Vine con mis amigas un rato a casa a platicar, muy buen ambiente, personal muy atento y el chai muy rico, así mismo la porción del panque de limón grande y rica. Como comentario para que sepan no es un lugar enfocado en hacer teletrabajo ya que piden porfavor no uso de laptops

El lugar es súper acogedor, servicio excelente. Toda estaba hecho con mucho amor, se nota en cada detalle. Solo recomiendo que pongan un soporte de chaqueta en el baño.

Un gran lugar para tomar un buen café y un buen brunch. Pedimos una modificación en uno de los platos y realizaron el cambio con muchísimo gusto. La comida está riquísima y el café también. Un agradecimiento a Alberto por los cafés y al gran servicio por parte de Ricardo y Manuel! De seguro volveremos. 🙌🏻🧡

Es la primera vez que hemos venido, es un local pequeño pero acogedor. Nosotros no tuvimos que hacer cola pero mientras estuvimos sí que hay gente que tuvo que esperar fuera para poder entrar. La comida era de buena calidad y estaba muy buena, tampoco era barato. Como punto positivo son petfriendly.

Loved my experience at Norah Brunch! The staff felt a bit intense at first asking if I was going to order or just wait for my friend hahaha, but they turned out to be super friendly and welcoming. The food was sooo good—seriously loved every bite. The matcha was just okay, but overall I really enjoyed the place and would definitely come back!

Buen spot para hacer una parada y tomarte un café. Tienen algunos postres fuera de los típicos que consigues en los cafés de Madrid. El espacio es pequeño así que no es para grupos grandes.

Lo que es la comida estaba muy buena. El sándwich de pollo me gustó especialmente. El pan muy sabroso y muy bien tostado. Lo que me parece mejorable es la comodidad del sitio. Me parece pequeño y no muy cómodo, yo me tuve que sentar en un taburete. Además, no atienden en mesa y tienes que pedir en barra.

Ideal para hacer brunch. Nosotros fuimos un día entre semana y pedimos platos individuales, pero también cuentan con menú (27€ con dos platos). El café lo único que no nos gustó mucho… mucho sabor a torrefacto. Por lo demás genial! Relación calidad precio buena y trato muy amable y atento.

Finalmente probé el desayuno de Norah luego de varias recomendaciones. Tienen una carta variada que luce muy apetitosa. En mi caso me fui por los smash croissants, el cual estaba bien, siendo la mezcla de ingredientes la que no me hizo click, con lo cual los sabores no resaltaron particularmente. En mi opinión, pareciera un poco rebuscada dicha mezcla de ingredientes en algunos de sus platos. La atención fue excelente y el ambiente es ok.

Aunque la comida me encantó porque estaba todo buenísimo, la comodidad del local deja mucho que desear. Pedí a la camarera si podía sentarme en una silla más cómoda debido a mi embarazo, aprovechando que el local estaba vacío, y aunque muy amablemente pero no me lo permitieron alegando que esas sillas eran para las mesas de dos personas. Creo que en casos así falta un poco de empatía y flexibilidad con el cliente.

Lovely place but it is a bit annoying that you cannot sit until everyone has arrived even if you tell them they’re just a couple minutes away, they will send the next one in so you might have to wait for a while again. Also, they made a couple of mistakes with the order and there was no solution given or goodwill to try and fix it, so I think they can work slightly around their customer service approach. Food was lovely. Wanted to try the place for a while, slightly disappointed.

El principal problema es el trato del producto. Sirven los platos que llevan fruta con hojas de menta sin lavarlas y con pulgones, dentro de la comida. Eso no es muy higiénico. La tostada de los benedict es extremadamente gruesa y con poca salsa holandesa. El té negro no era especialmente bueno. El zumo de naranja estaba aguado y era más hielo que zumo. Muy mejorable todo.

Been really looking forward to trying this place in a while as per the good reviews and always seeing it full. But what a disappointment! Shakshouka was toor expensive for what it was and super sweet. Small orange juice 4 euros. Total almost eur 20 and definitely overpriced. Not returning. There are far better places and cheaper too (and I don't mind to pay more of its a good quality, organic etc)

Would have given this place a higher rating as the açai bowl was fresh and tasty. However, having dined here twice in two days, I was pretty disappointed with their rigidity on the second visit. Wanted to dine in quickly to eat an açai bowl before my next meeting and was made to sit in a tiny stool by the toilet & the plate cleaning station/sliding door despite there being 7 other available tables free. Apparently it’s their policy that a single diner can only sit on the side tables - even if the place is practically empty. I am 5 months pregnant so space is challenging on a tiny stool and also uncomfortable but the servers this morning (22/01) did not care in the slightest. I really liked this place, but their rigidity has lost them future local business. Poor service and so narrow minded. + Adding to this review post the owner reply as it’s simply untrue. 1). I have a pregnant belly that is rather large and also wear a badge that says “baby on board”. 2). I raised my dissatisfaction with both servers behind the counter regarding the table offered to me (due to my pregnancy and the fact there were 7 other available tables). Their response was a firm “no” and that it was “their policy”.
