Sitio imprescindible de la famosa C/ Cava baja, en La Latina. El personal excepcional, y las tapas son cocina de calidad en pequeño formato, para que puedas probar varias y disfrutar más. Las croquetas muy recomendables (crujientes por fuera y súper cremosas por dentro), y el canelón de pato también riquísimo. Volveremos a probar más cosas sin duda, pero mejor ir pronto pues se llena enseguida, y con razón.

Espectacular! Unos pinchos increíbles. El bar es pequeñito y estás un poco apretado, pero la calidad de la comida lo compensa. El bar estaba muy lleno al llegar pero en 10 min nos prepararon una mesa. Un sitio genial para tapear! 👌🏽

Vayan con tiempo o reserven, fuimos a las 22:00 El lugar estaba explotadísimo de gente pero tuvimos suerte, solo 5 minutos para que nos dieran mesa. Nos atendieron rápido, si bien solo dos hombres atendían las mesas y barra, lo hacían con una eficiencia impresionante, buena onda y amables sin ser pesados ni invasivos. La comida llegó también en tiempo. Mi novio pidió carpacho de pulpo y le encantó, dijo que estaba perfecto. Yo pedí alcachofa, tan rica que repetí. Compartimos unas bolitas untables de roquefort con miel que estaban espectaculares, y de postre un flan de queso que fue literalmente una nube en la boca, suave y delicioso. El lugar está bien decorado, con un ambiente cálido y acogedor, y musicalizado con jazz cero pretencioso suave, relajado, de fondo perfecto para charlar sin que moleste. Todo a un precio muy bueno para la calidad y experiencia que tuvimos. Atención eficiente, comida sabrosa. Súper recomendado, volvemos sin dudas.

Muy buena experiencia. Fuimos esperando un simple bar de tapas pero la variedad y calidad de los platos nos encantó. El personal fue amable y atento. Si hubiese que poner un pero sería que el local es estrecho y los taburetes no especialmente cómodos, pero más allá de eso fue una buena experiencia y un lugar muy recomendable para comer si estás por el centro.

Loved this place. Was a lot of fun. But I would suggest to people looking for a restaurant where they can eat fine food to check somewhere else. This is a pub and they offer decent tapas for 4,50 a plate. The food is nothing special but it's great to have with a few drinks and a lively crowd. Service is relaxed and good.

Tapas were top notch!!! We came at the busiest time in the evening and didn't wait that much for a table, but the service was definitely on the slower side with only two waiters for the whole place (understandable). The fact that they had decent vegetarian options was a game changer for us, and quite uncommon for the genre. Prices are more than fair. Great experience overall!

The lively spirit of Madrid in a Bar! 🙋🏽‍♀️Tourist here! 📍The Venue: It’s kind of small. It was full on a Tuesday night, so we had to wait about 20 minutes to get a seat. We ended up sitting at the counter, which was ok because we only went for a few drinks. 🍷 We ordered: - Vermout - Tinto de verano Both drinks were really great! I can't comment on the food because I didn't order any. 💁🏻‍♀️Service: Fast and nice, but they only gave us tapas with our first order of drinks, not with the second. 🅿️ Parking: There's no dedicated parking lot. 💭Final Thoughts: I loved the vibe of this place. The drinks were good and the tapas, even though they were small, looked interesting. Maybe next time!

This was a fun Tapas Bar in the Latina neighbourhood. It filled up very quickly and the wait was long for others to get a spot, so get there early (or late!) The waiters were busy but super attentive if you flagged one down. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was fun and lively.

Lamiak is a quintessential Basque style Tavern located on Cava Baja in La Latina neighborhood of beautiful and seductive Madrid. The energy in this tavern is very emblematic of Madrid as a whole, fun, exciting, intimate and full of people enjoying life at all costs🇪🇸❤️💯The food is amazing and bursting with flavor, I stopped in 3 times on the 9 day voyage of Madrid and will definitely return when Madrid calls me back again. The Vermout and Tinto de Verano are both local beverage specials and the Flan de Queso is unbelievable!!!

One of the better tapas bars on the Cava Baja area. Service is very fast, efficient, and friendly. It has a jazz bar vibe as is evidenced by all the jazz festival posters on the walls. The food is delicious! They offer tapas that are different from the “normal” bites. We ordered the baked spider crab and chicken breast. Both portions were very large. The spider crab was creamy but still had texture that you could tell it was crab. It was served on top of a deep fried wafer or egg roll wrapper. The chicken was juicy and topped with melted Gouda cheese, with a slice of ham and chimichurri.

Certainly one of the most interesting menus you’ll find in Spain. Plates are somewhere between a tapa and a racion. But the creativity and flavor combinations are incredible. I’ve been going here since 2017 and have never been disappointed. This time I tried duck filled cannelloni in a wild mushroom sauce. Also had moussaka. Just incredible flavors. And the is fun, cozy and has jazz themed decor.

El sitio es pequeñito pero muy bien aprovechado aunque la acústica es potente. A las mesas, deberian hacerle algun tratado porque las pizarras se quedaban pegadas al retirarlas. El canelon de pato y la carrillera, espectacular. El resto de tapas tambien estaba muy rico. Se nos fue un poco de precio por las cervezas (que tomamos demasiadas) pero la calidad relación/precio nos pareció aceptable. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Cenamos 4 pinchos distintos, el que más nos gustó el de lasaña, el que menos de carne picada de ternera con puré parata. El servicio bien. El ambiente muy denso. Con mucha gente.

Sitio muy acogedor, ambiente íntimo y precios asequibles por unas tapitas muy decentes en el centro de Madrid.

Ambiente agradable y comida sabrosa. Compartimos con amigos y estuvimos a gusto. Tuvimos que repetir varias veces nuestra orden para que finalmente llegara a la mesa, pero una vez llegó, todo muy bien. Tienen platos qué no había probado antes, en especial los postres, como uno que tenía helado de aceite de oliva.

Es un rinconcito muy encantador Aunque un poco incómodos los asientos y con poco espacio. La comida es de lo mejor, se fundamenta básicamente en pinchos y la verdad es que están muy buenos, probamos varios y nos gustaron todos, ninguno nos decepcionó. Suele estar lleno y no aceptan reservas así que tienes que ir pronto si quieres asegurarte una mesa.

Es un buen bar dentro de lo que cabe. Vinimos un domingo de enero y tuvimos que esperar unos 15 minutos más o menos para entrar, lo bueno es que te dan un aperitivo antes de entrar. Viniendo de Granada el precio de las tapas me parece excesivo para la poca cantidad que traen por lo menos el lacón, el carpaccio y la carrillada, pero supongo que al ser Madrid y una comida “de especialidad” será un precio y cantidad normal además estaba lleno así que será bueno. Eso si, el servicio excelente, el bar bonito y las croquetas de rabo de toro y la carrillada increibles.

Two different experiences when I went with my Spanish friend VS going alone. The only thing that was constant was the food. Was happy with their service when i went with my Spanish friend (felt more welcoming and the staff being very attentive and offering to help us take a picture when we were trying to take wefies). And so I had the same expectations when I went alone 2 days later. However, was disappointed with the difference in treatment, especially the indifference from the lady manning the bar. Was at least thankful that a guy took over the ordering portion and made it less daunting ordering in English. Overall, I felt this distant atmosphere as a foreigner, from the moment I stepped in to get seated till payment. Was hoping I could rate a 5 based on my frist experience with my Spanish friend but I need to take everything into consideration.
