We had such kind and generous service at this Starbucks! Our favorite drinks were exceptional here!

Love that there is a Starbucks on this side of town. Just wish they had a drive through. Convenient if shopping at meijer.

Love the Green Tea Frappuccino. I ask that the Classic syrup be replaced with Raspberry syrup! Sooo Delicious. 😍

The girls were amazing to be at their job so early in the morning especially on Xmas.

This is the Starbucks to go in Jackson, they have the very best people, great service, and super fast at making your drinks, and very good drinks!!!! Stay a way from the other Starbucks in Jackson, you will regret it, after waiting an hour for your drink, and the service stinks and rude servers! But at the Meijer Starbucks they have two particular girls, Morgan and Jorden that are the most pleasant girls and go above and beyond for their customers, I love them!!!!! Highly recommended place!

The line was long a bit of a wait but the staff Mitch was extremely friendly and helpful he was a delight he was doing his best training someone and handling the customers and their orders he knew what he was doing and he did it very well with a smile on his face and taking the time to talk with each customer with kindly and patiently they need more staff like him Thank you Mitch for working so hard

Quick service inside the store. Great for a shopping trip caffeine burst. No drive thru.

I love Starbucks. This one is inside the Meijer store so it's small and doesn't have the regular Starbucks atmosphere. Had an issue getting my birthday coffee here but got it resolved by calling the corporate office.

Asked for a cold brew black/ nothing in it and got a cold brew with sugar. Upsetting when the order is super simple and it is wrong.

expensive and way to hot to drink. needed a cup with a few cubes of ice that I was charged for to cool it down to a decent temp.

They didn't even know they were out of strawberries, so I ended up paying extra for something they didn't have.

It looks clean, and many of the times i have been there, service has been fast. my complaints are that they don't have the resources to use the rewards app, and are often out of many items at once.

I tried their egg gouda sandwich and banana bread along with coffee. The sandwich and coffee has consistently been hot, thus, both met expectations. It's pleasant for the freshly cooked/ hot effect, however, a fourth trip is not likely anytime soon. I find the quality of McDonald's coffee a comparable match, but a shorter wait (not a McDonald's fan AT ALL, but I enjoy their coffee and not a bit less than Starbucks').

I also made my reservations back in February, specifically requested a site close to either the playground or swimming hole, got neither. Our site was 161. For a 3 night stay to the tune of almost 200.00. Wow that's crazy. Needless to say, we won't be coming back.

I wish this Starbucks wasn’t so inconsistent. Sometimes my drink is made perfectly but it seems like the other half the time it’s watery and just not right.

This place is never opened when its supposed to be and when I went in today I waited in line for 5 minutes as I watch the workers talk to each other looking over acknowledging I'm there and one leaves for the day and then instead of saving me the extra five minutes he looks at me and says anybody past this woman have to leave because he had to go on his lunch break which I understand but he then winked at the woman after I had turned around and started to walk away

This place gets real busy and they loose track of your order. They take a long time to make your stuff and then they fail to follow through. So you if you are in a hurry just go home and make you a pot of coffee and a bagels, it would be faster.

Very poor, order my drink a lady came several minutes later I was completely ignored, they made her order first and the tried to appoligize for my wait !!!

Never open on time. Everyone wanna stand around talking at 6:50am. Hrs posted say they open at 6am. But no there open at 7:15am. Smh. Most the people who work here are great. But sometimes they annoy me.

Didn't even get acknowledged by the workers after waiting for 10 minutes. Waste of time. Would not recommend.

Slow and unknowledgible staff. Whoever was in charge that morning left a first-day employee alone with a long line up of customers. Poor guy had to look up every order in a printout.

This location started doing mobile order and are so backed up there is a line of people trying to order. I did all our shopping, cashed out, and my wife still hadn’t ordered yet. We just left. This is a joke. Stop the mobile orders if you don’t have the staff to keep up.

She was the only one working and the line was a mile long. I waited for 25 minutes only to find out their espresso machine is out! You sell coffee and you’re telling me you can’t give me coffee but you don’t let people know until they get to the register?! Unacceptable. I will not be coming back to this location.

I was at this Starbucks today and was turned away as a customer because they were on break and only had one person who was working...you shouldn't be able to turn a customer away even if you are on break I'm sure that's not the only time they had to themselves while working. It's bad for businessim a local and needles to say I won't be stopping at that location anymore...😡🤬
