This place is always great. Tonight was just one of the best. We ordered a dozen oysters on the half shell. My husband handed me the first one and it was huge! It was so big I had to cut it in half. Every oyster was super fresh and tasted fantastic. Service was great. And our waitress was top-notch! And their biscuits were fresh piping hot from the oven so light and fluffy. Four thumbs up 👍👍👍👍
Very good and yummy. If you get the endless shrimp be sure to order what you'd like next with your SERVER (not the person that brings out the food) immediately after getting your food. Especially on a busy night. The wait times can be crazy but the food is DELCIOUS.
Shawn was among super helpful pro and very polite server. Food was yum after endless shrimp m not having any till next year. Food was yum and price nit bad
Date night was a hit! Delicious dinner & fantastic service! Yummy Margherita flights, too!! Watermelon was my favorite!
Awesome fast service with juicy shrimp! Our waitress Tafy was very kind and provided great customer service. No complaints, I highly recommend this location.
I read reviews before going and truthfully I was a little skeptical! But I have to say I had an amazing experience. The server was super friendly and gave us some tips (First Time Eating Crab 🦀) when cracking the legs.. the food was excellent and I am so glad I tried Snow Crab and visited this Red Lobster!
Great food, service, and selections. LOVE the new Tequila Lime Shrimp 🍤 🥰😍🩷
Great friendly customer service. Food was delicious I had the Lobster tail peeled right out the shell easy. Broccoli was cooked perfect not to hard or soft.
We went there on Diwali eve, it was nice atmosphere, food was good, i love seafood, so, I had lobster and shrimp.
Had a great time here, despite having to wear a mask. The waitress was a little impersonal but otherwise it was a very good visit. Oh and salads are no longer complimentary, you have to order them as one of your sides, just a heads up! Oh and no broccoli option because of covid.... apparently....
The lobster mac and cheese was awesome! Glad I got the smaller portion. Very filling and great flavor
How can you go wrong dinner fascinating entertainment good bartender drinks and food deliciously prepared I should know I want to Google's photo critics of establishments
Wait staff was very friendly! Service was amazing and the food was fast and delicious!
Always have a great time at Red Lobster! Our server was amazing and the food was delicious. They always make their steaks so much better than outback!
Usually come to this location every couple months. Wait staff are generally good and come by often to refresh drinks.
First off, we haven’t been to RL forever. I can’t even remember the last time... We were very surprised how actually good it was. We did the lobster, salmon, shrimp combo and my wife absolutely loved it. I did the endless shrimp and every option was delicious. The shrimp was tender and a good size. The server was very helpful and extremely fast with the endless shrimp. We will be back!
This place was GREAT! Tom was the best most personable server ever! We really enjoyed our meal and experience. I had the Endless Shrimp Special 🍤! Your choice of 5 different ways of preparation. I loved the Argentinian Red Shrimp on skewers. The plain Deep Fried Shrimp was good too! I liked it ALL! I can't wait to go back soon.
We had all you can eat shrimp. We went kind of late and the waiter was awesome! We ordered doubles on the food we really like since the kitchen was closing soon. He made sure to keep checking back to see if we wanted more food before they closed down the kitchen. Awesome job!
Red Lobster offers an exceptional dining experience with its fresh, succulent seafood and impeccable service. The lobster tail and garlic shrimp scampi was a standout, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Paired with the buttery, melt-in-your-mouth cheddar bay biscuits, it’s a combination that leaves you craving more. The warm, inviting atmosphere and attentive staff only enhance the overall experience. A must-visit for seafood enthusiasts! I want to say a huge THANK YOU to our amazing server Laura B., who in my book is an absolute rockstar for having to deal with the stuckup, demanding, terribly rude and overly obnoxious table (a family of KAREN'S) that was next to us. Laura B. went above & beyond with her customer service and made our Son's 21st Birthday lunch a very memorable one! The entire team of staff at this location are awesome! I highly recommend and we'll definitely be coming back to this location again!!
My whole family went out to celebrate last Friday and had a fabulous time. It had been a while since we've been and the biscuits were better than remembered! The food was good, the steak was excellent for being a mainly seafood place, but the best part of the evening was our waiter, Zach F. He was very nice and personable and kept refilling our drinks when needed, and the food came out at a good time. It's seems lately that it's hard to find good service, so we wanted to give credit to a job well done! He made out experience great.
My server was absolutely amazing! I almost told her I was taking applications for a new bestie if she was interested. JESSICA IS SO GREAT and I'm so happy I landed in her section. I love when someone has the ability to make you feel like you've been friends for 84 years. Funny(like belly laughing) kind, and KNOWS HER WORK she added joy to my birthday and it continued throughout my day. Not only was she awesome to me and my mom at our booth...I couldn't help but notice other tables in her section hooting with laughter as well. The crab I had was so delicious I'm sure I'll dream about it at some point and awake with drool on my pillow. I had never had this type of crab before, or even heard of it, and Jess's explanation got me to try it. And I went with her sauce recommendations as well and was not disappointed. Any business would be so lucky to have her on the team. I hope she gets recognized for the wonderful human she is. Thank you Jessica and Maple Grove Red Lobster for adding greatness to my birthday!
We got the lunch specials. I had steak and lobster. It was delicious and service was very good. My Caesar salad was very good . We have never been disappointed with the service at this restaurant. We usually come for lunch or a week night. Never the weekends.
Service was nice and accommodating. Took away a star because although my food (Lobster Alfredo) tasted good, it was VERY greasy. All the orange liquid? that is taking up half the plate is not sauce. * I keep trying to post a pic and they keep taking it down*
Typical Red Lobster for a Saturday night which is busy busy busy, so I opted to sit at the bar. Menu has a combination of the same dishes that they've had for 40+ years plus some new variations so chances are you'll find something on their menu. Had the shrimp trio which I believe was $21.99 service was good and the food is what I expected.
The grilled shrimp was overcooked, and their distinctive flavors just wasn't there in the shrimp skewers.
Always good food as expected. Good service. I can bring my kids and the servers are very accommodating.
Good food. Crab stuffed mushrooms were very good. Either they are short staffed or she was elsewhere occupied.
Waitress was fantastic the food however was good little saltier than I remember it being so if you're on a salt restriction diet you may want to address that always a fun time.
Service was great and food was amazing.
I was shown to a table promptly, and my server came by within a couple of minutes. I did have to wait close to 35 minutes after ordering my food, for it to arrive. It was still pretty warm, though not as hot as I expected! I ate it all nonetheless, and was quite full afterwards. Definitely recommend stopping in for a bite if you're in the area!
We got to the restaurant and put our name in. Told it would be a 10 min wait that ended up about 30mins. They were short staffed. We sat down and the only working waitress took our order right away. We ordered lots of crab(3lbs)! We got our food in like 10mins! We realize how hard it was to mange all the patrons, but the manager came and talked to us and offered to get us dessert! The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was perfect for what we came for! Definitely going back...
I’ve ordered take out from here twice in the past 6 months. First time was quick service and delicious food. The most recent order 2/14/23 was one of the worst experiences with take out. I ordered a Surf & Turf Maine Lobster Tail & 6 oz. Filet Mignon (husbands) and a family feast for 4 (myself and for my 3 kids, ages 3, 8, 12). First off, by the time I got home I found that I was missing the family side of baked potatoes, then I opened everything else and found that it was not enough food for me and my kids. How is 6 shrimps going to feed a family of 4. I spent $159 on our order and tipped $25 before checking my bag. I called to make a complaint with a manager and was told I would receive a gift card via email and have not received it. It’s really unfortunate because I have always enjoyed taking the family to Red Lobster. I get it they were probably busy but their service should not be jeopardized imo.
Long wait but the food was good. A little more expensive then i remember but i guess thats due to inflation. Nats were in the window seal other then that I would have given it 4 stars
Day 2 of the Crabfest promotion. I had the Wild-caught Snow Crab dinner I loved asparagus side dish however the crab leg meat was on the mushy side, could have been better! Friendly service!
Went for lunch today and the place was no busy at all. 3 tables (where people where already eating) We had to wait 45 minutes for our food and had no idea why. While others recently received theirs.( also they forgot my scrimp.) Didn't have to much of a pleasant experience at this location.
Server Anthony was prompt and only ignored us a little. He basically only came at the end of the meal, whereupon we ordered dessert, but he never asked how we had enjoyed our meals, even at the end. He should have checked right after we got our food to make sure we had what we wanted. Mom had ordered scampi and he had encouraged her to get the two sides that came with it but she was sure she wanted just the scampi, which is just shrimp floating in butter sauce, with zero noodles or rice. So he should have come back to make sure she was happy with that. I had red wune and it had not breathed. Everything else was good. Then our table got bussed while we were still sitting there, even though place was pretty empty.
This place is fine. The food is consistent with a couple of menu items (coconut shrimp and Cheddar Bay biscuits, I see you) that are fantastic and some items that are typically not great when mass prepared away from whe source. The decor is pretty classic 1995 and your parents won't be surprised that it looks exactly like it did last time they went 15 years ago. It is not bad. It is very institutional.
The food we got was okay, but we needed to wait nearly an hour to be seated despite a nearly empty restaurant. I can only think that it must have been because they were understaffed and were controlling the pace of orders by keeping people waiting in the lobby. The value for the cost of the food was not great either. It was disappointing because I used to love Red Lobster and was looking forward to going.
Service was awful. It took more than 10 minutes just to get our drinks even though we were within 10 feet of the drink machine. Food took forever to get but was delicious once it finally came. For having only 5 or 6 tables with people and at least 2 servers, I expected much better service. I also had to wait to get into the handicapped stall because my server was in it even though none of the other stalls were in use. I'm in a wheelchair so I don't have the option to use the small ones. Needless to say, we won't be back to this location.
I used to LOVE Red Lobster, and we were SO excited to go there. I brought my 2 oldest kids there last week, and got sick after I left from the food. It was SOOO salty, and not like it used to be. We waited forever for a seat when there was plenty of tables. The server hardly filled out drinks. Our bill with tip was $172, and we all got sick after we left. Next time I will chose somewhere else to eat. SUPER bummed out!!
Updated review - 4 star to 2 star. We went a few weeks ago and had a horrible experience. I can see why they are going out of business. Poor service, couldn’t get drinks throughout the evening or the right food. They seemed very inexperienced in their menu. They gave us the wrong type of crab legs and we had to argue with them to take it back/confirm with the chef. They messed up other food items as well. They also shorted us on crab (no cluster, just small legs) and only fixed it when we asked and pushed again. Overall, no contact from the manager during our time there. The place was also not busy. Additionally most of the side options that used to be included are now an extra charge. Overall it felt like a very different experience than any red lobster used to feel like.
Went to have a Lobster dinner. Have been here numerous times over the years. Was very disappointed in the meal. The lobster was okay, steak was alright. The service was okay. I don't know if things changed since the pandemic, but it isn't the same. Servers aren't as professional compared to years ago. Don't know if we will be going back again for dinner. Will miss going to Red Lobster in Maple Grove.
We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible. The waitstaff just didn't approach 15+ minutes past . They didn't seem to care about their customers at all. The food was also terrible it was cold, salty. The table and seats were dirty. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Waited 20 mins just to leave. No server came by and asked us if we wanted anything to drink. I love red lobster but I’m very disappointed tonight. This was my husbands first time here and he decided that shake shack across the parking lot was a better experience than waiting 20 minutes to not get served. One of the managers was in awe when we told her we waited 20 minutes and now we are leaving. This experience was 30 minutes ago.
This is the worst experience i got, i order a side with my meal Creamy Langostino and Norway Lobster Baked Potato and i got like 4,5 small pieces(as you seen in the pictures) and not even enough sauces tor my bake potatoes, cost $3.99 more. Wow! I guess i will never eat here again.
The dirty diaper that was sitting in front of the flower pot explains our whole experience. I told the staff about this as soon as we arrived and when we left it was still there. My boyfriends drink took over 25 minutes to arrive and when we asked the server about the status of the drink he said” take it out of my tip, we are busy!”
Really bad customer service. The server was horrible waited 15 minutes before we ordered a drink and our food it wasn't busy. Never received a cracker for the crab never received additional biscuits when asked also the really don't know how to make a mojito. It was mainly mint and limes.
The food was okay. However, when my food came, I informed the waitress that I ordered steak and shrimp not steak and lobster. I dont like lobster and it was double the price. Instead of fixing it, she continued to say it was my mistake for not specifying when I ordered. I reminded her that when I ordered, I pointed to exactly what I wanted. Her response was well, i would have written it down if that were the case. Feeling embarrassed for truing to speak up for myself, i hung my head ashamed for something that i didnt even do wrong. I don't appreciate her trying to make me feel like her mistake was my fault. Then when it came to pay, she charged me for the more expensive item that I didn't want. Final thing I noticed is that there were two taxes added which was over 15 dollars. I'm not sure if she's new to customer service, but instead of apologizing and offering to fix the problem, she made me feel like I was burdening her with my request to get what I asked for.
I'm not sure what happened to Red Lobster since I was a lot younger but I think today is my last trip. Came for the 24 dollar snow crab special, but never again. Ordered the snow crab special, it came out half warm half refrigerator cold. I pulled one of the tiny parts of the crab leg out and said yep... super cold. Grabbed the waiter and let them know. They said they'd send out another meal and not reheat so the crab wasn't overcooked. Less than 5 minutes later the crab comes out and the first thing I see is the leg that's missing the point I pulled off. Barely reheated and some parts still cold. Ordered an appetizer, it was forgotten and not put in with the order. Place was mostly empty and drinks weren't great. We basically packed up, left, and went to a bar.
Red Lobster is not the same restaurant that it used to be. I remember it as a great restaurant with great food. Unfortunately that's not the way it is anymore. Both the service and the food are less than stellar, but especially the food. You know the crab legs you find at cheap Chinese buffets? That's the quality. There are no live lobsters in the tank anymore either. I would liken the food to what can be made at home from frozen food in an air fryer. Prices definitely do not represent quality. I really want to like this place, but it simply isn't what it used to be. For some reason I go back once in a while, only for it to remind me why I despise it. Please don't even bother with the same reply used on every bad review. I won't be back, and nothing can change that. I don't want to "reach out". No one wants to message you on Facebook so stop it
