I had come to this establishment with my nieces and nephews (10 kids in total…) and I was a bit nervous to dine-in as a large family but the Manager, Armand was actually okay with it. All the kids’ meals were prepared perfectly and in a timely manner. 10/10 service and will definitely be coming back with the kids on our next family trip to NY. ✨

Smashburger is always a great choice, but what really makes this location stand out is the management. Armand, the manager, is absolutely fantastic. He’s attentive, welcoming, and clearly cares about both the customer experience and the staff. The food was fresh and delicious juicy burgers, crispy fries, and everything came out just right. Thanks to Armand and his team, the whole atmosphere felt organized, friendly, and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food is always delicious and it came out very quickly. Service was amazing and they take care of you like ur of their own. Atmosphere is fantastic, songs are nice and it’s very clean. TVs are always playing whatever sport is popular and it’s just an amazing experience overall. 11/10, would eat here again! (Which I probably will)

Food is really good. It’s prepared fresh Connie and Minnie make A great team. They always make you feel welcome and they’re very kind and sweet and if there’s any deals to be had, they will always mention it. Will definitely be back.

The burger was tasty but I had to rearrange the toppings. The tomato slices were on 1 side and the pickles on the other side. And how is that even an order of tots? The cup is barely half full. Either fill the container or get a smaller one. Just terrible! It was delivered so I can't rate the service or atmosphere. We ordered again hoping for a different result but it was the same, 7 tots in 1 big container...🤦‍♂️ 2/14/2024: I took my daughter here for Valentine's because they have a GF bun option. But this trip sealed the deal, I'm never getting food from this location again! The lady at the counter was miserable and my burger was trash. I ordered a bacon avocado burger and the picture is what I got for bacon. This place has fallen off and I don't know how it stays open.

They gave me a raw hamburger, it made me vomit, and while I was in the bathroom they cooked it and gave it to me in a bag. Is this a joke?

I ordered two orders of fries and one order chicken tenders and that took 20 minutes, then they only gave me one order of fries and chicken tenders and I asked for the other one, but they didn’t give me a receipt so they told me they didn’t charge me for the second order of fries. I was willing to take the one order of fries and chicken tenders, but they insisted saying it was already done so I took the second order fries. to be able to pay for the fries, it took about 10-15 minutes when there was only one other person in front of me and when going to pay for the fries The cashier had aggression and attitude toward me when I told her I had to pay for the second order of fries and I did not appreciate that

We are residents of Larchmont, and we usually take our kids to Smashburger in Mamaroneck. However, last week we couldn't eat the French fries because they were too greasy. I thought it was bad luck and today we went there again. And unfortunately today everything was inedible. The French fries were extremely greasy, we couldn't eat them. The Bacon Steak Mesh meat was super salty and the cheese was burnt. And the bread was crushed and looked terrible. My wife, 2 kids and I left more than half of the sandwich there. How frustrating! And now my wife and I have a lot of heartburn. I don't know if you changed the manager or the cooker, but something is not working at this store. Terrible quality. Unfortunately, you probably lost 4 customers who were loyal.
