There's always something delicious at Panera! I love the Napa chicken salad sandwich - I always ask for it on the cranberry walnut bread. The nutty sweet taste is the perfect compliment to the chicken salad. Finish with an oatmeal cookie with dried berries and it's a perfect meal!
This place is always populated with businesspeople having lunch or coffee and using the wifi. Looks like a good place to hunker down for the zombie apocalypse, there are big windows, internet access and an ample supply of food! Always fresh, always warm and tasty!
The staff here was incredibly friendly , and as always the food was great. My visit was during peak hours , and was serving as quickly as if it were the slow time.

I had to place a catering order for 20 people for a meeting for my company. I phone the location closer to us first and they were very rude and told me there's "no way" my order will be ready for 12 30pm, (I am calling around 9 30am). When I thought I had no choice but to drive there and pick up the order myself, I remembered the Panera in Malta. I got on the phone with them and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. They took their time to understand what I need and make suggestions to streamline the ordering process. The order arrived on time, with everything we need, and the delivery person was very friendly and professional. This was so different, in a good way, than our typically ordering experience from the Penera at Clifton Park. Our office had decided to place all of our future catering orders with the Malta location from now on. They are great!
Great food, coffee, and pastry options, friendly staff, and they have a fireplace! The scones here are my favorite. 10/10 recommend this Panera.
We love this place and have never had a bad experience, or meal here. The staff or very attentive, and the service is very fast. Prices are in mid-range, but food quality is exceptional.
Saw the line of cars at the drive-thru and almost didn't stop. Glad I did. The line of cars moved faster than I ever thought possible, and the food was as delicious as always.
Had a good experience!! Drive-thru was surprisingly fast and easy, and with the amount of munchies I'm gonna have now. It's good to know there's a healthier drive-thru option with no compromise
I had never been to Panera before. There is a gentleman named Danny that works there. He made me feel very comfortable from the time I walked in the door. He answered any questions that I had any even made some suggestions about what to order. I always appreciate great customer service and Danny was able to provide it to me. Thanks so much for great experience and service!
I was just passing through the area and could smell artisan bread from 87 heading north. I said to my girlfriend wow I think we have to stop, a quick right off the exit and I was there. 4pm on calm Friday night and the doors were locked the smell was coming from Starbucks across the street. We got a capresse panini fantastic!!
Service in a packed house was quick and friendly! Really liked the self order and pay stations just inside the door to the left. I had an orange scone - I have found a ne favorite! Delicious!!
This is a good Panera Bread location, easily available from the highway exit just before reaching the toll road heading south towards New Jersey. Quick food and a good variety of fresh drinks, clean bathrooms and lots of seating space. I recommend this place to anyone on the road.
I had an excellent experience at Panera Bread in Malta on 3/29/2016. I went through the drive thru with my two kids. I had a very difficult day and the staff were so kind and pleasant. They made my day after forgetting my wallet at work! Highly recommend this Panera!
I love this place. Every location is immaculate. Food is tremendous. I am in their yearly coffee club, which pays for itself within a few months
Panera always taste so fresh. Love the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad. It's my summer favorite.

Typical Panera - good food, friendly staff. Lots of tables (including some outside with umbrellas for shade) - way more tables than can be filled with occupants of the number of cars in the parking lot.
Everyone was super nice and they we super busy but they all handled everything really well.
I was having some heartburn/indigestion in the parking lot, pacing and slightly heaving, and a young gentleman came out and gave me an ice water and some napkins. I am so grateful for this gesture. I didn't know how to show appreciation, so I will post this. Thank you, young Sir. Much appreciated.
Since there's been a recent bevy of "Service terrible, Employees rude" reviews, I am adding an account of my visit yesterday. The lady at the register was friendly and helpful, and the kitchen staff put our order together correctly and quickly. I got a smile for free when I picked it up. Four not five stars for "Food" etc. because, c'mon, this is a Northway stop, not an evening at a Michelin-ranked restaurant...
The food was great, the atmosphere was Panera, the staff I saw was great. I’m just shaking my fists at the clouds because everything was automated. We didn’t see any staff until they handed us our food. Like I said the staff was great, diligent and kind.
We stayed across the street at the Fairfield Inn. We made an order to go for the morning for our son’s state championship rowing regatta. The bagels were ready to go at the time designated. Quick and easy like I wish all things were. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Will use again next year.
Great Panera! The food is consistent with other Panera's and the staff is incredibly friendly. The facility is often very clean when I visit. This is the only panera I've been to where the staff clears the table for you. Furthermore the location is excellent, as it is located right off the northway. My only complaint is the parking lot is very small.
We always stop here on our way to Lake George and we love it. We would give it 5 stars but twice now they were out of French bread for the sides early in the evening. Return we will, French bread we seek.
Very modern, with great food and a comfortable atmosphere. Only downside was the fact all three of our orders had mistakes. However, just one of those mistakes was big enough to complain about, and they were quick to fix it. That being said, though, the sandwich I got back was sloppier than the one I returned.
Food is usually decent. Today just about the same.. Upon entry both self checkout machines were broken. usually I like to customize my food and look at toppings and add ons couldnt today. Food was decent. Panera Owners **(*LISTEN*)** *For the love of god bring back the cheese danish.
Excellent salads, although an alternative vegetarian protein such as fried tofu would be very welcome. Also for us card- carrying gluten-sensitives, a GF bread would enable us to try the sandwiches.
Ordered through the Panera app and order was ready just as I arrived. I always leave tip through the app but there is usually something wrong with the order ... sometimes wrong side, chips vs baguette or customized order wrong. The food is generally good so we'll purchase again. They just need to pay attention.
I love going to Panera and I had a great time with my kids eating there. This specific visit, the employee forgot my sandwich in the oven and over toasted it, making the bread very crunchy. She acknowledged it to her other co-workers but still just served it to me.
Consistency of the best products always. Besides excellent food & service to the community Panera also helps our communities. Always, a clean and peaceful atmosphere as well as pleasant, fast, fresh, healthy & tasty foods. Whenever in Malta, this is my fav Panera spot. Taste the best in fresh w/ Panera Bread.
I miss the old shortbread cookies. Very surprised I had never reviewed this location before, given how close it is to my office, but with some new menu items on the line I had to check it off my 'to-do' list. Ordered online using their website, going for a Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack (slight customizations), a bread bowl of the Chili, and a selection of pastries. (cherry, raisin berry cookie, pecan braid, cinnamon roll, and a "tulip" cookie) Coming to a grand total of $43 after tax, tip, and rounding up for their charity. A bit steep, but to be expected given the hoity-toity nature of Panera. Right off the bat both the 'soup' and the sandwich were amazing. The chili in the bread bowl was the way to go as the meat sauce soaked into the bread, resulting in an extra treat after I was done with the chili proper. Which was very savory, had a medium spiciness, and lots of beans. The sandwich on the other hand was meaty, the "goddess" dressing on it was refreshing, and the cheesy flavor kept me sinking my teeth into it. Best parts of the meal. Sadly the desserts faired less so. The new cherry pastry was pretty bland and only slightly tarty from the cherries, the tulip cookie was a shortbread but lacked the buttery flavor I sought as the sugary frosting overshadowed anything, the cinnamon roll was pretty bland even after giving it a quick reheat in the oven, the pecan braid was alright but only had a scant few pecans on the top with none inside it, and of the bunch the oatmeal berry was the best. It was soft, slightly sweet, and had lots of berries. Yet even still, nothing among these desserts compared to what I recall of their OG shortbread cookie. Very sad state to see them in. Overall I loved the main course but the desserts brought things down, resulting in only a 4/5 to end things on.

Long wait at the drive thru. Manager apologized and lamented that they were short staffed. Chicken and broccoli bowl was tasty. Baggette was a bit stale.
Outrageously priced for par at best quality food at a low quantity. Also went through the drive through and had to turn around and go back after half of our order was missing.
If you're getting takeout, always check your order before leaving. This Panera specifically gets your order wrong more often than they get it right. With that being said, I always love me some Panera.
Good but out of menu items. Most tables are dirty with no one seen cleaning them. We did ourselves. More attention to detail would be a good improvement.
Friendly yet Painfully slow service. On the road, should have stopped at McDonalds! However when finally served the food was great as usual.
I'd say it felt like a nice simple home meal. I ordered the corn chowder soup, spicy take chicken sandwich, and iced caramel latte. All quite good. The reason I gave a three star is because my chicken was lukewarm.
I work right around the corner and this is our go-to healthiest option for lunches in the area. This specific panera is VERY hit or miss...Some days its super fresh and spot-on, and other days the lettuce is soggy wilted and even seems to have gone bad. I have submitted a few complaints about receiving old disgusting lettuce in my salads and even stopped ordering for a while. One other large draw back is the parking situation. It is an oddly configured lot and people ALWAYS park in the rapid pick up spots because there's not enough spaces elsewhere. Its very frustrating sometimes for the people who actually do use rapid pick up!!!!
I ordered the 4 pack of cinnamon buns, unfortunately, they came out beat up and with very little glaze, but they refunded my money. That's why the 3 star. I hope to see an improvement in quality. Disappointed because the Malta Panera's is usually very good . The best thing about a chain is it's consistency. You need that. Here's hoping for better on my next visit.
Tables dirty, no explanations as to how it works for the beverage, so we waited until finally someone said, oh the glasses are over there and you help yourself!? Vanilla syrup for coffee was empty, no more milk either. Found a very long hair in a big chocolate caramel cookie once we got home. The food is good but the staff needs more supervision!
Would give it one star but the food was delivered. Person delivering my food was VERY rude. Was talking on the phone as she basically threw my food into my door. Unacceptable behavior. Won’t be spending my money here again. That’s for sure.
I took the chicken salad and the whole thing was over sauced and mushy. No flavor at all. Pizza didn't taste fresh and the only good thing about the visit was the smoothie.
Food was fine, normal Panera quality, but WOW… I’ve never been to a more rundown and dirty Panera. 🙁 The booths were falling apart (I saw a back rest fall off while a guy sat there), all but two tables were dirty, bathroom had napkins on the floor (indicating a previous lack of toilet paper), and the whole dining area badly needed a sweeping. Maybe they are going to do renovations soon? Also the folks in the kitchen were audibly fighting. I felt bad for them. Though they seem to have a lot of traffic, they won’t get repeat customers with a place in this condition, it was sad in there.
Drive thru order. Was rushed and multiple times had to tell the gentleman there was more to order. Toasted caprese sandwich had lettuce and was wrapped so loosely that half the sandwich fell out all over the inside of the bag. Was inedible wasted money.
Was looking forward to the BBQ chicken sandwich I had at the Panera Bread in Johnstown, PA, but this reataurant disappointed. Sandwich had just a hint of sauce and was quite dry and tasteless.
If you've never been to Panera: It's kind of like rainy day food. Lots of warm meals and salads and coffees. The prices are steep for small portions so it's not quite a fast food experience. For this specific Panera: The restaurant is always very clean, even the bathrooms. The reason I'm giving two stars is the staff. I used to come here every week, once a week, for lunch. And almost every time, my food came out super late, or not at all. More than once I ordered to my table, waited half my lunch break, told the staff I haven't gotten my food, and been talked down to like I lied about ordering anything. Even after showing a receipt. The almost always forget to give me a drink cup, and when I ask, I just get someone, who's either on their phone or chatting with another worker, to point to the cups and then go back to what they were doing. On rare occasions, I'll get told I "should have gotten a cup" and be asked to see my receipt. Once, my girlfriend was there while I wasn't, and I ordered her a cookie to her table. She sat there for 30 minutes and hadn't gotten it. I called the restaurant and got scolded by the manager that "she should've gotten up and gotten it herself". I stopped going after that. It's a shame because it's not a bad place to eat. Just horrible staff. They need to clean house and start over.
It’s not worth the price. ESPECIALLY at this location. A large Mac and cheese (pictured below) is filled halfway! $10 for the same size as a small. Absolute rip off. The food doesn’t taste as good as it once did. Not sure if they’ve changed the recipes or just lack quality control. You’re better off saving your money and going somewhere else for lunch.
The food here is quite good, like Panera's typically is. Given the price point I'd expect nothing less, since Panera's is also a bit above the typical expense of a "fast food" place. However, on my visit today I had two complaints. First, the young lady working the drive through was rather snide and rude when we ordered. Second, the same young lady failed to include a receipt with our food. Poor service always rates low for me, regardless of the quality of the food. The good food is the only reason this wasn't a 1☆. I suggest finding a different location if your thinking of visiting a Panera's.
It is very annoying when you get home after picking up you order via the drive thru and they forget to put the chicken on the salad. It is not that hard to get a small order correct. The salads are overpriced as it is and then they charge you for the chicken they forgot. I wouldn't make a fuss about it but this has happened a few times over the last year. Super annoying!!
We come her pretty frequently for our breakfast and the occasional lunch on the weekends. Food is pretty good aside from the every other order food mishap we have with unavailability with certain breads (then we sit forever waiting for food that never comes out) or (getting a food swap with something comparable but not what we ordered...). Manager is pretty quick to correct the situations but some of the kitchen staff could seem to care less about what they swapped out as they are not eating it. Really wish the counters and tables were cleaned up more frequently as well as we ALWAYS have to clean off the last customers cumbs so we can sit and eat. Overall 2 out of 5. 1 star off for the food availability, 1 star off for the kitchen staff, and 1 star off for the environment. Note: We still continue to go here as the food itself is good and is a good place to grab a drink when we hit the highway prior to work or shopping.
I was craving the 10 veg soup and went to order online and - no more 10 veg on the menu. So I ordered the green goddess chicken salad. This was the first time i ordered from MALTA- SO I wasn't sure of the layout and process for pickup. Set to pick up asap. It was to be ready in 10 min and the app said "pull up to take out window and your order will be waiting". I did not expect to be lectured by the woman at the pick up window who was rude and indignant. She lectured me on the proper procedure of going to the Order Screen first and announcing I was there so they had time to "Find" my order. I won't bother with this location. I'll drive up to exit 15 or clifton park instead. I dont appreciate being lectured about take out food pickup.
Ordered online for a pick up order on our way to the airport. When we got to the location we found that the dining room was now open so we decided to eat in. Called ahead to make sure this would be okay. The staff person who answered the phone was very friendly as were the other 2 staff people we interacted with when we arrived. Our order was ready soon after our arrival and the order was accurate. That’s why I gave this place 2 stars. The dining room was filthy!!! I don’t know how long they’ve been open, but it doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since quarantines began in March! There were signs on tabletops specifying which were available for use & which weren’t. They could have opted out of the signs & written the messages in the dust on the top of the tables! Cobwebs & other dirt were everywhere! I understand that they were probably in a hurry to open once given the okay from the State, but they should have spent some time cleaning first! Interesting to note that the management hasn’t replied to any of these reviews! Shame on them!
Worse french Onion soup i ever had. Tasted and looked old! The lady in the drive thru was very nice.
Most of the food was good, the grilled cheese sandwich was undercooked. The table #11 was very sticky even after I wiped it down with baby wipes. Two of the staff at the pickup area were a bit annoyed that I asked for an extra salad dressing portion. None of the staff back there seemed happy. As we were leaving, the plates were stuck to the table as we cleaned up. Very disappointing visit to a restaurant we frequently visit.
Food is always good and reliable however the drive in system is ridiculous and inefficient. It’s the same line to either pick up an online order (which we did) or actually order. The drive in system only really works if it’s truly fast food, we waited 20 min in line just to pick up an online order while we were stuck behind other cars that were ordering real time and waiting for their food
The location is convenient and the staff is friendly, but EVERY time I’ve gone here my food has been wrong. I’ve never gotten customizations I’ve asked (and paid) for, and at times I’ve just received completely different items altogether. Not worth paying Panera prices when you can go across the street to Starbucks, Dunkin, or even McDonald’s and have your order done correctly.

I have never been in such a dirty and mismanaged Panera Bread as the one in Malta!! Every table was dirty, sticky, bus pans filled with crusty dishes and no one even in the restaurant..not busy!! I used to love Panera Bread for the freshness of the food and cleanliness of establishment. NEVER AGAIN! Malta Panera Bread being near a wonderful Hotel should reconsider a total revamp!
Two consecutive delivery catering orders did not include the correct items. Called the store to see if we could get the missing items and they wanted me to come in. Manager was not available to speak with and they hung up without getting my order number or phone number. Go literally anywhere else other than this particular Panera.
I just waited more than 20 minutes for a cup of tea and a cookie that I never got. This isn't the first time, or the second time for that matter where I've had to call the store and ask them to cancel my order because I'm not paying for something that I don't have time to wait any longer for. While on the phone trying to get my order canceled I could almost hear the associate rolling her eyes. This has been an ongoing issue, not just at this Panera but at a few others that I've been to recently in the same area. This Panera in Saratoga village just happens to be the worst of the bunch. So I'm canceling my subscription.
The manager of this store, who wouldn’t give me her contact information was completely rude and disrespectful. Not only did she not apologize our food was sloppily thrown together. She had to have another manager come and speak to me because she couldn’t. How professional is that?! Thanks to her, I am seeking legal advice on how to approach this and deal with it on a level she’ll have to listen.

Order was incorrect and done through kiosk. Sandwiches were made different than ordered. Soup wad cold. Wrong side item as well. For $25 I would have just liked a part of it to be correct. Just really disappointed with Panera lately, not the first time this sort of thing has happened.
One of the worst Panera bread locations I've been to. The girl operating the cashier inside clearly didn't want to serve us or anyone else, including the couple in front of us. Sandwiches were assembled sloppily.
Mobile order received was wrong. I tried to find a way online or in ap to make a claim or resolve the issue, and I found no clear way to do so.
3rd time they have totally messed up my order....I ordered pick up and got home to eat and the order was completely wrong , not even close. Apparently, they don't care about food allergies.
This was the worst experience ever at a Panera. They sold me coffee and had none! Then they told me it would be 5 minutes and then after 10 I had to chase someone down. Ugh, this was awful. I'm glad I don't live in malta to have to visit this location often.
The service was great, quick, and very friendly. Nothing on them. The prices do not match the portion sizes and the quality of food!! I spent $13 on a grilled cheese sandwich and a mango smoothie, that was literally microscopic in size. The grilled cheese was meh and the bag of chips was filled with air. I’m not impressed, and will most likely not return. You’re better off just going to a diner and enjoying an actual meal.
I love Panera but I have had a missing item all 3 times I ordered delivery through this specific location so today I finally called to complain and was transferred around before finally speaking to a very unpleasant woman, so I asked for her name so I could call corporate and she hung up, I then called back and got a different manager who claims she heard the call and her employee did not hang up on me and it was just a coincidence she hung up when I asked for her name but refused to provide me with her name saying she didn't know who I actually spoke with. They also pushed the blame off on Doordash but when you contact Doordash they put the blame on the restaurant. Overall it's just been an unprofessional and frustrating experience with no solutions.
The parking lot is extremely dangerous & everytime I go here they never have half of what they offer on the menu because this company is not smart enough to have the baker make extra bread bowls & other items because it's easier to say sorry we sold out here's a slice of baguette instead with a small portioned meal at a high price okay? I'm boycotting this company all together because your all getting jipped
We pulled up in the drive thru at 8pm 03/19/21. The published hours state they are open until 9pm on Fridays. We sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged before driving around to try and see if we could catch anyone’s attention.... The car waiting behind us pulled forward. There were approximately 4 girls working & talking that wouldn’t look our way so we drove back around to try again. Sat there a few more minutes, and tried to call the building to double check the hours. The recording stated they were open until 9. Both our family and the other car waiting ended up driving off.
My husband and I were there earlier this week. We will not return. His salad was good, my soup was good. However, the staff were not very friendly. The place was dirty. The Men's room had no toilet paper, paper towels, or soap. The Ladies room was not much better. Any body part that touched the tables stuck to it. All the tables were that way. There was a young man pretending to clean the tables with a dry towel. I don't call brushing crumbs off a table with a dry towel, cleaning it. If you want a pleasant Panera Bread dining experience, come down to Clifton Park.
Attempted to purchase an egg white avocado sandwich, no egg whites were on the sandwich. i called to rectify the issue, was hung up on 4 times, only the male staff on was reasonable but the manager was extremely unprofessional, I will not be returning for a fixed sandwich nor to that Panera ever again. I have gone to this location 15-17 times in the past year, I have witnessed 2 instances inside the cafe where a customer was arguing with a worker, both ppl screaming. Usually the drive thru is fast and again the men that work at this location are all very nice!
Awful service. Store ran out of half the menu, poor customer service. Rude and mean employees. Manager hiding wouldn’t even come to apologize for really bad experience. Go to another Panera not this one. Bad bad service.
Ordered the Napa Almond chicken salad sandwich for $9.89. It was worth maybe the .89. A small scoop of chicken salad on two big pieces of dry bread with two slices of tomato which I didn't want and some chips. Absolutely horrible to put food like this out and charge $10. How is this place still open? Panera used to be an outstanding place to eat. I also ordered a chocolate pastry but I think she gave me a display because I couldn't bite into it, just like rubber. Never again.
this place is literally 1 mile from my office and will never go there again. In January I ordered food through the app, the kids that work there forgot a bakery item (no biggie) when i called and asked them to run it out, they hung up. 2 months go by, I consider getting food there again, pick up order, I order a chicken sandwich, instead I get an Italian pepperoni marinara thing. 0/2, I'm done
This Malta location is aweful, I came recently and I got coffee through the drive thru (I was the passenger) and I didn’t even have a chance to drink it because it spilled all over me. The top wasn’t secure, grant it my hot coffee was hot but I wasn’t able to enjoy it since it spilled and my friend ended up with a dirty car. Also if you ever want someone to answer the phone call someone else! The inside service needs to get better also. I have came on multiple occasions so it wasn’t a one time- well maybe just a bad day or something.
Horrible staff. Employees at the counter where very discussed see me as a customer. Being very negative minded to me. They made my espresso and didn't make it proper. When I reported it to the staff. She was extremely rude. It took another employee to handle the issue. She still complained out loud that I was wrong and she made it right. The staff needs to be fired and management is aware or is part of the problem. I will rather go to Starbucks, the service is much better and they make my espresso right. Shame on Panera Bread for your terrible service and miss treat over size people that don't fit there image of there customers.
Incredibly frustrated with their delivery. Grateful for the good food but absolutely disappointed in the customer service delivered after a mix-up with Door dash. Tried to stop the delivery driver and let them know they made an accident delivering Subway to my neighbor instead of Panera to my own home. Driver parked out front twice, saw me after delivering the wrong food and both times got back in the car and drove away. Called panera and they refunded me "as a favor, this one and only time".. advised me to call door dash. Did that and they advised me there was nothing they could do to help except to call the establishment I ordered from.. maybe it was a rough night for them but holy smokes the disconnect is ridiculous 😳
Wish I could share a photo of the tiny wedge of rotten avocado in my salad. If you're going to make your salads days ahead of time, at least double check that the product isn't rotten before you sell it.
I wish I could do 0 stars. Poor Poor Rude service. Store ran out of a lot of items. Incompetent store manager who allows rude employees to disregard customers. Try another store. This one is a bad experience all the way around.
Placed a rapid pick up order through the app. When I arrived to pick up my order the doors were locked and there was a sign on the door stating they were short staffed and all pick up orders must be picked up in the drive thru. I don’t think this was a logical, well thought out solution. In addition, there was an employee taking out the garbage and vaping rather than helping inside to prepare orders. It took well over 20 minutes to even get though the extremely long line in the drive thru. If you are that short staffed maybe you should close the restaurant. Very disappointed in this location.
If I could give zero I would. Went in for a bowl of soup and was told they could not give us an actual dish because they couldn’t dirty a dish. They were out of 5 items that we asked for. The front person that took our order mumbled the entire time. The “manager”, I say that loosely as I don’t believe she was the manager, gave us a refund for our soup that she didn’t want to dirty a dish for and gave a shoulder shrug when we said we were unhappy. We received what they did have in a bag to go before we spoke to the “manager” Worst service ever!!!!!
Every so often, I try this place again because, honestly, I do like the food. But why offer customizations if they NEVER read or do them. This is the 5th time in a row I have up paid for ad ons I never received. By the time I order, drive there, pick it up, and get back to work, it's too late to have them remake the food. Go back and get it, then eat. I mean, seriously, 5 times in a row!!! I'm not trying to be rude, but trust me, I know from experience it is not hard to read the order !!!! This place needs some better management / training. It's not that hard to give the customers what they pay for. 🙄
Every single time we decide to give this spot another try, the exact same manager is the reason we decide not to go back. This time was due to her complete incompetence over how to sell us a menu item that was 'locked' on the front register. She said I could order it for delivery on the app or leave & go through the drive thru but otherwise we couldn't order it since it would ruin her inventory count. Are you serious? I explained this wasn't my issue but her own problem solving issue, even going as far as offering to give her our card so she could ring it through the drive thru if that was the problem, to which she simply walked away and back into the kitchen leaving her employee to apologize and assist us with changing our orders. I feel sorry for her staff & hope they get better management soon. If we go back & see her again, we are simply walking out.
I visit this establishment frequently since I work nearby, despite living 20 miles away. It's been my go-to spot for lunch, but I've become quite disappointed lately. My orders have often been incorrect, and when I call to address the issue, I feel bombarded with questions, as if I'm at fault. Although they've remade my order twice, it’s still been wrong. At this point, I might as well drive the extra distance to another Panera Bread, as this location just can't seem to get it right. It's disheartening to pay so much and not feel like I'm getting my money's worth.
So this sandwich pictured is supposed to be a stacked green goddess caprese. It was literally 1. Burned bread 2. Mayonnaise 3. I am not joking, like maybe 2 tiny leaves of spinach or basil. I can't tell because it's totally obliterated 4. Some small pieces of chicken 5. Mozzarella 6. Some tomato It is not green...there's no green goddess sauce. It's SO BURNED AND DRY. I literally threw it out. It was not stacked. I've gotten this sandwich before at other paneras and it is decent. This was revolting and a total rip off. Panera stole from me today. I ordered a green goddess stacked sub and they sent me some nasty burned bread with a tiny bit of stuff and no sauce or peppadew peppers or anything else shown in the photo or description. This is not the first time this has happened at this Panera. We've for some reason ordered a few times from here because it's the closest to our house and the food is so so or total miss. This was so bad I had to finally post. I will literally never order from this place again and am hesitant to ever order from any Panera again after this. I can't even keep requesting refunds because they flag me as fraud because it's been so many issues with this particular location. No more for me. Gross. Go to another Panera or no Panera at all and save yourself 25 dollars a person.
