Unfortunately I had a negative experience here. Until last Fri, I would have given high stars just because a family member likes one of their items occasionally. Friday, I went to buy that as a surprise & decided to splurge and get myself a chicken caesar. Now, I eat out so rarely I can count the times on one hand per year. When I do buy something, I try to do it at a place with a good reputation that sells quality food. We get all the way home and my chicken salad has a piece of grilled chicken that's so thin it actually got burnt and it was almost impossible to eat parts of it because it was so overcooked. Very disappointing. If you're not serving your best food every single time, you shouldn't be charging $12 for a salad. On top of that, the person helping me called me honey, babe and dear numerous times. Employees need to be taught that in a professional (work) environment calling customers by pet names is considered demeaning (it's actually considered sexual harassment in a corporate environment). There's no reason to address someone at all, but if you feel the need you can simply say ma'am or sir or Miss. Or just say nothing other than Here's your order, Do you need sauce, etc. Having employees who bring their bad habits to work will bring down the reputation of a business. Not everybody says something because nowadays we're supposed to be so accepting and gosh we don't want to offend somebody who isn't a ma'am or a sir. But there's something to be said for traditional professionalism. Update: to owner leaving cut&paste responses - no one is going to your link; they're leaving complaints HERE. This is what review sites are for, to give feedback so you can work on the issues, not pretend they don't exist unless we go down some rabbit hole you deem to be the appropriate link. The drive through operator was Very rude when I tried to ask a question about ordering and then just ignored me after turning her back but the girl working the front counter was nice and professional. The condiments counter and where you receive yor tray was dirty and had not been wiped off. The tables were dirty as well. The place really needed a deep cleaning. I could not see tge counter from where I was seated and felt like my order was taking a long time. Finally another customer said my pager must not be working because there was an order sitting on the dirty counter and had been there for a bit. It was not at all busy. Only 3 customers besides me. One of the staff should have notified me my order was ready. The other customer said the pagers frequently did not work so she always stays close by to watch. This was my first and last visit so I was not aware that this happened. My burger and sweet potatoes were pretty good. Probably would have been better if they had not gotten cold while waiting on the counter though.

I came thru drive thru today to grab two sandwiches, some potato fries and onion. Both my onion rings and sweet potato fries were overly fried. They tasted bad and I did not get to enjoy my meal like I would have.

Got the wrong order w/cold fries.. ate it .. terrible burger

They close early don't trust the hours. I came down here specifically to eat here but oh well they don't feel like staying open

Good food. Terrible service. The big lady who took my order on the night of November 23 purposely missed my strawberry shake I mentioned twice when she left it out the first read through. Then got to the window and it’s not on the receipt and has me wait an extra 10+ min parked in front. Get somebody else up there to take orders.

Poor service , ordered online went to pick up drive but waited in the speaker for 20 min told us to hold but still waited. no one seem to acknowledge so pulled to the window staff said they had a rush but don’t see a lot of customers inside and they only have 1 car ahead that waited a long time too , and I don’t get what’s the point of ordering online that you can’t pick up on drive tru???

I arrived on a Wednesday evening 6:45pm. The young latin girl didn't acknowledge nor offer assistance. After my 4 attempt to get help and 4 minutes waiting. It was obvious she refused to help. There was no one in line when I arrived. I figured I just leave, usually rude people put bad stuff in the food.

They dont check people using credit cards. I got scammed 58 bucks. Currently fighting with my credit card issuer. They also dont hand out recipt that day. I had to figure out i got scammed by looking at my credit card statement

I literally sat in line for over 5 min there are only two cars in front of me. If an order is going to take long why don’t they have them pull to the front and bring it to them like every other place. It just makes no sense! Won’t be back. Manteca service is horrible.

Is it me or did this place get incredibly worse? Pretty sure sandwiches aren't supposed to be tossed together like this and for an $18 combo🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

My sweet potato fries were burnt, they forgot my dressing for my salad, and there was a hair in my ranch. I called, they didn’t care about replacing my food, they just said I have to fill out a form. Ridiculous. Won’t come here again.
