Great Popeyes, I got my order quickly and was still warm when I got home to eat it. The staff were all friendly and professional. In line with the Popeyes branding. No mistakes on any of our orders.

Great food, but the portions were not great. Chicken strip sizes varied from a normal size to the size of a pinky and still counted as a full strip.

food was good but I sent my son in to pickup order. The girl was trying to only give him 2 drinks which my SPECIAL had 4 plus they added no utensils, plates, honey or anything. Next i will have to get off myself!!!

Popcorn shrimp wasn't cleaned before breading so I decided against eating my $9 meal. I got it with the side of red beans and rice, which had a chuck of fat inside of what I'm hoping was from some type of meat and a dry biscuit that honey couldn't save. The mash and fries were good and so was the 2 PC spicy leg and thigh, but the nuggets were super breaded with little chicken inside. At least the service was 5 stars and the restaurant was clean.

First off - I wouldn't punch anyone for this chicken sandwich. So, this review reflects on the hype over the food itself and not so much the specific location - everyone here was friendly and fast and I had zero issues ordering or with my order!! I finally tried THE chicken sandwich and, I gotta say, it's nothing special. Not worth all the hype or the fights over food the hype caused. The Mac n' Cheese is pretty good for fast food; all it needs is a little pepper and it's pretty decent. What happened to the biscuits? They are about half the size and look as though they've been dropped outta a can. Not the huge, buttery biscuits of my youth. Definitely do grab some of those Wild Berry Beignets though! Also - there is no drive-thru for those that care and the parking is kind of a pain, always has been for the center it's located in.

The 8 pieces mix charred breading like reheated in the oil I guess and I order massed potatoes with gravy and served Rice with beans to make it worst I have to wait 5 minutes for the biscuits to be cooked by the way the only thing good and the soda Horrible surprise when open the box in home Bad if the do not have fresh chicken cooked it Not Reheat fri Y left overs see the photo

My roommate offered to buy the 12 piece mix dinner Monday last night and it was terrible. There was very little meat on the chicken and what was there was fried to death. Haven’t had much experience with Popeyes chicken, but this was not a good start.

Their kiosk timed out I informed them of the issue and they swore it would go back to my account because it didn't go through. Guess what! It went through. I reach out to customer service who tell me to wait for it to be investigated... then the bank wants me to wait to dispute it. Now I'm going up to the store to get this reversed. I won't be dealing with them again.

Waste of $6 chicken sandwich was more the size of a nugget. So pissed ! Wish I had taken a pic. NEVER come to this location. Or Popeyes for that matter st all now they are firing everyone and making customers use kiosks.

Decided to finally make my review after debating if if I should write one or not about a week ago i ordered a family meal on Popeyes.com to be picked up at my nearest location i had already paid for the food with my debit card but after charging my debit card i did not receive any confirmation email or receipt from the app about my order i then proceed to call the location and they tell me they have no idea where my order is at and that I have to contact the support online which i tried explaining I’ve already tried doing so and no one is responding they did not care to even provide me with extra customer support information so I could actually speak to a human being and not a robot so I hung up & I decide to call my bank which they then tell me the only thing they can do is file a charge back and investigate my claims which could take up to 30 days at that point I was fed up and I just wanted my food as my children were also hungry so I asked the location if I could be compensated for my food in anyway since they charged my card and they just kept saying they can’t help me and I have to contact someone online !! I received an email from them after about 4 days of me trying to get in contact with someone via email and they said I would have my refund in 5-10 business days and that the location should have known the system was having issues I won’t be spending my hard earned money here ever again ( anyway had to end up spending more money out of my pocket to make sure my kids got fed since Popeyes likes playing with their customers money ) glad I got my refund it was just an inconvenience to have to spend more money and wait almost two weeks for my money back!

Always eat here before the food is usually great. Today was the worst I have ever eaten here. I try to eat it but it was dry ad the wings and drumsticks was real small. Don’t think I’ll be back.

My family and I had stopped into the restaurant to pick up food to go on our way to an outing. We were very disappointed by the poor quality of the food. By the time we had arrived to our destination, less than five minutes away the food was cold to the touch. The gentleman at the counter was polite and patient, he did a fantastic job. However they did not provide us with any extra napkins or utensils. We were under the impression that we were going to get a biscuit. With our orders, we never received any biscuits. We are highly dissatisfied and very disappointed by the poor quality Of this establishment. we will not be returning again
