From start to finish, my dining experience at Dani Brasserie was exceptional. The highlight of the evening was the outstanding service provided by Emil, our server, and Enrique, the sommelier. Emil was attentive, professional, and warm—ensuring every detail of the evening was seamless. He struck the perfect balance between efficiency and genuine hospitality, anticipating our needs and making us feel welcome and well cared for. Enrique impressed us with his expertise as a sommelier. His wine recommendations, including the Albillo Real and Numathia, paired beautifully with each course. He guided us with knowledge and passion, turning the wine experience into something curated and personal. The dishes themselves were exquisite, with the Atún with Stracciatella and the Pichón a la brasa standing out as memorable highlights. Combined with the exceptional service, it made for a remarkable evening. I came here on for lunch on very hot and sunny day in early July during a trip to Spain for vacation with two others. We live in New York City and were recommended this place by our neighbors who are from Madrid and fans of the namesake chef. We made a reservation a few weeks before we planned to dine but the restaurant looked like it would have some availability for a walk-in table. The restaurant is in the gorgeous four seasons hotel. We were all honestly blown away by the restaurant. It was probably one of the best meals I can recall having. Everything we ordered was delicious. I had the table side beef stroganoff which a cool experience and the best I’ve ever had. The space and outdoor terrace were also lovely with sweeping views of the city. The service was also great. While the prices are not low, I couldn’t recommend this place more and I would love to go back. In the future, I will seek out other restaurants by this chef.

The terrace was incredibly beautiful. Some dishes were better than others. Exaggerated prices but I suppose that’s the price to pay to enjoy such a beautiful place. Service was good but a bit slow. All in all I would come back but not necessarily for the food, mainly for the pleasure of enjoying such a beautiful view.

Great service from all the staff. The food was incredibly fresh. The seafood are highly recommended. We ordered the steak but was below my expectations and not that good however, the rest was beyond expectation. The staff are very accomodating, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this for the views, more quiet vibe oh by the way do order the hamon iberico, i think they have the very best, it was better than the 1🌟Michelin we had tried in Madrid, better than the Mercado San Miguel and better than the one in Corte Ingles, it was so good we forgot to take a photo😁👍

Great atmosphere with a view for beautiful photos. The staff are very polite, too, as well as the food being delicious. I was a bit frustrated that food seemed to be prepared slower than expected, but it was delicious overall. I recommend the tuna tartare and guacamole.

Sitio selecto en el centro de Madrid ubicado en la planta alta de hotel de lujo. Íbamos a pedir el menú degustación de Dani, pero el camarero nos dijo que en lugar de siete platos eran cinco los que tenían. Al final decidimos pedir por carta, croquetas de jamón ibérico, muy ricas, tartar de atún rojo, bueno, hamburguesa de carne usual en estos sitios, jugosa y rica y de postre una pequeña tarta de mousse de chocolates... En general bueno y caro como es lógico en estos sitios. Una nueva experiencia en comida de élites. La experiencia buena en general.

Estoy acostumbrado a ir a buenos restaurantes y Dani Brasserie cumplió expectativas pero con varios fallos. Trato de ser lo más objetivo posible. Los platos que probamos bien, buen producto y buena cocina. Precios altos pero tampoco desproporcionados, y el emplazamiento del restaurante lo vale. Puntos negativos; un servicio con varios fallos...nos trajeron un plato para compartir pero no nos trajeron platos individuales para poder servirnos...después de esperar varios minutos tuve que reclamar los platos y ya se había quedado frío. También decir que como compensación nos invitaron a probar un tartar de atún. Otro aspecto negativo fue que al traer la cuenta me había metido una botella de agua que no habíamos pedido. Tercer aspecto negativo...no se ofrece aperitivo, impropio de un restaurante de cierta categoría. Y cobrar 19€ por un vaso pequeño de tinto de verano me parece excesivo. Lo recomiendo? Sí, aunque hay mejores opciones en Madrid en ese rango de precios y debe mejorar el servicio y los detalles. También me parece mal que haciendo reserva con más de un mes antelación, no te puedan confirmar y garantizar que vayas a tener mesa en terraza

Decir que el sitio es muy bonito en pleno centro, el servicio muy atento y profesional. En nuestro caso fuimos para tomar un café en la terraza. El precio del café acorde a el sitio y categoría del restaurante 11€, nada que decir.El postre: PISTACHIO NUTELLA Caramelized Pistachio from Granada, Brioche. Pues nos decepcionó un poco, no es que no nos gustara, pero tampoco lo terminamos, cosa que nos sorprendió.

Brunch excelente pero servicio deficiente. Para haber estado el 2025 en los “50 best hotels” del mundo, el servicio me pareció precario y los aseos sucios. Es totalmente inaceptable estar persiguiendo a los meseros para ordenar y que retiren platos en uno de, los ya mencionados, mejores hoteles del mundo.

En la línea de los restaurantes de Dani García, excelencia y buen hacer; tomamos el menú de los platos mas memorables y fue todo un espectáculo, impecable y estupendo. Como anotación, y no sabemos si tal vez es una nueva tendencia (lo de tendencia es un eufemismo) , nunca nos habían cobrado el agua en otros restaurantes cuando hemos pedido el maridaje de vinos con la comida; esto nos sorprendió un poco; como aficionados a los vinos no entendemos un maridaje de vinos que no incluya el agua; seguramente se trate de error en la cuenta por que no es la manera de los restaurantes de Dani García el exprimir tanto al cliente, valga como ejemplo que no nos cobraron la repetición del buenísimo pan de brioche acompañado de mantequilla trufada que pedimos tras terminar el primer servicio de este mientras los acompañábamos del Ruinart "R" a la espera del "Descargamento de Atún", que se hizo esperar un poco para nuestro disfrute. También anotamos el precio algo subido del las infusiones (11 € un Rooibos), pero bueno, es de entender que aquí el valor está en la comida y la bebida que lo acompaña, el café y las infusiones mejor en un salón de té, o el lobby de un hotel. Agradecer el detalle del restaurante de los bizcochitos almendrados con la velita por mi cumpleaños.

Cena san Valentín: con menú degustación 120€. A destacar; hotel four season, clásico, tradicional y ambiente y vistas espectaculares. A mejorar; para ser menú degustación 4 de los 7 pases son fríos de ahí que puedas pedirlo “en cualquier momento”. El espacio de mesa y silla, en mi caso soy “grande” (192 cm) y me encontré en todo momento muy incómodo en la silla y en el espacio de la mesa. Como algo “curioso” en el baño de caballeros estuvimos “tiempo” descifrando cómo encender el grifo… al parecer debía ser algo del sensor. Me quedo: la atención del personal, el servicio en nuestro caso “Brian”, estuvo muy pendiente en todo momento, la ambientación con música en directo hizo una velada muy romántica y especial. Finalizaron cerrando el pase con el plato dulce con un guiño al día de San Valentín y regalando rosas a la salida a las señoritas, todo un detalle. Destacable lugar, pero por el precio, puedes encontrar opciones “curiosas” incluso con estrella michelin pero no en el four season.

I enjoyed the rooftop, I’d say it’s one of the best ones I’ve been in Madrid. The cocktails were also very tasty! We haven’t ordered much food, I got a beef tartare and it was nice, very heavy though, and meat tasted like jamon, not in a bad way, it was just an unusual taste, the sauce though was veeery delicious.

The terrace and a views are just breathtaking! But rather recommend to go there for a drink and maybe a tapas because the food was not great. I had ravioli with a truffle cream witch was okay but nothing special, but my friend ordered lobster pasta and was very disappointed - pasta was dry and not saucy as all, couple of shrimps on top and a tiny piece of lobster… don’t recommend if.

Lo mejor es la terraza, tiene buenas vistas, pero si hace mal dia te meten dentro, que no es nada del otro mundo. Creo que la decoracion es mejorable. La comida si estaba muy rica (ceviche, tiradito de salmon y ravioli de rabo de toro). De todos los restaurantes de Dani Garcia en que he estado, es el que menos me ha gustado (prefiero Bibo o Leña). Queria hacer mencion a la gran atencion y servicio de Álvaro, un camarero encantador, que nos recomendó muy acertadamente. El precio es muy elevado, en mi opinion algo desproporcionado, viendo la cuenta nos dimos cuenta que la comida tiene precios “normales” y lo que encarece es todo lo demas (pan y aceitunas 14€, botella de agua filtrada 12€, caña de cerveza 10€, copa de vino blanco 22€, cafe con leche 11€, un ravioli extra 11€…). El postre no estaba mal, el pistacho tenia buen sabor, pero no me sorprendio (17€).

I made a reservation at Dani to celebrate my husband’s birthday. During the booking process, there was a section asking for special requests, where I politely asked if it would be possible to wish him a happy birthday with the dessert as a small surprise. Unfortunately, this did not happen, which was disappointing, especially considering the level and price of the restaurant. Dani is an extremely expensive restaurant, and for that price range we honestly expected something more special. The food we were served did not match the high prices. We expected flavors, creativity, and refinement closer to a Michelin-level experience, but none of the dishes we tried stood out or justified the cost. The taste and overall quality were simply not in harmony with the prices. The drink prices are also unusually high — for example, a tea costs 11 euros, which feels excessive even for a high-end restaurant. The only truly positive aspect of our experience was the service. The staff was very kind, attentive, and pleasant, and we appreciate their professionalism. However, forgetting the birthday request and the clear imbalance between price and food quality left us disappointed overall. Given the cost, we expected much more. It did not at all fullfilled our expectations. Any other restaurant with normal prices is far way more tasty than Dani.

Beautiful rooftop with a panoramic view of Madrid’s skyline. Innovative drink with a variety of drinks options including mocktails. I ordered oysters, Shrimp and Sea bass main. Food was mediocre unfortunately. Raw oysters came with nothing other than slices of lemon. Had to ask for vinegrette and tobacco. They did not have horseradish. The famous shrimp dish was not what I expected. Flavorless. The seabass came with bland artichokes and overcooked. Skin was not at all crispy. They added ham pieces to the fish which was really odd. Best part of the meal was the yuzu and pineapple sorbet. Go for the view and drinks only.

La experiencia no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado. La propuesta gastronómica resultó insípida en conjunto: las croquetas apenas tenían sabor, el jamón no destacaba, y platos que se presentan como especiales, como la hamburguesa o el ravioli de rabo de toro, resultaron planos y sin personalidad. Los postres tampoco consiguieron mejorar la impresión general; correctos, pero nada memorables. La decoración, que probablemente en su día fue innovadora, hoy se percibe algo desfasada. Lo más destacable es la terraza, un espacio agradable y bien cuidado, pero que no compensa una cocina que no emociona. Un lugar bonito, sí, pero bastante decepcionante.

Anoche fuimos a cenar como celebración de nuestro aniversario de boda, un día especial, y así lo comunicamos en la reserva, Algo que no sirve de nada porque no obtuvimos ningún tipo de detalle como por ejemplo, una mesa bien localizada como las que hay bajo ventanales con maravillosas vistas, pues no, nos pusieron en un rincón. He de aclarar que no es la primera vez que visitamos restaurantes del grupo Dani Garcia, ya que llevamos varios veranos disfrutando del Bibo tarifa, bibo madrid en un par de ocasiones y leña en castellana. En todos estos restaurantes del grupo, la comida es espectacular, buena materia prima, cantidad y calidad a corde con el precio. En esta ocasión el chasco fue monumental, pedimos dos coctel, escasos y sin mayor aporte, simples para pagar 19€ por cada uno. Para comer, empezamos con unas gamba blanca de Huelva de calibre mínimo, solo el cuerpo, sobre una base de aceite y jugo de lima. Sin más, cabe destacar que el salón lo presentan con una presentación de mariscos espectacular, choca que la gamba fuese así.. una lástima. Siguiente plato, un aguacate con ventresca atún, el aguacate era minúsculo y el picadillo de atún parecía un tartar. Cabe decir que en Bibo Tarifa nos tienen acostumbrados a un atún que quita el sentido, exquisita calidad y buena cantidad, nada que ver. Por último perdimos unos raviolis de rabo de toro con puré de castañas. Secos, se hacían bola.. nada recomendable. Lo mejor, por decir algo, el aceite de aperitivo, que ya te lo cobran a 6€ por persona por servicio. Le pongo dos estrellas porque el servicio era correcto y los camareros amables. No volveremos ni recomendamos.

Nuestra experiencia en Dani Brasserie el sábado 6 de diciembre fue agridulce. Llegamos con ilusión a nuestra reserva en la terraza, especialmente por la edición de invierno y la posibilidad de disfrutar de platos como la fondue, en un entorno tan especial. El servicio en la terraza fue muy bueno, cercano y atento desde el primer momento. Sin embargo, la decepción llegó cuando, tras entrar al restaurante, la responsable de sala nos informó de que no era posible disfrutar de la fondue ni de la carta completa en el exterior, indicando que, debido al frío, el servicio de comida se ofrecía exclusivamente en el interior y que la terraza quedaba limitada únicamente a snacks. Este punto nos sorprendió especialmente, ya que no hacía especialmente frío en ese momento, y porque al realizar la reserva esta venía acompañada de la carta específica de la terraza de invierno, lo que nos llevó a pensar que podríamos disfrutar de la experiencia gastronómica completa en la terraza, tal y como se comunica. Entiendo que las condiciones climáticas puedan influir, pero considero que este tipo de restricciones deberían informarse de forma clara y previa en el momento de la reserva, para evitar generar expectativas que finalmente no pueden cumplirse. En un espacio de este nivel, la coherencia entre lo que se comunica y la experiencia ofrecida es clave.

Not worth the sticker price. The restaurant itself is pretty and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. 1) The food mediocre, especially for the price. I ordered the burger which was dry. Another person at my table had the same experience with their burger. The burger from TGIF Fridays tasted just as good if not better. I did enjoy The Foie Gras, though I have had just as good at other less pricey restaurants and far superior at equally expensive restaurants. 2) One member in our group had the lobster and had to be taken to the hospital for food poisoning. We learned another friend of ours also had gotten food poising in the past from the the same restaurant. Having been here in Madrid for the last 2 years, there are tons of great restaurants with delicious food and good value.. Dani Brasserie is not one of them.

La Comida es de regular a mala, ordenamos 5 platos para probar varios, el risotto es malísimo, lo de más platos fueron regulares. El Servicio es regular, y eso que estaba a media capacidad. El lugar y el ambiente es fantástico, es lo único que vale la pena.

Lo que fue reservado con más de un mes en antelación para una celebración de cumpleaños, pidiendo ser sentados en la terraza del restaurante se convirtió en una experiencia desagradable. Nos mintieron y nos privaron de sentarnos en la terraza del restaurante con el argumento de que por las lluvias no lo estaban haciendo. Aceptamos sin ninguna objeción pues lo consideramos justo. Una vez dentro del restaurante pedimos salir a la terraza para poder disfrutar de la vista y nos llamó la atención ver las mesas de la terraza preparadas , pensamos, inmediatamente que fuimos sentados, aún mientras mirábamos el menú, comenzaron a acomodar los comensales en la terraza , al principio estábamos confundidos no entendíamos , resultó que si estaba abierto. Cuando le preguntamos a la encargada nos dijo que lo sentía y que si habían abierto al público. Que decepción y que mal trato , realmente no merecen el dinero que el turismo deposita por sus servicios. Es lamentable y duele sentirse maltratado y engañado .

I wouldn’t mark this spot as a must-see. The view was nice, but we came for breakfast, and the buffet was about 80% pork—so not ideal if you don’t eat pork. For the price you pay, you expect the quality to match, but unfortunately, the presentation was lacking. Take this “caviar” egg and salmon dish, for example—the caviar looked expired or like it came from a low-quality supplier. If you’re looking for a rooftop experience in the Gran Vía area, I highly recommend El Jardín de Diana at the Hyatt Hotel. It offers a stunning view, excellent service, and food that’s both beautifully presented and genuinely delicious. We paid 140 for this and it felt like giving them without receiving not even half of this in service.
