I only had fries, but the drive through was well manned and equipped, even tho the drive up windows were not in use. Workers would bring the food to your next to, but not at the windows which were undergoing some maintenance or similar

I have visited this location a few times in the past 2 years for drive-thru service. Their chicken nuggies and fries (salted well) seem fresh, and the line moves swiftly, regardless of whether they are peak or slow.
100% of the time I order an UNSWEET Tea and forget to test it at the restaurant, it will be disgustingly SWEET when I get home, and down the drain. EVERY TIME. 100%. It is fricken uncanny, and I need to get out of the South where they pump sugar in everything unless you ask otherwise.

For this particular McDonald's we have gone at several different times of the day. So far the food has always been good, fries have been fresh and hot. Nothing had a the taste of sitting out for a while.
The lady’s who work the morning shift are always so sweet and efficient.
Amazing service, everyone is on their toes and making things happen. This is a busy location and could possibly see bad reviews for long drive through lines, and busy inside. They do a great job hustling to make the customers happy. The atmosphere is friendly. Clean environment. Kid friendly with a play land inside. All areas are kept clean. Food is always hot and fresh.
Came for breakfast. Ordering is easy using the kiosk. Food and service were fast and great 👍 Staff maintain the restaurant clean.

I usually go right before my work day next door or during my breaks and everyone is friendly, sometimes they’ll mess up the no ice on my order but they always fix it. No biggie.

My card was declined at their kiosk machine but going through a regular line the card worked. The second I went through the regular line, my food was already ready. Got my food an ate there in the store. Realized there were no fountains to refill your drink, but other than that everything was perfect. They're doing a good job in my opinion. There was a lot of construction today but that's not to blame them at McDonald's.

McDonalds is my favorite big fast food place. I appreciate their consistency, good service and food choices I enjoy. They don't need a review. Most people have tried them. I think you either like them or don't, not a lot of middle ground. I wanted to include in their review a big plug for their app. It is very well written and extremely function even for the person who is not tech savvy. I like the deals that are offered on it each day as well as the quick reorder item. I usually place my order on my way there and then pull into the pick up spot and the food is there within 2 minutes max. The app also will choose the location closest to you when you order, so if you are travelling you can use it either through the drive through or pick up spots. The app accumulates points for you and you can use them on a future purchase. I enjoy the BOGO breakfast sandwiches and the 29 cents second sandwich at lunch. Two bacon doubles are perfect with fries and a soda. There is a reason they STILL lead the market segment--Good food, for a good price with good service!
I was broke and really hungry! The McValue menu got me relatively fed for under $5! Thanks McDonald's.
Went for breakfast. Order was smooth, no issue with payment. They shorted me a potatoe and I asked for sweet tea. The tea was terrible. Had a taste of burnt tea.. horrible. Gave it a 4 star since all else was good. I caught the potato before I left but didn't taste the tea. Man that was bad tea. Never had this happen at a McDonald's before. Always good service and good food.

Curious as to why there’s a worker that I have to hand my card to that then hands it to another worker to process my payment, then it goes back to the middle man to get my card back. Then the same thing happens when I get my food. The middle man again. Why is this? I asked employees this on two separate occasions and they said it’s to make the drive thru go quicker.. surely that can’t be the case. There’s a middle man where there shouldn’t be THREE times. I think it’s because the drive thru lane has a sensor and if they have us drive outside of it they can close out orders quicker. I’m sure it has something to do with metrics but no one wants to really tell me why. I refuse to believe the middlemen are actually making this process go quicker.
A good McDonalds experience. Friendly service. The food was hot, and served at peak freshness. My wife asked for an egg mc muffin, but with out the ham. They got the order correct, which was refreshing. Overall they were well staffed, prepared for the amount of business they had and folks were working well together. This place seemed well managed. It's got a play area. It's got self ordering kiosks. It's kept clean. It's tough for me to rate this one as the overall experience is good, but has some downfalls. The place can get very busy, and mistakes can, and will be made. It happens. I've had my orders missing something, or waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. The staff does their best to correct it. This does partly fall on me too for not going at better times. The fountain drinks sometimes aren't done right, and have a funny taste. The ketchup dispenser wasn't functioning correctly. The order display screen was not working properly -- which makes it frustrating to help move things a long. It's minor issues, but does bring the experience mood to frustrating.
I guess it's faster in drivethru when they have employees working outside..taking your payments and parking you in one of the spaces. I dont understand how you get my order wrong still after I confirmed it..it's on the receipt and I ask you when you deliver to my window. I then have to back up and wait at window. I asked for unsweetened tea..because I'm diabetic. I take a big gulp of super sweet tea. Thx
The food was good and the staff was mostly friendly. However, it seems that in this modern area, they would remember to give you all of your food. I frequently have to go back and wait in line all over again to receive the rest of my order.
If you don't speak Spanish and prefer bacon with your breakfast instead of sausage, you better check you order before you pull away from drive through. Just saying
“I’ve had better” We were excited when the self order menu had the double home style because a lot of McDonald’s are missing this. It’s the only thing I order so when I order a double home style with double cheese and receive a single. Imagine my disappointment. Well we are not done: I went back and waited for someone to come to the front (it took a couple minutes and there wasn’t a line in front or at the window) and explained that I would like another patty and cheese; then showed him the tag on the burger that had my correct order double homestyle double cheese. 5 mins later I get the same burger back. I go back and ask again for my correct order. 5 more minutes and I got the burger. It had very little homestyle sauce by this point but I felt there was no point waiting five more minutes for it to be fixed again. My real issue besides the two unsweetened teas we had to return for our proper order of sweet tea is that this is the fifth McDonald’s to mess up my homestyle order. What is so hard about reading the tags. Most of America has worked in a burger place at one time or another. This is not hard. If Whataburger or Wendy’s didn’t read their tags they wouldn’t have near as many options as they do, but McDs has less options and never gets my order right. Train better! Do better! My kids like your nuggets or I swear I wouldn’t come back. It sucks to feel second rate at such an established fast food place.
The coned off area reduces the entire area to 1 drive-thru lane only and messes up traffic flow using 1 of the entrances for no point at all. If you use 1 entrance you have to go all the way into a seperate parking lot to loop back around to the drive through because it's all coned off. This is new and it's absolutely ridiculous. Why are two extra employees standing at the windows running orders 5 feet?? Put them in the kitchen and make food faster. I get asked to pull over and wait every time I go now. abd it's also ridiculous to back out of the waiting spots because you have to wait for the drive through to move to leave since half the parking lot is blocked off by cones for no reason. This is fast food don't make it complicated.
No matter when, every time I order from the app and arrive, I AM ALWAYS ASKED TO PULL OVER TO A SPOT TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER. Cars behind me inevitably get their orders and leave. I'm not the only one this happens to. This location needs better drive thru service.

Guys , you really need to improve your customer service. You team messes up customer orders quite often. In my experience 3/5 times my order is incorrect. And this is down to your staff not properly communicating in English. Can you please ensure that the person who is taking driver through orders is at at least able to communicate in English properly. There's a whole lot of reviews here that communicate the same issue.
Took a few minutes to have my order taken, and even longer to receive my food. I ordered 4 sausage biscuits, 6 hash browns, and hotcakes and sausage. I had to pull up and wait for 10+ minutes while people behind me with bigger orders got there orders and left.
This was one of the worst McDonalds I've been to in quite a while. You had to order at the inside kiosks. I get it, but seemed odd since there was someone working the counter any way. The ceiling was missing some tiles and water was leaking on the floor. People who ordered after us got their food before us, which was surprising since all we ordered were two large fries. Finally got our food and it tasted like it'd been sitting under the heat lamp since yesterday. Best to find some place else to eat if you're craving fast food in the area.
This McDonald's really needs to step up its game!!!! They always forget something from your order, or they mess it up all together. The lobby is always a mess, and let me not mention the bathrooms. I hate having to go get my own soda because the soda area is so disgusting. I went through the drive thru, and the kid working outside literally kept giving me dirty looks and an attitude when I told him that my happy meal was missing. He wouldn't even extend his hand out when I reached out the window to get the food making me almost drop the food. It's always an issue here. Unfortunately, this is the only McDonald's in our vicinity, and my babies love McDonald's. But I try not to come as often anymore! Y'all need to do better!!!!
We’ve had good experiences with the manager here. However, they ARE NOT OPEN 24 hours. Please update your times. We’ve come so many times at 2AM just to be told the kitchen is not open or the systems are down.
Fries were unsalted and soggy, the chicken sandwich I ordered was wrapped horribly which caused the lettuce to fall out when I pulled it out of the bag, nuggets were definitely old and squeaky when bit into, and they overstuff the bags so you can’t even close it to retain any heat. Also, this may be dumb, but sometimes they main reason i want McDonald’s is to get their cookies, but this is the third time I have ordered cookies and, instead of telling me they don’t have them, they ask me to pull into the side lanes to wait for “a few minutes” which turns to 20+ minutes. Genuinely, just say you don’t have them. I don’t have, like, stellar expectations for McDonald’s, it’s McDonald’s, but that being said the BARE minimum is consistency. Like, it should consistently taste pretty okay like every other McDonald’s ever.
What has happened to the quality of the Big Mac?! The one I got tonight on Lexington St., was terrible! The burgers on the sandwich were full of gristle - very unappetizing! And cold… That may be because I had to wait 10 minutes for my smoothie after my hot items had already been delivered…
The only thing I can really say is the food quality is good, but the amount of inaccurate orders through the mobile delivery apps are insane. It’s like they just throw whatever they want in the bag knowing they won’t have any consequences since Uber/Lyft has to deal with the issue while they just do barely the bare minimum when they never see the customer. That’s how I feel at least and the only genuine issue I have with this location. I know they can do better!
Haven't been to McDonald's in probably 3 months or so, staff at that time was very pleasant, interactive at the drive-thru. Today, nothing. I paid without a word from the woman who took my payment, no response to me when I spoke. Staff was busy talking to each other or on their phones. I could go on about what a cluster the drive-thru line is mixed w/curbside orders but the only staff member who even bothered to speak to me said "they're having trouble transitioning between breakfast & lunch". Ateast the food was correct & fresh.
This is the second time I have come to this McDonald's and the cup not being filled to the top. I asked the employee about it this time and he says it's the machine. Until the last 2 times they have been filled to the top and if I go to any other McDonald's it's filled the way it should be. I told him then theirs is the only one that does that and he said nothing.

To begin with this has been my very first terrible experience at Mc Donalds! When I ordered my food I was expecting to get my order read but I do understand that this location did have a huge line. When I passed to the 2nd window the girl at drive thru handed us our drinks without straws and when I checked my order I was missing one extra order of fries, I told the girl so she told the Manager and he stated “ someone must of took the order wrong “ which was true so they corrected it. I then told the girl If I could have my straws and SHE ROLLED her eyes and said “ Do you want them now? If you move to Number 2 they will be in the bag, I just answered her in the bag is fine but that I am aware of you are to give your customers their straws with their drinks when handing them out ( mind you I have worked at a Fast Food Restaurant ) so I do know how restaurants work. So we proceeded to park in “ Number 2 “ now when I say it took forever I mean forever just to get my order out roughly around 20-30 minutes, when we do receive our food the lady just handed us the bad and didn’t even ask is their anything missing or do you need any condiments but I was missing just 1 Large order of Fries so I go to the restaurant and I spoke to the guy and he stated “ We were calling your number, where did y’all go” so I told him the girl sent us to “ Number 2 “ but was not Specific to which “ Number 2 “, I did get my fries. When I did leave my partner ended up telling me that my 10 piece chicken nuggets were missing and I still got charged for my meal. To sum up my review, If I could rate the location a 0 I would because the customer service is very terrible, no communication when giving their customer their food whatsoever just a horrible experience! And they need to get someone to be in the drive thru who will greet and be attentive to their customers.
It sucks being addicted to breakfast menu at a fast food horror story. I’ve witnessed drivers just about lose it over who’s first in the dual drive through many times. I still like the food but the employees don’t give a flilth about customers or the business. Guess you get what you pay for Ronald!
I had placed my order on the app I didn’t get one of the items ( I got charged extra) and you can’t get a refund on the app it said I had to call the store I bought from. I called and all I got was “ I don’t have ur order and you can’t get a refund” the lady sounded like she didn’t even want to help me.
Disgustingly Slow. Laura the AM manager has already been told my order is never ready I’m very disappointed in this location. I place my order in the App at 5:30A it’s not ready when pickup at 6:10A. Consistently this is happening causing me to miss the bus.
Has definitely gotten worse and worse each time I've come. I normally come in for ubereats pickups and every time it's a hassle to get my order. I can only imagine what it's like for people picking up their own food. Terrible customer service too, they aren't even there.
If I could go be this rating a -100 I would. We ordered some food from this McDonald’s this morning. Once we got home after making a stop we realized some of the items were missing. I contacted the store to let them know what happened. Catalina mentioned why did I not check my order. I mentioned to her it’s not the customers responsibility to make sure you are giving me the food I paid for and you have in the ticket with my name. She proceeded to say why did it take me an hour to call back when my order was placed at 8:55 and my call was made to them at 9:32. I mentioned to her my order was placed at that time and while I made the stop and got home and was going to feed my child is when we saw the food was not what we ordered. She proceeded to mention I probably just wanted a free meal. That was extremely offensive since I spend money on things I don’t need why would I want a free $5 meal. When I mentioned to her I would call corporation to let them know what just happened it sounded as she did not care. As I received a call from the manager nothing was approached to the employee. This is not the first time this place has given bad customer service since the couple of times we have been there there are employees cursing in front of the customers.
This place is disgusting. The employees have nothing better to do than watching tiktoks and making you wait 5 minutes before taking your order and the moment you pull up to the window they just talk to each other when your order is directly infront of them. I ordered ice cream last night and they were just talking to each other while their saliva particles are seen flying into the sundae. This franchise deserves a 1 star review and there are so many other McDonalds franchises in Texas that are actually good.
If I could give them no stars I would. They never get order right, always take the 15-20 minutes to get my order. Still get the order wrong. They need new staff that can understand each customer. Not everyone is Spanish.
We were asked to pull forward didn't really know why because we couldn't understand the person at the second drive through window, figured that's what they wanted us to do since they were pointing ahead. Upon waiting 10 minutes we're given a bag by a young man in a red shirt who is clearly in the middle of a phone call while they were on the clock and didn't even receive our complete order we were missing a sandwich and had to go back inside the store :( very displeased.
Your staff cannot speak proper English. They mess up the order half the times. Also, how is your drive through a drive through when you have a person who carries the card to the window and another person employed to carry the food to the car. I suspect you are overemploying staff that's not qualified.
The worst the very worst. I give allowances for orders being incorrect every once in awhile and maybe a new employee but every single time I received service from this location is a horrible experience either the food is wrong cold or the app is down and they claim they never receive your order but then a processes through your account there's always something don't waste your time or your money.
Placed a mobile order, but they had no clue where my order was. It was sitting out in the lobby for a while once they brought it to me. Food was cold and items were missing. Once I got home I noticed that my daughters cheese burger happy meal was missing the cheese, and they also did not put my nugget sauces or straws in the bag either. Overall, this was a very horrible experience.
The worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. They mess something up every time. This time I got charged for something I didn’t order. Tried to ask the lady that for some reason walks the food from the window to the car why I got charged for something I didn’t order or receive. She didn’t speak English. She waved over the other girl who spoke slightly better English but still couldn’t understand the problem. Then they told the lady in the window who stood inside and yelled to me asking what happened. I said, “I got charged for something I didn’t order or receive.” She said, “You want a large Dr. Pepper?” I was clearly frustrated that she didn’t understand me at all. So she yelled, “Sorry I can’t hear you,” like it was my fault. At that point I just drove away in frustration because having to deal with them was honestly worse than the extra money they stole from me.
This is the slowest location that I have ever been to. Today the drive thru was blocked by an accident in the parking lot. So there was much less traffic going through the drive thru. It still took 15 minutes to get my food. They were having to have customers parking all over the parking lot to wait for food. Not fast food!
Every single time i order a McFlurry on delivery from this McDonald’s, i never get it. I literally just received my order and I’m missing my fries and McFlurry, and I just saw another complaint on here about someone missing their fries. Don’t order from this McDonald’s. Waste of money, management needs to step things up.
The amount of times this location has gotten my order wrong is astounding. I’ve had to go back MULTIPLE times on several occasions to get my orders corrected. Please encourage the staff to pay attention. I had one item— a diet Dr. Pepper. They gave me a regular Dr. Pepper. As a diabetic this is incredibly frustrating. $3 for a drink I can’t even enjoy.
Worst place to dine in. Very unprofessional from management to employees. I literally waited for my food for a long time while manager was just social talking with employees laughing at customers. I’m visiting Austin ready to leave back home we stopped here and order food . 1. They got my order wrong . Good thing it was Dine in and I was able to get it right! 2. I kindly asked if I could exchange the croc (toy) I received and the employee asked the manager she said that they couldn’t exchange it. The least thing they could’ve done to keep us happy was exchange the toy for my son… Edited: I was done writing the review I noticed my food was wrong again went up there for the second time and asked for a refund .
This McDonald's has been terrible. We go because my parents and in-laws like to go, and both the inside and drive-thru experiences have been lacking every time. The servers have constantly acted inconvenienced if we request refills, or if we would like to let them know that one of our orders needs to be corrected because we received a wrong item. The drive-thru experience, while moving faster lately, has been terrible. They bring you your drink with no straw, then try to move you to a parking spot. When you request a straw to enjoy your drink while you're waiting and pass the time more pleasantly, they laugh and tell you it'll come with the food. Definitely not a fan.
Horrible costumer service. The hispanic lady in drive -thru this morning 12/6/24 was very rude and had an attitude when asked for extra creamers. I ordered an orange juice and they charged me for an apple juice. I would have gladly paid for the difference. They couldn't understand what I was saying. So they kept the apple juice and didn't give me a drink. When I asked for the orange juice they asked to see my receipt. I gave it to them and I noticed I was charged for the apple juice. I know what I ordered. They should really work on getting orders right and having better attitudes towards their customers. Quit acting like extra ketchup and creamers come out of their paychecks.
Hello! Maybe you’re not going to pay attention to me but I just went to McDonald’s the one in manor tx, I just order a coffee, small, prepared, and at first they gave my half of the cup so I went back, I show the coffee to the lady and she took it back (and if you work there you know you cannot take nothing back because of covid) I know because I use to work at mcd and as a manager. So they gave me the same cup, they just filled up to the very top, as you can see on the picture, I cannot even open it because of it. I just ask for a coffee and that’s what I got. As You can see, That’s how they gave it to me all dirty on the top. Thankyou McDonald’s .0/10
Every time I order on the app, I'm asked to park in the Drive-Thru parking spots. What's the point of ordering early when I have to wait even longer? It's pointless, useless in these people do not know how to run this location.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY, they never fulfill the order. I have ordered multiple time from this location and they ALWAYS EXCLUDE THE FRIES from the order. I know it is not my delivery driver taking it because then the bag would be open/torn and it’s not. Honestly just go in person and do not leave until you have everything. It is extremely annoying, I usually don’t post reviews but this it literally the fifth time this has happened. I am not sure if the person putting the orders together is just lazy or dumb.
Save your money and go somewhere else. They don’t check to make sure all the food is there
Went to the drive through the other morning. Sat and waited in the inside lane for someone to acknowledge me I said to hello to them. No one spoke, the outside lane at that point had 3 orders go through, after the 4th person got their order I decided to just leave. Mind you the person who was in front of me got their order just fine. I know this is typical of any of the restaurants in Manor.

Ordered two large fries got two medium fries called for a reimbursement and they hung up on me.
Orders are constantly wrong even after using the app. The wait times make me question their definition of fast food. Most employees don't speak English so good luck if you have an issue.
They are more concerned with collecting your money than giving you the correct order. I have been asked to go park in a number spot on multiple occasions even when there are no cars behind me. I am not parking in those small side spots just to get my car hit by the majority of the uninsured in this town. 😡 Update 06/07/24 9pm: they don't have shakes. And I was asked to park in spot 3. Even though there was no one in line behind me.
Drive thru ordered a meal - just given a bag with fries. Reading the reviews seems like this location has consistent problems with their orders. Good luck!
I’ve made several complaints as in regards to the cleanliness of this restaurant and no one does anything about it. Manager never calls and when you say something they don’t clean it. They just leave it. If the bathrooms and front of house are this gross, I can only wonder how bad the back of house is where we can’t see.
This McDonald's is useless. Don't even come here to buy. If you have to order more than two, they won't take them. The attitude of the person taking orders is bad. Never happen this shit before
They charged me twice for large fries and the next day they charged my account twice for 3 days over 100 dollars and i called them and the shift pretended to be manager and could not tell me nothing i never got my issue resolved from over charge be careful
Guy working the drive thru window at midnight was absolutely horrible - laughing and joking with coworkers and taking his sweet time while the line has 20+ cars waiting. I went to pick up a doordash order and he said they were working on it. Checked back 15 minutes later, once again he said they were working on it. 24 minutes into waiting, I check again, and he, FOR THE FIRST TIME APPARENTLY, turns around and the order has been sitting on the shelf behind him the ENTIRE time. And guess what he does? Apologize? Nope, he laughs. He thinks it's funny. The order was received at 11:54. It was not given to me until 12:27. The employees here just cannot be bothered to even pretend to care about their job and face zero consequences for their poor attitude and incompetence. Absolutely horrible service and poor training on the part of management.
This location is the worst!! I waited 15 mins for a MOBILE ORDER! It never came out. Also I selected the 4th spot on the app for check in and then it switched to 3 somehow. I went inside to get my food after waiting forever. NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES YOU. I had to yell 4 times for someone to notice me. The lobby had 10 people waiting to be helped and the restaurant looks fully Staffed. The franchise owner for this location needs to do a serious evaluation on its employees on their customer service
Came and made two separate orders waited for second order at 3rd window and they forgot about me. So went inside all the workers including the managers weee sitting. So I asked about my second order the lady tried to act like I didn’t order ( didn’t take receipt from first window) . The manager from all the way across the room starts to yell at me but I couldn’t hear her I dead of her just getting up and helping she continued. They told me I was at the wrong window and I said how if u already brought out my first order and I’m still in the same place… the manager again from all the way across the room yells at me bye as if I was giving a problem but was honestly giving logic. These folks are very rude and I will not be coming back. To try and act like I didn’t buy it then say I was at the wrong window and yelling at a customer from across the room is beyond me. AND YOURE THE MANAGER you are supposed to be the blueprint. I see where the rest get they attitude from.
It’s no longer fast food if you’re waiting for 20 minutes. I had to leave before my food was ready
The few times we’ve used curbside have been awful! We got nuggets in our order w/no ranch that they specifically ask u on the app..there’s never napkins or ketchup for the fries!! These things have happened every time we’ve used curbside! They don’t even say anything to u..just hand u the bag & walk away..the drive through is no better!! They have an attitude when u ask for these things that should already be in the bag!! U don’t like your job then quit! I learned a long time ago to check my food before we drive off & they don’t like that either!! Guess what!! Idgaf cuz that’s my money I’m spending & I expect the food to be right!! Many times it has not been right & I gave it back to them right there @ the window!! DO BETTER!!
Everytime I go there they give me small fry bags with the bottom all ripped out. Very convenient for trying to hand it to my son. Not sure what's up with that
Worst McDonald's I've been to in my 28 years of life. You got 2 people mopping, looking at me, and nobody coming to your 2nd window for over 5 minutes to provide direction to your customer waiting on their order. I go to your third window, because i was hoping that staff member there could resolve my extended wait time. I watched 2 more vehicles be helped before I tried to call but your phone line is down. I was forced to honk. Please implement an action plan to have your staff understand the proper importance of tasks at hand. Your manager at night is not running a tight ship.
my fish sandwich had a peace of paper in it fries were cold and old never going back . we waited 20 minutes for hot fries but instead we got cold ones . so disappointed since we live 25 minutes away from this store .
We put in a mobile order at 10:28, got here at 10:30. My husband waited in line at the pick up counter for 10 min (I don't understand the waiting in line as it is, since my number order was supposed to be called out), only to be told that they cancelled the order because breakfast time was over. We literally checked in at 10:30. Then they said they can redo the order. Fine, he waits. They finish and they forget a hashbrown. Do you want to wait extra for the other hashbrown to be cooked? Hell, it was 15 min past our arrival time!
Good luck, cause you will wait over 20 minutes at the curbside to try and get your order. Such a waste and nobody answers the phone. I ended up just leaving and will be requesting a refund.
Apparently 5 mins before menu items change is too much effort to make one single item. Customer service on the late/ swing shift is lazy and I will not be coming to this location ever again for any time of day
McDonald's in Manor really needs to improve with the condiments. It's frustrating that we have to ask for them instead of them being included in the bag. Plus, when we do ask, they often only give us one packet, even with multiple orders. They need to do better!
Was very disappointed, my order was messed up and not only did I not get a detailed explanation after I asked for them to fix it, they didn't fix my order and I had to leave because I was in a hurry to work. Not to mention the costumer service was disappointing, I felt as though my concerns were dismissed. This isn't my first issue with this Mcdonals, from stale oily fries, to bugs in my fries to rude staff. I gave chances but this McDonald's is truly just getting worse.
