⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give more than five stars, I would! Hummus Republic in Turlock is hands-down one of the best places to eat in town. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. The staff is attentive, friendly, and makes sure you feel taken care of throughout your visit. The food itself is absolutely phenomenal. Fresh, flavorful, and made to order — every bite feels like it was prepared with care. The hummus is creamy and perfectly seasoned, the falafel is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the variety of toppings and sauces lets you customize your bowl or wrap exactly how you like it. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Everything was vibrant, colorful, and so delicious that I didn’t want the meal to end. What I especially love is how healthy and satisfying the food is without ever sacrificing flavor. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty protein-packed bowl, a refreshing salad, or something bold and zesty with their sauces, you’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit. On top of that, the restaurant is clean and inviting, making it a comfortable spot to dine in or grab food to go. The service was quick, efficient, and delivered with kindness, which really made the whole experience stand out. Turlock is lucky to have Hummus Republic, and it has definitely become one of my go-to places. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a meal that’s fresh, delicious, and served with great customer service!

I recently heard about a new Mediterranean restaurant in Turlock and had to check it out. It did not disappoint! Everything is prepared and cooked fresh, which is a major plus. We went twice to try a wider variety of dishes on their menu. While I particularly loved the Moroccan steak, they also offer chicken and vegan options. The portions are perfect, leaving you satisfied but not overly full. We will definitely be coming back

Excellent food and super helpful and friendly staff member. She let us try several things so we ended up being very happy with our lunch. Highly recommend taking the food to go and going across the street to the pond on the college campus but watch out for the large cobra chickens 🐍 🐤 (geese)! Enjoy!

Hummus Republic is my absolute favorite. Everything is so fresh, healthy, and filling without ever feeling heavy. I love how many different flavors and combinations there are, I literally never get tired of it. Every bowl tastes amazing and I always leave feeling satisfied and energized. Truly the best!

We had a fantastic family dinner here! We tried plenty of stuff, and everything was great - from the meat to the veggies, toppings, and sauces. Clean, spacious, and halal options. Friendly service too. Highly recommend! I'll definitely be coming back here again!

This is my 2nd time eating, well ordering from Hummus Republic and I kind of forgot how good it actually is. The food is fresh fresh, no wilted greens here, the portions are on the bigger side and really you can't beat these wonderful flavors. My favorite sauce is the Moroccan sauce, but I think the dolmades are some of the best I have had in years. I actually had so much food that it was lunch and dinner. There really isn't much food diversity here in the Valley, well not any that's worth commenting on except Humuus Republic. Please don't change or go away and for anyone curious, just check it out they have a good menu.

Food here is really good and definitely a healthier option. I’ve been twice now and I will be back more! I hope they add some music playing into the restaurant so it’s not just awkward silence while they make your food. I think it would liven up the atmosphere. Also, I cannot wait until they get their lemonades going!

It was disappointing to say the least, the lemon chicken was pretty dry and portion small, as well as the pita chips aren’t made fresh to order like in Fresno, and I got half the size of a bag for the pita chips. This location also didn’t have the fancy soda which isn’t that big of a deal but I wish they would. Overall it was good but a better location is the hummus republic around the Woodward area in Fresno. They really set the bar for me. I’m going to try it again and maybe see if it’s improved & if so I’ll adjust my review.

When we got the food the falafel wasn’t cooked and it looks and tastes store bought. The crispy chicken wasn’t cooked as well and tasted very bad. I got a bowl and two sandwiches for 45 dollars! This is way too expensive. I will never be coming back to this place ever again! If I could rate this a 0 I would.

Super excited to try this place unfortunately it did disappoint. The food wasn’t edible, portion sizes on proteins were smaller than chipotle, and person serving was whispering and couldn’t understand a single word she said even though I asked for her to repeat what she was asking several times. Paid $30 for 2 bowls and didn’t even eat them because they just tasted awful.
