Greta location in the mall and easy to find. The owner just opened really nice coffee place in the same mall called Pura Vida. Go check it out soo delicious and always good to support local

I really like this place. I get a slush with boba. It’s pretty good. I wish I got to go there last time when I was in town. I ran out of time. They have a big menu but it’s hard to find something I like because I can’t drink caffeinated drinks. It’s so cute during Christmas time because there’s a huge Christmas tree right outside of it. On weekends, there is fake snow that falls! I can’t wait to go back again:)

I really miss this place. I really like boba, so I’ve been to a lot of boba places across the country and this one is always my favorite. I used to come here every weekend and the staff was always nice. They have the most drink and customization options of any place I’ve been to. You can pretty much pick any flavor under the sun and mix and match as well. I used to get a peach, passion fruit, guava, milk tea with strawberry boba, or a “cactus cooler” smoothie (which I think might be orange and pineapple?) with strawberry boba. I miss the strawberry boba the most of anything I think; I haven’t been anywhere else that has a kind of chewy fruit boba like this place. (Any other place I’ve been to that does have fruit boba only has the “popping” kind, the strawberry boba at this place is the usual solid/chewy kind and I really like it).

I came here to get my Green Apple Slush. When my wife and I was walking around Santa Barbara, I was craving something sweet to drink. So I looked on Google Map and saw this place. I saw that they had the Green Apple Slush and I was sold right away. I would've went with Grape but Green Apple is good too. It took like 15 minutes for my drink to come out which was pretty long to me. My Green Apple Slush hit the spot, so I really enjoyed it.

Waited about 10 minutes for my drinks but the staff was friendly and attentive. The store smelled like a boys high school locker room, which kinda made me nauseous. The drinks came out great and were delicious and had good pricing.

Pretty good boba place. Note that the drinks are a dollar more if you order from the kiosk instead of the cashier. That option does take longer though, because the cashier is also making drinks and there is only one cashier vs. two kiosks.

Pretty pricy for what you get. The tea taste weak. Avocado smoothie taste like condensed milk, no avocado taste. Guess, not much competition here so this is the only choice.

Ordered Original Boba Milk tea. It’s mediocre but not too bad. The portion is fine though.

However, the drink was not good, the boba was too hard and the worst part were their straws, they are paper or something, not good for piercing the boba top and also gives the drink a weird flavor

We wanted a boba and decided to give it a try. We ordered boba milk tea and at the end got just black tea, the staff only has to wear pants for hygiene please. Bobas are hard and not amazing

My wife and I have regularly got Boba from this store in the past. The last week, we went there twice and came away dissatisfied each time. In particular, the last visit we made yesterday was totally disappointing. The person who gave us the drinks put jelly pieces instead of boba. When asked he said they were out. This happened after we paid for it. To make matters worse, my drink was too sweet, and it had caffeine even though I specifically asked for no caffeine. When that was pointed out, he simply shrugged and said he could add water to the drink to make it less sweet and also dilute the caffeine!! What a ridiculous way to compensate for his mistake!!! Never again!

I work on state, and after seeing so many people have a drink from this place I decided to give it a try. I really wanted this place to be delish. But it was god awful! I tried it two different times it was super awful I want my $7+ dollars back lol..
