This location has the best breakfast burritos in town! Their service is usually quick and friendly. I definitely would recommend this place

We thought breakfast was great but today we had a generous early dinner. I had the pastrami melt platter with fries and took lots home. My companion had the fish and chips dinner with a large salad, fries, onion rings and 3 pieces of crispy fish. We left satisfied and had enough left for another meal.

Excellent service. The food was great. I don't know if the cashiers name was Michael but he has the best customer service skills. Really friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door .

Best breakfast burritos! Also the burgers are up there in comparison with In-N-Out. Always fast and great quality food. The fries are thick and crispy and they come with ALOT of them! I eat here almost daily for breakfast, lunch, or dinner

Grand Burger has a fantastic broad menu. Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Burgers are a great automatic go to. Salads are very tasty. Saturday and Sunday try the menudo; it will not disappoint. They make it with light salt and you add the salt to your liking.

I go there once a week one of my favorites is the bacon cheese burger grill onions with crispy fries they always get it right hot and the fries are crispy and delicious I also get the sausage breakfast burrito with a well done hash browns and that is also fantastic thank you grand burgers you guys are the best!

When i was a child, we had burger spot that we would go to cause the burgers were huge and as kids along with the seasoned fries and a coke , happy times. Today was my first time at this spot and it brought back memories. The only missing part was the coke. This place has Pepsi. 😆

Fast, Friendly and the food was good. I just drove thru today for a quick lunch while on my back to the office. I can always count on this place for friendly service, great prices and good fast food. It's Better than typical fast food places and the menu is huge - from Hamburgers, burritos to grilled cheese sandwiches. They make a great grilled cheese.

First time here. Burger was bigger than expected which was great! The fries were fresh and thick cut... much better than thin, over-salted and stale ones you might find at a big chain restaurant. My only small complaint (which is COVID related) was the lack of table condiments; I got a few ketchup, salt and pepper packets. Sure I could've asked for more but it's nice to have them at the table while dining. Overall, I had a great experience there and would return to try out their other offerings. Also, of course for another double burger with cheese! 😁

The burgers here are great and a good size. I’ve had their Greek, Cobb, and Chinese chicken salads. All were a good size and the Cobb salad was my favorite. Had a lot of blue cheese crumbles which I love. Never been inside but the girls at the drive thru are very nice. I’ll definitely be back many more times.

The chicken tender meal was delicious. The pastrami sandwich was tender and juicy. The staff was super friendly!! You give them a try..

I've tried several items on their huge menu, and everything was great. Fast very friendly service. Normally fast food restaurants have one or two good cook's and sometimes you get sub-par food, not at grand burger it's always great.

It's was perfect, especially the Fries 😏.. Any ways, the burger and the fries were perfect, the Service was pretty good so I gave it a 4 star. I RECOMMEND YOU TO GET FOOD THERE. (The best part are the fries of course 😏)

Went through the drive thru and ended up with the best Cobb salad I've ever had for less than $20. I was not expecting the huge, delicious salad I got for $11. If I lived here, I'd get it every day. Not kidding! Hubs got a burger and fries. He liked the burger (I didn't try it) and the fries were fantastic (I tried those!). The young man at the window was very nice and on top of things. Definitely try it!!! Soooo much better than McDonald's! (Neutral stars on atmosphere because I didn't go inside.)

Grand Burger is nothing if not consistent. The food is always good. Huge selection. It’s fast food, nothing fancy. The staff is friendly and takes the ultimate care in ensuring your order is correct before you leave. They check the bag once then again just to be sure nothing was missed. Normally, I go through the drive through but I find it faster to just walk in sometimes. Frequented the Glendora location when we lived near there but Rancho spot is now local for us.

Their food is real good but on the pricy side. They do give you a large portion of onion rings never get the large for yourself it's way to much food.

Had steak and eggs. Meat was tender and tasty. Only thing was that hashbrown is too greasy and most of the time its burn. I been here couple of times to dine in and take out and that's the only thing I didn't like, there hashbrown.

Good comfort food. Good not great. The interior is a little run down but the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu.

Quick stop for a quick bite. Sometimes it may take long to get food but it is prepared as freshly and as quickly as possible. Drive thru is usually busy so I tend to always eat in.

My go to spot for a breakfast burrito or once in a while lunch options as I work less than 3 minutes away from here. Good service but sometimes they do take long to get the order ready. And drive thru is slower than normal also. Overall good service.

Good food and friendly service! Only disappointment is they don't have shakes anymore. When they had shakes, the shakes were great. Back in the day they even had a pineapple shake that would rock your world.

Consistantly serves good food, employees are helpful and pleasant. Menu has a big variety and they don't water down their soda fountain like most places do. Being Cheap with the soda syrup by running the fountain too lean is enough to keep me from coming back to a restaurant but grand burger has soda that tastes the way it's supposed to. If you don't drink soda the food is good enough that you will not be sorry you went. Avocado bacon cheeseburger one of the best around.

We come here weekly. Friendly staff. Food is always good. Plenty of choices on the menu - sandwiches, burgers, salads, + Mexican food, & breakfast all day! Coffee shop atmosphere with one TV always on the news, the other TV across the room is always on sports.

Very enjoyable burger... I got a double western with avocado. Yummmy. Good taste, good size, and overall there was a very friendly guy who took my order and delivered food to table... personable and good energy. The only negative was the fries... thick cut fries that just didn’t wow me. I’ll be back either way.

I went to eat with a friend yesterday around 3 let me tell you I had the best customer service. There’s a new lady. I believe she said her name is Cynthia. She has the best customer service ever very polite and friendly made me feel like if I was around family. Grand Burger you need to hire more people like her. You can tell she loves working with customers. I will definitely be back

So the food here is amazing, however you have to deal with problems to get the amazing food.... The drive-thru line and the eat in parking make it nearly impossible Saturday mooring to get through the drive-thru without having some kind of screaming match or car accident with eat in customers. Then the idiots at the drive-thru don't get the order right and refuse to fix it because the line is to long..... The food is great, the design and service leave alot to be desired......

Food is cool but all I gotta say is don't get the hot dog is nearly 10 and it's just a glizzy and bread no nothing worse than the 711 hotdogs no cap just was really disappointed with that at least but some veggies or ketchup mustard mayo cmon gentlemen....

I ordered breakfast, the food tasted like the nasty grill they have been cooking on forever! I don't know why they don't clean before the day is done. Eggs should taste like burnt grease on a grill! Where are your skillets? Yuk!!!!

Well not really impressed. I think it should be an inside eating place only however I guess they are lucky to have a drive thru during COVID. Just gotta wonder how a steak gets cooked enough while you only wait 4-5 minutes at the drive thru. $20 for cheese fries, steak with cheese, and a large drink. Kinda pricy for "fast" food.

Did the drive-thru to get one item, a small zucchini fries. Took about ten minutes, with no explanation or updates. Sun was on us the entire time. It was only about 80 out but I was sweating after a few minutes. Pickup area needs a mesh shade that hangs down to cut the sun. Fries themselves were hot and yummy and the dip was tasty.

Fast and friendly service. Food what hot when I got home. I live about 9 1/2 miles away. The service was good. The cashier was very helpful and nice. She made sure we had all that we needed. The food was seasoned. We got some bacon cheese burgers and fries. The fries were good and not undercooked or flimsy. They serve breakfast all day. Nice variety on the menu. It was a little pricey. $49 for 2 bacon cheese burgers, 2 large fries and a bacon omlette.

Pretty typical fast food. Good but not great. Reliable. Always order the most popular items versus the random things that they offer. The most popular items are usually more fresh. Not ever my first choice but not disappointed if I decide to go here.

Bought a wheat egg sandwich this morning the bread was over toasted & one side of the bread had a Little mold just was not a great sandwhich sadly..& also got the chicken breast salad that was no problem just the yellow chili was already bad! I love Grand Burger I go to the one in Glendora & always one satisfied customer, just today wasn't so much.

Paid $17 for chicken strips and fries and both were barely mediocre. No seasoning of flavor on either. Most fries were undercooked and mushy.

There prices on the drive thru menu and the ones on my recipe were way off almost double... when I asked the girlshedausoh wellies cause that's the old prices it's not that much more still worth it you can go somewhere else

I ordered a cheeseburger meal with a medium drink, the total was $14 and some change due to paying with a card, the food was ok and that's it nothing special about it, the fries were plain could use some seasoning, the price is way to high for what you get this tasted like it should've been an $8 meal.

This used to be a great place. Quality of food and service has gone down, prices have had hefty increases. Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes. No other cars were in the drive thru.Microphone was on and I could hear them inside. I kept beeping my horn and saying hello, no response. I finally drove around to the window. I had to beep my horn 3 times and finally someone came to the window. I asked if their intercom was out of order. I was told no, they were just busy? BUSY? There were 2 customers inside. So you just ignore me? Terrible. I've been going there for over 10 years but today was the last time.

I've been to this place a couple of times lately for breakfast bc I remembered they had a good Chorizo burrito. However, I was really disappointed both times, food is just not the same. My Chorizo burrito had 0 flavor and the flavor of the Chorizo is something you just can't miss. What are we eating??☹

Came here to try it out because it had a lot of good reviews. Unfortunately I was disappointed with my burger. It tasted like charcoal/burnt, it means that the stove they used to cook was dirty or not cleaned. Overall for a burger to taste bad it wasn't worth the price for me.

We use to always eat here but lately when we asked for no mayo or add bacon to our burgers they sometimes wouldn't do it and we have to go out of our way to go back ...and the thing is the prices are so HIGH that its not like we can just say of forget it.... We cant afford a $25.00 meal for a pastrami sandwich or burger i think its TO over prices also...

Stopped to get a burger/fries and a salad. The burger was not good, no flavor very dry. The fries were hard and no seasoning what's so ever. The salad had a lot of water in it, and very little lettuce, most of it was already turning brown. I'm not sure I would give it another try.

Very slow and drive thru attendant was very rude! The saving grace was the amount of food received. Got some extra fries and my dog loves fries.

This place screwed up my whole order. My burger was made with everything on it. I did not receive my Fries. 22 dollars for two meals. I called once I got home they offered to give me "free" fries that I had already paid for. I did not want to drive 4 miles back and water more gas fit something I had already paid for. I then asked if i could speak with the owner, the shift leader told me the owner doesn't talk to customers! What ever happened to satisfaction. The restaurant is sooooo depressing on the inside. The bathroom is super old and ugly and makes you feel it's dirty. No staff member wears gloves!!! They touch food with bare hands! That's just disgusting! Let alone it can lead to infections if someone is sick or has a disease of some sort! Oh! And they serve food in reusable plates, like seriously!.. ... Never again!

I ordered chili cheese fries because I’m a fan of the chill cheese fry. I asked them to make them fresh and they did not. Fries were hard and cook just took some old fries and dropped them in the fryer and put chili and cheese on them 🤢 Turkey burger something was wrong with the patty it tastes like Cod. Grand Burger you need to change your turkey patty vendor because they are not good!

Do your self a favor grand burger and fire the big girl with the eye shadow rudest woman ever. You've lost a customer cause of her and definitely will lose more. I paid $23.20 and in addition another four dollars for a little thing of guacamole because it didn’t come with the taquitos that I ordered three potato taquitos for 4.49 then I ordered French toast combo which came with two slices of bacon three pieces of French toast and the eggs were missing. I got home and I called and they said they could call me for two eggs. My total came out to $30 for this crappy breakfast, I am not going back. I’m giving my business to Tams May cost close to this, but they gave you a lot of food or your money and this place I don’t know what’s happened to it. They have gotten stingy with their food and then they forget to put the food in your bag and give you a hard time about it so I have had it with this place. I’m never going back. I don’t care this place is a rip. Off

I purchased their fish and fries special. It was beyond horrible. I broke off a piece of the fish and only the crispy part stayed in my hand. The fish was hard and like rubber. I ended up paying just for fries because they were the only thing eaten.

This burger place has gone downhill fast just look at the exterior of the building. I frequented this restaurant quite a bit in the past. I ordered a BLT with avocado going to the drive-thru. After getting home and unwrapping, it was ridiculous. The bread was sliced so thin... 1/8 of an inch.... who sells an eighth of an inch bread? They can't even give you a normal slice of bread for what you pay, The BLT was smothered in mayonnaise and loaded with lettuce the tomato was thin and wimpy the avocado was almost nonexistent the bacon itself was like rubber. I should have returned I got my money back I took a few bites and threw it in the trash... This is not the first time I received subpar food from this place. The fountain sodas taste like dirt they probably haven't cleaned the lines in ...forever. Just an absolute waste of your money and gross! Do us all a favor and stop buying food from this dirt hole.

Decided after my doctors appointment I was gonna grab a hamburger before I head back home decided to grab the family pack and add cheese and bacon on two burgers, the rest regular and this is what they gave me. I don’t know what Veronica thought she saw with those eyes, but clearly I’m missing two patties. I will not be coming back for it because of this distasteful place, and when I told you about your guys’s mistake, you tried to play it off like I seen it with my eyes The biggest mistake was me not checking it when I left the drive-through because I asked if the ranch was in and you said yes didn’t think y’all could be that dumb. I get it people make mistakes, but your customer service is very shitty.

I was very dissatisfied by the service this place had to offer. First time here, it looked very empty inside and out but still wanted to give it a try, I asked for the 2 hamburger special for $6 and I wanted 2 orders but the lady named Christina denied my order. She said is only 1 order per car. I told her they should mention that on there advertisement windows. She said it does and I came back to check and in fact they don't display it. But that fact that this place is empty and denying service is just poor quality of service.

My boyfriend came here to get us food but sat down and ate. He ordered an avocado bacon burger and it was extremely overcooked and not juicy at all. The bun was not soft, the vegetables in the burger were not fresh. The fries were under salted as well. I ended up not getting anything to eat because of how disappointing the burger was. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
