Great place! Love the free chips and salsa and huge menu. Beautiful location looking out over the marina. Prices are really good considering the location and views. Everyone loved their meal, and they were very accommodating for our group of 8. Make a reservation if coming during peak times. Can be loud so consider that.

Delicious food and drinks with a beautiful view to the marina. I love their shrimp fajitas, and the supreme nachos, and can’t go wrong with their flan for dessert. Helena Hernandez was our server today and gave us great service. Their mangoneada and strawberry cilantro soda are also really tasty drinks.

Stopped in on Sunday, June 1st for just a glass of champagne to celebrate my friend's birthday. They were serving their Sunday brunch at the time. The bartender was very nice. We enjoyed the visit.

First off, the food was off the chain! You really can’t beat the price for the amount of food you get. It’s fresh and very accommodating for anyone who has food allergies. Our server Beatriz was very attentive and fast with getting our food to the table. She checked in on us multiple times and even gave us some tips on local spots to check out. She made us feel very at home and cared for. We will definitely be back on our next trip and recommending to anyone who visits in the future.

I give El Torito in Marina Del Rey a perfect score of 20 stars. This restaurant is exceptional in every way. The prices are reasonable, making it an incredible value. To my surprise, the food is delicious. I decided to try something new instead of my usual sizzling fajitas and ordered the grilled mahi-mahi tacos. They were perfectly presented and paired well with the tasty beans and rice. The corncakes were outstanding, so much so that we ordered two extra servings! The service was attentive, with a great focus on detail and timely follow-ups. The chips and salsa make for a fantastic start to the meal. The atmosphere is also special, particularly for first dates. I recommend choosing a booth or a table by the ocean for a memorable experience. Plus, there's plenty of parking available.

I go occasionally for the holiday brunches and buffets but I also go on regular days. The food is delicious at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is very good and inviting. The atmosphere is conducted to have a date or for a group gathering.

Very good experience. Atmosphere was awesome. We were greeted when entering the restaurant and sat at a table quickly. The food was amazing, all the waiters were friendly. Gretta S was super nice and made recommendations. They served free chips and salsa before the main course. I had a virgin pina colada since I can’t drink and it was good. We choose the family platter and don’t regret it. The platter comes with rice beans, corn, tortillas, guacamole, and different meats. It was delicious and plenty for five adults even though it says it serves 4 people. Sat by a window and we saw 2 adorable sea lions. We will be back.

What a Beautiful Spot to have the most delicious brunch! From the friendly entrance staff to the servers… they’re all great! After waiting months to be in town we finally got to visit! And let me tell you the experience didn’t disappoint! Our server Maribel was very professional and friendly. We also got a visit to the table from the lovely Hostess just to check on us. So many selections but the fresh made tortillas are a must! And save room for the dessert! To our surprise they also brought to our table a delicious stack of churro pancakes! Our table had a beautiful view! Enjoyed drinking my Mimosa and watching the boats. I enjoyed grabbing a little more coffee on my way out!

Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday around 11:30. We were seated right away. Had a great view. We ordered the family fajita which was more then enough for our family of 5. Ahmed D took was our server and did an amazing job! Will be back for sure.

Pros: nice and clean space. Relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful view of the ocean. Food was delicious. Cons: you have to pay for parking. You may not get good service. Our server was terrible. She did not check on us to see if we needed anything at all. She left us sitting there for 20-30 minutes and we were ready to leave. The worst part is my husband and I were there to celebrate my birthday 🎂.

Also had a watermelon margarita which was very tasty but totally drowning in ice. My son had steak, shrimp chicken fajita. If I could give this place a zero I would! Me and about 40-50 friends went here for brunch and it was very disappointing! Dirty dishes, cold food, poor customer service. And someone was overcharged on their credit card by the server. This place needs a re-do from the dish washer to the check and the waitresses. After many years of family gatherings while eating good mexican food, we've come to the conclusion that its now a thing of the past. The $30 fajita plate was full of onions and peppers and a few thin pieces of chicken and the pinto beans were sour. To top it all off...the enchilada taco plate was premade and placed in an oven for heating. The food tasted as dry as it looked and what was supposed to be a chicken taco, had no chicken. When I brought the issues to the waitress attention, she asked if we wanted something else in place of the combo plate so we opted for something simple...chicken Fajitas. I got the bill for everything...even the dried out combo plate which was shocking. Sadly, she took the plate and charged me for it. Never again...Ive lost my appetite for that place. People just dont care about serving fresh food and the presentation of the food was subpar.

We dined at this restaurant tonight and had a disappointing experience from the start. Our server was rude and unhelpful when we asked about menu options, responding with “What do you want?” rather than offering guidance. We waited over 20 minutes for our appetizer, and when the main dish arrived, it was overly salty. Additionally, the restaurant refused to honor their advertised happy hour. Overall, the service and food did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend dining here.
