Experiencia fantástica en Juana La Loca. No conseguimos mesa, pero comimos en la barra y estuvo perfecto. Todo riquísimo: la tortilla (su plato estrella) espectacular, la bruscheta de molleja y el pinxo de alcachofa deliciosos. Ángel nos atendió súper bien y hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Sin duda, para volver.

Cenamos 4 personas. El sitio es acogedor, oscuro pero con velas. La decoración esta guay. Quizá la música un poco alta. El servicio muy atento. La comida bien, aceptable. Para mi gusto el hatsu sabe demasiado a mar. El postre lo mejor de todo. Salimos por 35€/persona con botella de vino

Espectacular, todo estaba delicioso! Los imprescindibles son la tortilla de patatas, el hatsu de tuna y especialmente, el postre de dulce de leche con helado de coco que es de los mejores postres que hemos probado; sí o sí hay que pedirlo. El servicio es muy bueno y el ambiente del local acompaña perfectamente la experiencia. Algo que mejorar? Quizás ser un poco menos estrictos con el tiempo de la mesa. La hora y media se queda algo justa; alargarla a una hora y 45 minutos o incluso dos horas mejoraría muchísimo la experiencia, sobre todo cuando la comida es tan buena y el ambiente invita a quedarse un poco más. Recomiendo reservar, aunque también vimos que mucha gente llega a la hora de apertura y se sienta en la barra, lo cual puede ser una muy buena alternativa. Sin duda, uno de los mejores sitios de Madrid.

Absolutely amazing food!! Every dish was perfectly executed and the tortilla de patatas truly is the best in Madrid. In terms of atmosphere: fire playlist, perfect lighting, intriguing interior, and comfortable environment. The staff was definitely quite slow and would often forget to bring us more water after asking multiple times but very friendly.

Amazing place for pintxos. We ordered four different ones and each one was so flavorful, very much worth the price. By far the best tortilla I have ever had (and I have had many). Sat at the bar and received friendly, attentive service from Angel. Hope to come back next time I am in Madrid!

Oh my gosh, it was just so good! This is not the typical, traditional pinxtos you're expecting, but it's even better. The tuna panko pinxtos were absolutely phenomenal! The teriyaki eel with foie and crispy seaweed and rice was so good that we ordered it again. We also got the egg with bacon pinxto which was simple but done very well. The smoked salmon one was so full of salmon and the filling was so yummy! We also got the traditional egg with potato and it was the best we've had during our trip. You should definitely make a reservation here! The line was so long when we got there, and even as we left, there was still a queue. Highly recommend this place! One of the best restaurants we've eaten at!

Phenomenal lunch. I was skeptical it'd be this good because it's so popular with tourists, but there were lots of locals, which was a great sign. Lo and behold, each dish that came out was better than the next. Probably best tasting tortilla de patatas I've tried. Our waitress Alejandra provided great service too. Coming back for sure!

I’ve been told multiple times that this place was great, and I can’t explain how true that is. We ordered the tortilla, artichokes and spinach buñuelos, and they were all amazing! The tortilla and artichokes were one of the best I’ve had so far. The atmosphere is also very nice and the personnel is very friendly and fast. One thing to consider is that this place is always full, so you need to get there early.

The tortilla was very tasty. We didn’t have a reservation, but we were able to have some pinchos at the bar. This is a great place to try tortilla — even though it may seem like a simple dish, here it tastes special, and it’s definitely worth ordering. I’m sure the other dishes are also great. We also sampled a few other dishes, but the highlights for me were definitely the tortilla and the dessert with dulce de leche. We were looking for some more refined tapas beyond the usual croquetas and jamón (which are great, but Spanish cuisine has so much more to offer). We tried the roast beef, foie gras, and the one with anchovies—all beautifully prepared, delicate, and full of flavor. We definitely need to come back to try their popular tortilla. The waiting time was very reasonable, and the playlist and overall vibe were fantastic.

Ambiente de 10 y su pincho de tortilla es excepcional. Cuando fui había bastante gente y tuvimos que quedarnos en la barra pero nos encantó el sitio. Lo único malo es que sentíamos que teníamos que comer muy rápido para dejar sitio a los demás, la próxima vez reservaré. No sé si merecen la pena el resto de platos ya que todo el mundo pide la tortilla y en cuanto a precio es el plato más barato. Está genial para ir con pareja o amigos un domingo.

Buscábamos un sitio para cenar y nos decidimos por este , sin reserva alguna , nos apuntaron en la lista y nos dijeron aproximadamente que media hora , nos fuimos a tomar algo y cuando llegamos después de mas de media hora y todavía nos tocó esperar un poco en la barra por que la mesa no estaba lista, al final fue una hora. Mi opinión para tomar un pincho de tortilla de patata у una cerveza o un vino está bien , nos ofrecieron una mesa para cinco personas muy pequeña , estuvimos incómodos pero bueno es lo que hay , en cuanto a la decoración con toque rusti chic , muy oscuro por no ve ve ni la carta que la tuvimos que leer con la linterna del movil igual que mucha gente . ( y menos se ven los platos…..) En cuanto a la comida la tortilla está rica, buen punto y cebolla muy caramelizada ,( para quien le guste la tortilla) los mejillones muy buenos y la salsa mejor un plato aceptable , la berenjena escasa pero finalmente cortada , risotto bueno , el sándwich de atún entre el picante el tostado del pan y la huevas a atún no sabía nada a atún, se pierde el sabor del atún que es el ingrediente principal , en general bien unos platos buenos y otros no tan buenos, el personal ; para tanto personal que está en el restaurante la organización no era la correcta .

Fuimos este fin de semana a probarlo por fin y efectivamente su tortilla de patatas de las mejores que he probado. Pedimos también la ensaladilla (correcta) y el pincho de solomillo (la carne muy buena y tierna). De postre tarta de zanahoria rica pero con algo picante que no me gustó demasiado, no sé lo que era. En cuanto a la bebida solo tienen Águila de grifo y de tercio una nada más, se agradecería alguna variedad más. No tienen servicio de café.

I had to leave a 2 star because the softshell crab was not edible. Extremely strong smell of rotten fish. I mentioned it to the waitress and she had not reaction. No entiendo por qué la gente no comenta la verdad. Los pinchos de tortilla de patata estaban helados (nunca he ido a un sitio y me han servido una tortilla fría). También pedimos huevos rotos con panceta y trufa y la trufa brillaba por su ausencia, después la mesa de al lado lo pidió y si que olía a trufa, así que creemos que se olvidaron de ella. El coulant de dulce de leche es lo único que estaba bueno.

La comida está buena (y cara), especialmente recomendables los Niguiris de Anguila Teriyaki con Foie Gras. Lamentablemente nos fuimos con un sabor de boca un poco agrio por la atención de los camareros. Cuando llegue desde el principio me trataron de una forma un poco extraña pues me preguntaron directamente si iba a comer únicamente el pintxo de tortilla o si iba a consumir algo más. En otra situación lo vería normal, pero me pareció muy raro porque el local estaba prácticamente vacío y me dijo que si no pretendía coger nada más de la carta me tenía que sentar en un hueco en la barra y no en cualquiera de las mesas que había libres. Entiendo que si el bar está lleno pregunte por eso, pero no había prácticamente gente y no me habían ofrecido la carta como para saber si quería eso o otra cosa. También me llamó la atención que conforme comíamos del plato los camareros andaban con prisas para quitar los platos (hubo uno que incluso me quitó el plato sin que yo pudiera ni siquiera rebañar). No me gusta quejarme, pero con esos precios deberían mirar un poco más el trato que se le da al cliente.

primera vez que fuimos, el hoster fue bastante antipático. Aun así, decidimos darle otra oportunidad y volver otro día, esta vez a la hora de comer, pensando que quizá había sido algo puntual. Lamentablemente, la experiencia ha sido incluso peor. La mujer que estaba hoy como host fue también muy antipática, con una actitud tensa y desagradable, como si nos estuviera perdonando la vida por atendernos. El trato, en general, ha sido fatal desde el primer momento. A pesar de que íbamos a comer, nos mandaron directamente a la barra, sin darnos ninguna alternativa. Las tortillas estaban frías, servidas encima del pan, y además había un trapo encima de la barra, justo donde comes, lo cual resulta bastante poco higiénico. Para rematar, no sirven café. Preguntamos el motivo y la respuesta literal fue: “no, porque no queremos”, algo que nos pareció poco profesional y bastante sorprendente en un sitio donde vas a comer. Es una pena, porque el lugar podría estar bien, pero el trato al cliente y la experiencia en general dejan mucho que desear. No volveremos.
