Came here for a business dinner. We sat outside with our table facing the ocean. They had live music and the lady was an awesome singer. Food was delicious, we ordered the following items: 1. grilled octopus- perfect, not chewy or slimy at all. 2. Sweet potato hummus - never tried this before and I highly recommend it 3. Branzino - yummy, definitely get it 4. Brussel Sprouts- delish!! I will definitely be back!

Came here for my friend's birthday! The food was pretty good, prices were alright. We liked the mussels and salmon a lot but everything we ordered was good. We had 6 people so there was a 20% added gratuity fee. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to tip on top of that but I did anyway. Thinking now, I think I probably didn't have to? My friends liked the alcohol they ordered.

We actually dined here twice during our stay at the Jamaica Bay Inn. This is a very nice restaurant for what is considered a 3-star hotel. I was shocked at how nice this restaurant is. Absolutely beautiful outdoor seating area with amazing views of Mother’s Beach and the Marina. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the patio and watching the Marina come alive with activity. I would recommend this restaurant even if you aren’t staying at the hotel. Pro tip: order the half dozen fresh baked cookies from their desert menu they are so worth it! Super Pro Tip: you can make a reservation using OpenTable for anytime of the day. We made reservations for dinner one night and breakfast the next morning. We never had to stand around waiting for a table.

My nephew came into town and I took him out for brunch here. This a trendy beach atmosphere restaurant. There is indoor and outdoor dining which is wonderful. The patio wraps around the restaurant. When the patio doors are open the indoor dining area receives the beach breeze. There is beautiful views of the beach from the dining area and bar. This is child and pet friendly restaurant. The cocktails 🍹 are well crafted in taste and presentation. Our waiter Ivan was attentive and polite. He checked on our table often. I would recommend making reservations when visiting this restaurant.

The food was very tasty! I had an avocado toast and ordered poached egg on the side. I'm glad I did cause it was a small slice of toast... a bit pricey for the portion especially compared to the other dishes we had at the table. The atmosphere is really nice, it's a great spot for the view. They have heaters too. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, really nice!!

Nice outside patio with heating for the colder days. Food was delicious, maybe on the smaller side of the portions. We all enjoyed it. The club Grilled chicken sandwich was probably the best choice as it came with plenty of fries on the side. We came here as it was marketed as dog friendly. Our pup was able to stay under the table and not get bothered by other dogs during our meal.

The food here was wonderful! The vibe and ambiance was very welcoming. It felt like we were guests at someone else’s home rather than visitors at a restaurant. The order of our meal was mixed up and the chef personally came out and gave us a free dessert. It was amazing! The service was very genuine and friendly. We had a wonderful time here. My only negative critique is that the Avocado toast was very nasty; too much going on with the ingredients. Not a single complaint about anything else. I strongly recommend this place! Perfect choice for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner!

The food DOES NOT match the photos you see here. Nor did the menu match what you see here. Drinks were very good, atmosphere and view were great, presentation of food was good, the food itself was -- fine, but not all that. Not for the price. Not bad, by any means, but not what we expected. That crab benedict dish was not as described. Where's the poblano pepper? Where was the english muffin?

Great view. Awesome location. Delicious food. Our server was kind enough to give us shaded place from the Sun. Unfortunately the other server took the shade away, hence the heat of the Sun directly on our face. Very insensitive. Common sense, nobody wants to eat where the heat of the Sun directly on our eyes. We had to talk sense to the Latina server & she admitted they took it away. Hence the 3 stars. Servers need to use common sense if the Sun scorching the customer, offer them shaded place that available. Plain & simple. After all it is a customer service industry!!

Ambience is great looks good though the booth seats could use some upholstery Service: we sat with our plates till we left getting the pay tab or cheque took over 15mins. But the servers were amazing people. Food: food took too long food came burnt The menu is Not kid friendly Valet and parking is 12usd Want a place to chit chat nothing fancy just oh lets grab a bite after running erands this is for you you want to celebrate something special id say nope

I booked a reservation for Valentine’s Day. After my reservation, they decided to change their menu to a Preset $100 each. This is not the menu they told me I could go off of when I first made my reservation. This is too much money and now I am forced to tell my wife we don’t have reservations anywhere for Valentine’s Day. I am so pissed off at these people.

Honestly really disappointed. Justin was our server. They brought out my boyfriend’s burrito after about 20 minutes but never brought my food at all. I didn’t order anything complicated, yet people who sat down after us got the same dish I ordered while I was still waiting. After about 45 min of waiting, I just decided to leave and go eat somewhere else. The burrito was pretty mid (took 2 bites) but you can get the same thing from a street vendor. On top of that, you have to pay for parking, so I basically paid just to have a bad experience. They did apologize, but it didn’t feel genuine. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else.
