They now accept credit or debit cards. Oh, the breakfast tacos are the best in my opinion.
I've been eating the breakfast tacos here for years and love them.
Very good food the place is very clean and their employees are very nice, friendly, helpful and polite I definitely recommend this place to others.
food was buss, everyone was so nice, highly recommended the mango juice omg made me cream
Love this mom's and pops my brother introduced me to... Yum!!
Really good food, would come back definitely
I should have posted earlier. Like years ago as we have been coming here since they opened. One of the best, if not the best taquerias in the area! Authentic from the tortillas to the meat and toppings. Their chorizo & egg is my breakfast mainstay while for lunch or dinner you got to try their barbacoa! The whole family loves this place!!
I've never seen a taco stand like this. It has a screened porch with several picnic tables in it. There's a TV too. The food was amazing. Great little spot
They fill their tacos really full. The barbacoa tacos are my favorite, especially with their salsa verde.
Great place!! Their tortas, gorditas, and tacos are delicious. They don’t skimp on filling the tacos up. The barbacoa was great (not at all greasy). I will definitely come back!!
Simple, cheap, delicious tacos. We eat mostly vegan so we get papas rancheros tacos no egg. Fresh, legit agua fresca. Eva is so sweet. We feel fortunate to live near this gem.
Fresh fruit water are delicious. The tacos are very well served and with a real Mexican flavor. Great tacos for lunch.
Oh my god do yourself a favor and go there. I tried to tip her $5 and she wouldn't let me. They've been inspected by the state. Wonderful experience I just hope they pay their taxes too then it would be completely perfect.
I'm from Mexico, my husband is Texan and he loves Mexican food. This restaurant has the most authentic tacos and aguas frescas. The service is excellent, the stablishment is clean, y la comida para chuparse los dedos!
I had to remove my bad review and give them all the stars! They’re back at it and have stepped back up on the taco game. I was hesitant to give them another try but it was soo worth it!
What’s. I love about this place is that the staff is friendly helpful and not rude and they are only a very few taqueria’s that serve home style flour tortillas very yummy and of course the tacos are awesome.👍🏼👍🏼
Best breakfast tacos around and great service very nice staff
Had a taste for breakfast tacos and they didn't disappoint. The bacon, egg and cheese was delicious!
Food and portions were good. It's a taco truck so it does ger hot in the summer. Buen sazón!!!
This is my regular taco place, it's right down the street. I love their breakfast tacos with Bacon potato and egg.
Best Mexican Food Around GUARANTEED! THEY CHARGE $3 FIR A STEAK TACO WITH ABOUT $5 OF MEAT IN IT!
Easily the best joint for breakfast tacos around the memorial northwest area.
Barbacoa on flour tacos. Green sauce was excellent. I'll be back to try the breakfast tacos.
Amazing food! Always fresh, and wonderful customer service
Good tacos. Tortillas handmade and not from a bag. My favorites, pollo and lengua
Taqueria Eva is a hidden gem serving up some of the most delicious and authentic tacos in town! The flavors are amazing, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. I highly recommend trying their barbacoa tacos and don't miss out on their homemade salsa. Taqueria Eva is definitely a must-visit for all taco lovers out there!
I just had the most amazing barbacoa taco! The meat was so flavorful and juicy. I couldn't resist getting five tacos, and they were all made with fresh tortillas stuffed to the brim with delicious barbacoa. And that red salsa? Wow, it was absolutely delightful!
Food here is always delicious and fresh! They offer a large variety of options for meals and drinks. They will make almost anything using corn tortillas if you have gluten issues.
Cash only now! This place is fantastic. Reasonable prices, friendly service, and delicious food. It’s a taco truck with a little shack built to the side. Nothing fancy! They switched to cash only, so make sure to bring cash!
Yes sir. I came here today and got some tacos after reading these reviews while trying to go to sleep. I was next door so I stopped by and got some tacos. Fajita, chicharron, tripa and chicken. Not bad for $3.5 a pop. The corn tortillas are made fresh. Felt like how it’s supposed to be. A lot of love when into the recipe and she was a sweet heart. I told her I want to chef it up to and she gave me some good advice with our little convo. Green salsa goes hard as heck and the red was SPICY. Addictive spicy too. Good flavor. Gonna hit the breakfast tacos next. Btw, I’m not big on tripa unless they’re crispy and she asks if you like them crispy or regular. If you don’t know speak spanish, just ask for the tripas “duros” which means hard or crispy. Trust me.
I was attended right away. I ordered a medium fajita quesadilla with veggies and it was amazing! Highly recommendable
Always a great treat when I'm on the Northside of Houston in Spring Texas

This is basically a screened in porch/shed with four picnic tables and a cooler of drinks. You order from a window at the side which accesses a spotlessly clean food truck. The tables were lovingly painted maybe five or ten years ago and proudly display the restaurant ame in the now cracked paint. The food we tried was EXCELLENT. Servings were very generous and flavor was great. I struggled a little with the five stars for Atmosphere. I chose five because this place’s atmosphere exactly suits its food and I am personally a fan of screened in porch-sheds next to busy intersections with cracked paint on picnic tables. As an extreme early riser I also love the 7am opening time.
These fajita tacos are literally the best tacos around by far.
Outstanding, simple, and tasty tacos at an exceptional price. After my first visit today, I've already decided that I will return for a stab at their breakfast tacos. Generous portions, spicy sauces, and lime wedges ready to be freshly squeezed... Enjoy!
Breakfast tacos de Lengua and barbacoa were delicious. The tortillas are handmade flour and corn. Green and red salsa in point. This is as authentic as you can get from a food truck and so glad we gave it a try.
$3-$3.50 a taco and the tacos are stuffed with plenty meat so you’re getting your moneys worth. Had a pastor and beef fajita, both on corn tortilla and it was damn good. Red sauce is spicy so be carful. Both red and green sauces taste very fresh. Everything we had tasted fresh here. Lemonade, even for Mexican lemonade, was a little too sugary. Ladies working here were very sweet. Nice screened in area to eat where you don’t get bothered by the bugs.
Tacos are very filling for the price. Fajita and chorizo con huevo tacos were tasty. Would definitely recommend anyone to try this place. :)
Always great with food and prices. Their breakfast tacos are the best, hands down.
Best breakfast and lunch tacos around. Ms. Eva is there everyday making authentic tacos from scratch. Definitely the best barbacoa I've ever had. Here's the cherry on top; tacos run between $3 and $3.50 a piece and she doesn't skimp on the portions
This is my favorite breakfast taco place in houston! The potato & egg tacos delicious, and chorizo & egg breakfast tacos with cheese. The Barbacoa is also really great. Very tasty and nice portions too, nice and friendly staff. Great restaurant!
If you're after amazing Barbacoa tacos, this is the spot! The place has a bit of a hole-in-the-wall feel — you go through a mesh door, and the setup is super casual, with big soda bottles in the cooler by the register and agua frescas in bright orange Gatorade jugs. It might not look fancy, but don't let that fool you — the food is incredible. They take credit cards with a $7 minimum, which is easy to hit because you'll want to try everything. Hidden gem for sure!
Came here for breakfast tacos and they were good. There was a little fat in the barbacoa that I ordered but other than that everything was amazing!

Small establishment but procures a pretty good taco. $17.50 for 5 Barbacoa tacos that don't skimp on the meat. The meat is juicy and the tortillas are soft although slightly chewy. Green Salsa could be a tad spicier but still flavorful nonetheless. Good place for a quick lunch or breakfast.
Only tried breakfast tacos so far. Chorizo was a little greasy. But still really good. I will try them for lunch one day.

I got a fajita taco it was ok not something I got back again soon probably in a while b
Tacos are very good but based on the price it's high for small tacos.

7 bucks for just two tacos. Very expensive even if the tacos were really good. Oh, bring paper cash because it's the preferred method of payment at their establishment.
I ordered two Chorizo and two bean and cheese. Only got the two chorizo and was charged $12 for the two. The women in the kitchen didn’t speak English and I did not speak Spanish. I guess it’s a up charge for non Spanish speaking. I looked at the menu and to me it stated $2 a taco but maybe I’m wrong.
