Muy bueno, y el servicio excelente desde la puerta de entrada hasta la salida, con una mencion particular para la mesera que, gracias a su sonrisa, hace que la experiencia se sienta muy grata :-)

Nos gustó mucho la calidad/precio, la decoracion del restaurante es mucho más bonita que cuando era Oishii. el arroz con verduritas y trufa estaba muy bueno. Platos contundentes.

Iba caminando cuando de repente la entrada a este sitio me paralizo, tienen algo en la entrada que ha llamado mi atención. La decoración del lugar es espectacular y la atención de Marco fue excelente He probado las mejores ramen de mi vida y la cerveza es súper suave. Los baños muy limpios y la ubicación es perfecta. Si deseas probar la comida japonesa, este lugar es para ti.

Me gustaría dejar una reseña excelente sobre este lugar, ya que he tenido la oportunidad de probar el mejor ramen de toda Madrid. La calidad de los ingredientes es impresionante, y el caldo es rico y sabroso. La atención del personal es amable y atenta, y el ambiente del local es acogedor y auténtico. Me encantó la variedad de opciones en el menú, y el precio es muy razonable considerando la calidad y la cantidad de comida. En resumen, estoy muy satisfecho con mi experiencia y sin duda volveré pronto. ¡Altamente recomendado para todos los amantes del ramen

The staff are very welcome and with a smile face. Their Katsu curry 🍛 with rice and also with noodles (ramen style) is very tasty. I definitely recommend it. The portions are very nice. They have also any kind of gyoza 🥟 (dumplings) and also they’ve got dim sums. I really enjoyed the food and the environment and the friendly atmosphere. Both waiters treated us with respect and smile. And it is spacious. It even smells like very tasty food from outside. It got also ready quite quick. It is around 11 to 14 euros per main dish. 5 to 9 euros per appetizers. I think one appetizer per two is enough. If you really want to have dumplings …

Incredible atmosphere. The food is very tasty and the set menu is a great deal. The restaurant is very big inside, so it shouldn't be a problem to get a table if you haven't booked it previously.

Kiraku Ramen was a great surprise! The prices are excellent, especially considering the quality of both the food and service. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the dishes were well-prepared and tasty. The menu is quite diverse, offering a range of ramen options, side dishes, and even some alternatives. Best of all, it's located so close to Gran Via. Truly a hidden gem in the area. I’d definitely go back!

Everything was amazing! Food was delicious - I got the shoyu ramen and my friend had chicken ramen with peanut sauce. We also ordered some meat fried gyoza and kimchi, of course we finished our dinner with mochi, I would definitely recommend getting these dishes✨ We also got some fun and tasty japanese sodas. Staff was super nice, helpful, the place is very cute and aesthetically decorated, atmosphere was great, also cool music and the prices are very reasonable. We had such a delightful experience, make sure to give it a try!

IT WAS AMAZING!! The place itself is SUPER CUTE!! They are playing anime openings for music and the Food was SO GOOD, not to mention the portion size, you’ll definitely be full!! The service was also great, super nice and welcoming AND fast!! Definitely recommend!!!

I came across this restaurant by total accident, and I for sure did not regret it. I ordered edamane 4/5, fried shrimp 5/5, dimsum assortment 3/5, and pork GYOZAS 10/10. I absolutely loved those, and if I'm back in Madrid I shall drop by to try more flavors.

Fantastic food and beautiful Japanese (or at least a Westernized Japanese) ambience. The food portions are very generous and the prices are good. Not the fastest service, but that's also because they get plenty of customers. Better than several other local options. One thing I didn't like was overhearing the owner scolding an employee for about 5 minutes.

Un buen sitio para disfrutar del ramen por la zona del centro de la ciudad. La comida esta muy buena y te atienden bastante rápido. Tienen una buena variedad de comida asiática. Probamos tambien el pollo frito con curry y arroz. Todo muy rico.

Restaurante de ramen normal (los he probado mejores). No está mal si buscas una calidad-precio no muy cara. Gran variedad de platos. Servicio bien, aunque iban trayendo a diferentes tiempo los platos principales, por lo que tocó esperar hasta que todos tuvimos nuestro plato y así comer juntos.

It's not bad ramen, good enough for dinner or lunch but not the best one I tried. I expected a more intense taste for a soup and a harder marinated egg. But it's ok for one time and they have other dishes that might be good.

Had a bowl of miso ramen. Was curious to know if Madrid has real authentic ramen. Sadly not. The noodles, the egg, the bamboo shoots, the pork, and the soup all missed the mark. It is not bad but nowhere close to the real thing. The texture of the noodles felt more like thick Chinese egg noodles. The flavor of the miso not quite there. I tasted mostly saltiness. Other ingredients, all weak flavors.

I randomly popped in here and had their standard Shouyu Ramen. I was a little early for local standards at 130pm. I was expecting fresh and representative ramen as it's featured prominently at the top of the menu. I was disappointed the meat was overcooked and tasted poor. The broth also felt a little old. I unfortunately only got one dish as I'd prefer to have more than one dish.

Ambience is very nice. I was a bit disappointed by what I ordered. The ramen broth had very little flavor for me. Although the pork meat was tasty the broth was bland. I would try something else here as the menu looked interesting.

Las camareras apenas saben lo básico de español, ya con eso ha habido problemas de comunicación. Pedimos un entrante y luego principales, pero al final nos trajeron antes los principales que el entrante y nos dijeron que las gyozas se tardaban 4 minutos más porque lo demás ya lo tenían medio preparado. La comida nos decepcionó bastante, el ramen tibio y el pollo teriyaki con demasiada salsa que no daba a saborear nada más. Al reclamárselo a la camarera el exceso de salsa nos dijo que ‘era lo normal, que a algunos les gustaba y a otros no’ y ya está, no nos solucionó nada. En definitiva no lo recomiendo.

We had a very bad experience here. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this restaurant based on my experience. The service was poor, and the staff didn’t speak English well, which made communication almost impossible. I asked if it was possible to add shrimp to my vegetarian ramen, two employees said yes. However, the ramen arrived without shrimp. When I tried to explain the situation, I had to talk to about five different people before anyone understood me. After waiting around 30 minutes, I finally received a new bowl, but this time it was seafood ramen, which I didn’t want. When I explained this again, the staff started arguing loudly in front of us, and one employee even hit another right in front of the customers. Completely unacceptable. In the end, they brought back the original vegetarian ramen, and we were still charged extra. They didn’t offer any kind of compensation or apology. Because of all the confusion, we couldn’t eat together, and the whole atmosphere was uncomfortable.The restaurant looks nice from the outside, but unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing I can say.
