat and the fries were not cooked all the way nor were they hot. I will never come back to this again!

Ordered breakfast well before breakfast was over, we arrive to get it and they inform us they are no longer serving it so the cashier offers a refund. We pull off to reorder lunch, the app is only showing breakfast so we go in to place an order. The manager is RUDE, to every customer having an issue. Many people ordered breakfast and we're basically told "that's tough" and her only option to fix it is to give lunch instead of fixing what was PAID for in advance before breakfast was done. We've never had this experience at this McDonald's before, very disappointing the manager and girls running cash up front are laughing at people for it not being handled properly.
