Yummy food here. The Ramen is very tasty and is good for adults and children. We loved the squid the best.

My daughter really loves the ramen from this place. Every time we come to Great Wolf Lodge to enjoy the water park, we always stop by to eat here. The food is just as delicious as ever.

I went there with my family and the staff was friendly. They have a restroom and a cooler with soda and other drinks.

Restaurant has good interior design and accommodates for children. Highly recommended getting the grilled squid if you’re into seafood. 10/10 amazing overall

I’ve been on the search for a local ramen place near me and found this place. I ordered takeout and got the Miso Ramen paired with Takoyaki. The broth was really good, very flavorful but could use a bit more weight to it. The noodles were pretty good as well, nice soft and flavorful. The takoyaki is the star of the show for me. It was extremely good. Soft & juicy with the perfect amount of flakes. I would recommend this place if there isn’t a Ramen Shop near you.

This is a place where you look at the menu and order at the register. The food comes out super fast. Don't skip the vegetable tempura or the black garlic ramen (order spicy for extra flavor). Noodles are a little thicker than regular ramen so you can probably share one bowl, depending on your appetite. The kids ordered chicken and beef teriyaki bento boxes and they could've shared just one as the portion was hefty. There were always people coming in, so this place is definitely one that people try out. I'd say it's worth it.

The service was friendly from the moment I walked in, I walked up to the counter and asked what the cashier’s favorite dish was as a recommendation and he suggested I get the black garlic ramen and of course I had to get it spicy just to feel something (there is an option of extra spicy), but honestly the spice level was minor so if you’re looking for something to melt your mouth off then this probably isn’t the place, but that doesn’t matter because the ramen itself was delicious! From the complexity of flavors, the creaminess and oily essence of the broth that coats the taste buds, the umami from the black garlic, to the fattiness of the pork, and the bite of the bamboo shoots this ramen was a harmony of flavors in a bowl. Simply put, I enjoyed my meal. As far as the interior of the restaurant, it’s a nice cozy little spot to grab a bowl of ramen and a cold beverage (guava nectar for me please). I’d recommend and will definitely come here with a regular cadence.

Plenty of tasty ramen with your. Choice of your proteins and vegetables at a reasonable price. The place is tiny with limited seating. Plenty of parking. Yum. I'll be back when I'm in town.

Good for what it is; I would say getting it in person is definitely better than through delivery services. In person is definitely more reasonable, quality and def price wise.

Small restaurant we were hoping to eat in, but all the tables were taken so we took our food to go. Seems like a popular place! The kids nearby were especially chowing down. I ordered the veggie ramen, and my friend got tempura. She liked it. I thought the broth was good, not too salty. Noodles were a bit on the thicker side, though I am the type to prefer Fukuoka-style ramen.

It’s a small ramen place in manteca that serves very good fried gyoza!! I tried their tonkotsu ramen and it’s decent and good. Can’t still compare to those tonkotsu style ramen in japan. Haha But if you’re craving for some hot ramen , can always try eating here.

Me and my wife had our own tonkotsu Ramen and the kids had to share the bento box. Make sure you tip! Because you're food will be more delicious. This is not the first time I've been to this place. I noticed it the first time I didn't tip. I ended up taking my soup home.

Service=friendly Presentation=Great Noodles= Great Only reason this is getting 4 stars, I ordered a spicy black garlic ramen. Everything inside was good, except the chili oil seems to taste like Lao Gan Ma. If you don’t know what this is, it’s a Chinese chili oil that has the numbing taste. The whole ramen dish became a hot pot dish. I recommend people not to order any spicy and just add your own Japanese chili oil. The Lao gan ma sauce just overpowers all broth/meat/noodle taste.

Noodles are average, not the freshest, step above dehydrated. Broth has flavor, two small pieces of tonkatsu. They forgot to add chopsticks in the bag 😐.

It was ok. Staff not very attentive and just a waste of time and money. Food was okay although the location at Stockton is way better. Very expensive and would rather pay for the experience too but didn’t get that here at all.

Cashiers seemed to have an issue. Not sure if they were overwhelmed by door dash orders and being busy. My husband got the pork belly rice plate. And it was so skimped. The pork belly was minced. We usually get bigger cuts of pork belly, our go to spot is in Stockton.

The asian girl with big lashes was incredibly rude I walked in and didn’t get a “Hi welcome in” she looks straight at me with a straight rude stare and said “for here or to go😐” Almost like she has no sense of customer service and actually made me feel uncomfortable because it looked like she was miserable… not one smile from her face😬I felt like this 😥😥😥 the whole time waiting for my food. Food is always good though good job to the hard working cooks!!

Went to Ramen 101 recently (Saturday night 1019th around 8:45 pm) and there was a HAIR in the ramen. Please make cooking staff wear hair nets because it totally grossed us out. We love this place and now we are turned off. I tried to upload a photo of the hair but kept saying error.

Came here for the first time and the food was great but noticed that there was a hair in my ramen bowl, but got a new one immediately, Appreciated that. The issue I have is every time a customer came in and would leave the front staff would talk about them. It is very unsettling and unfortunate. And talking about customers is one thing but to do it so loudly in front of other customers on business hours is crazy. Not wanting to come back in fear of being made fun of or something if I became a regular. It’s so unnecessary and mean. Being kind takes little to no effort.

I was very disappointed by the whole fried squid that I got for takeout. It looked nothing like it was advertised in the picture. The whole squid tasted overcooked and overpriced especially for the amount I received.
