I would avoid this Wendy's location like the plague. I have stopped there twice on weekday mornings before 8:00 a.m. and no one will come to the counter to help you. The employees stand in the back and just look at you like you're from another planet. I stood there long enough one employee finally came up to talk to me and I found out they only speak Spanish. If they only want to serve Spanish customers they should display a sign saying so. They also do not support us veterans. On veterans Day Wendy's website said locations will offer a complimentary breakfast combo with veteran identification. This location said we don't do that here. I will be happy to share at my next VA meeting how this location does not support veterans and only serves Spanish speaking customers.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever seen. I picked here simply because you were the least busy fast food spot, whataburger and panda were packed. I ordered a #2 and a 10 piece nugget. I looked in the bag and noticed that the burger was smaller than it should be. So I said I don’t think this is my order and gave it back to her. She gave me a dirty look and handed me a different bag. I assumed this was right so I took off and went home. Upon getting home I noticed I got a chicken sandwich instead. Then when I go get my money back, I told them to charge me for the fries and drink which was apparently $9 based on the refund I received. I will NEVER COME BACK. I recommend you don’t either. Seems like most people already knew this.

Flat sodas. Fries taste like chemicals. They made me fresh fries and a different soda, but same thing. I’ve never had fries that bad in my life. Wish I just waited for the Panda line. What a disappointment. Also I got a large combo and they gave me a small fry

The night shift? A JOKE!!!! How did you find the three most incompetent and rude workers and put them all on night shift? Not only couldn’t they get the order right, but it took forever, cussing/irate staff, made us move up when no one else was there. DON’T COME HERE FOR A LATE NIGHT ANYTHING! Just go to the gas station next door. I sure hope the night shift doesn’t reflect the rest of the staff but I wouldn’t be hopeful.

Mobile ordered food, they forgot to add my nuggets. Then found out I didn't get straws or napkins. The coke tasted super flat the fries tasted rubbery and old. The burger was horribly dry and the lettuce on it was so old and soggy that it was already changing colors. I had to go through the drive thru multiple times to make sure I got what I needed and one of the employees was just chilling on their phone the whole time.

**My Experience at Wendy’s in Manor** I recently visited the Wendy’s in Manor and ordered a Medium Pretzel Baconator with a Cold Brew. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the Cold Brew tasted like old, stale bread. It was absolutely disgusting. Trying to salvage my drink, I went to rinse out my coffee and fill the cup with something more palatable. However, the soda machine wasn’t working. I asked the staff behind the counter to help, and even they struggled to get the soda to dispense. Returning to my seat, I opened my sandwich again and was horrified to find about six flies inside my burger. It was the most nauseating thing I’ve ever encountered. Having already taken two bites before noticing, I had to throw the entire meal away. I ended up wasting $15 on a meal where the drink was undrinkable and the burger was infested with flies. This was an incredibly disappointing and revolting experience. I strongly advise against eating at this location. It is utterly disgusting.

They only serve nuggets and fries here everytime I come. Edit 05/03/2023: decided to come back, won’t ever again. Today I got one of the sorriest potatoes ever.

Does this look like a large ? Was charge as of it were a large ! Customer service was horrible Monica was my cashier and Larry the host The worst drive thru experience tried to go to get my order right doors were lock so back into the long drive thru line !

Less than 1 rating!i had hair in my chili.and none of the staff feels the need to wear a hair net which i find nasty to begin with.also one of the employees was scratching his head as he walked through the kitchen area so it wasnt hard to believe i found a hair
