They accidently made the wrong pizza. But corrected this by making me another one. I felt it was great customer service the way it was handled. I always enjoy this Pizza Hut.

This Pizza Hut is good every time. The food is always ready in a reasonable amout of time and hot and fresh. Employees are always smiling.

They were really nice. We had my daughter's 10th birthday party there. It's her favorite place. Everything went amazing.

This was one of the best pizza delivery experiences I have ever had and far surpassed any of my previous experiences with this restaurant. My food was delivered quickly and was very fresh - it was still so hot that we had to let it cool a little before eating. Both pizzas were made correctly and very well with the toppings spread evenly. The delivery driver was polite and friendly.

I was in a strange mood and crazing a pasta and the lady at the drive through handled my order so kindly and very well mannered.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I enjoyed my delivery experience with Pizza Hut. Website was easy to navigate. I almost forgot that you offer fries and mozzarella sticks. Just tried the Meat Lover's Melts, it is good. I'm giving this store 5 stars, not because it's amazing food...it's your standard Pizza Hut - sufficient nutrients to get the job done. But the staff at this particular store is killer. Short story: I'm staying at a local motel due to surprise car trouble on a cross country drive. I ordered delivery from this PH including some boneless wings. Once delivered, I realized there was no dipping sauce included with the wings...no big deal, but I asked the driver about it and he explained it wasn't included. No problem. I thanked him, tipped him, and he left. 10 minutes later he's back. He drove to the store and BACK just to bring me ranch and plastic silverware!! I was shocked. It's the little things, man. This tiny town, and its people, are awesome.

This is a good place to get pizza, I've eaten here many times and the food was a.ways good. The only time the order was messed up, the staff made me a new pizza without as much as a sour look and give me the one I didn't like/order. The Dr pepper soda from the soda fountain here is actually mixed right and tastes like it should.

This trip was to get the little tubbs of cinabon cream cheese which i use on warmed (not toasted) raisen bread (prefer Dave's and Ezekiel). I usually order delivery, but this was the first time i went in just to get the tubbs and my fault i wasn't clear, they were great at fixing it. Since not many order this in person make sure when you order make sure you say the tubbs otherwise they may give you the mini cinnabons.

Pizza is always good and the staff are always pleasant. The only thing is that I really wanted the new Detroit Style. I had planned on getting two, but the app says this location doesn’t have this. It’s a shame because it’s my favorite.

I just called some how there multiple charges (not their fault) to my card. the store manager called me back with the answers to questions I had and then offered the pizza at no cost!! She is a very good manager to not only call me back but to make it right after my card was messed up after the charges that were all reveresed!!!!

We came for the first time 2 nights ago. We were impressed at how clean and welcoming the atmosphere was. We were greeted by a young girl Addison. She made the whole experience. She was so friendly and checked on us more than once. The employees at the register were friendly too. We will be back. Salad bar & pizza was fresh.

The best customer service I’ve received at a restaurant in quite some time! I arrived around 1:25 to eat. I thought the buffet ended at 2:00pm, however it ended at 1:30. The staff was kind and courteous, and the manager even asked if I wanted a specific pizza. Being in the restaurant business myself I declined and agreed to just eat what was already out, but he was adamant about getting me exactly what I wanted. He had a fresh pizza made for me. 10/10 will return tomorrow this location in the future.

I asked for a special pizza to be put on the buffet, and the manager came and served us some at the table before he put it on the buffet. Everyone there was really friendly. Good food, good service, pretty clean place, but you have to stay on them sometimes, I ordered some lemon pepper wings and there was no lemon pepper just some seasoning, also they never called to tell me my order was ready to be picked up I had to call them and picked up barely warm food

Good online ordering and the pizza was ready when I arrived. The crust was not made correctly, but I was not going back. It would have gotten more stars if the pizza was made correctly.

The waitress was great. Pizza was a hand tossed pepperoni lover. Not bad, but the center was very thin. Overall a good experience.

We arrived at the buffet at about 1:15 p.m. Most of the pizzas had been sitting there a while and were kinda dry. They did set new pizzas out before I went back for seconds, including a fresh dessert pizza. All in all it was still pretty good and the service was excellent.

Pizza can be a little undercooked on a busy day if getting large sizes. However, the service here is amazing! Both in store and delivery. Their delivery people are so polite and helpful, and they always answer the phone if I call. Once I waited a long time and they took the time to call the driver and find out where they were, and gave me a callback the next day just to make sure I was alright. Everyone else doing delivery in Marshall needs to take notes from them. Hands down the best experiences I’ve had with food in this town.

Service was great. Had window pick up. Pizzas were not as good as usual. Both of the larges had hand tossed crust, but they were so thin that when you picked up a slice it just bent under and toppings would slide off. Pretty oily.

We normally have a good experience here. However, this Friday night we called to get the specials. We called 3 times and were told to order online if we wanted the specials. Otherwise, we can place a phone order but will be charged the regular price or we can call another pizza place. Finally we spoke to the shift leader who gave us the online price for a phone in order. Aggravated with employees to say the least. I hope they don’t spit in our food. Are most pizza places run in this manner?

The restaurant and workes did great job. My order was ready when I arrived for my carry out. The on-line experience was a lillte difficult because is added items when I was merely trying to see what the specials were. The Food was great.

I ate in and my order was screwed up but my waitress was the sweetest girl in the world, She often apologized and made it right. The food was good and they were all decent and nice. I think the waitress' name was Chloe? Great girl. Sympathetic and helpful.

Took 2 1/2 hrs to get my cold pizza delivered. Pizza hut sent me a free pizza coupon to compensate, and when I went to use it they seemed to have to go through several levels of approval just to use my coupon.

Food was great just rude people taking your order.

My last deli very fee was $12 or $13 bucks and I think Pizza hut is by far the best in any category but that delivery makes me want to always pick lil Caesars pizza jus cuz it's so much of a price jump

I paid extra for MARINARA dip. I opened package to receive RANCH dip, which I do not eat. I called to let them know the mistake. They put me on hold for 10 minutes until my food was getting cold and I hung up. A simple mistake was compounded by avoiding responsibility. Left a very bad impression.

Clean and friendly but food on buffet was like warm at best and the bread sticks were so old and dry could not bite into them. Waitress never came to my table except to drop off drink n check and I tried to get her attention for a refill but it's like I was invisible

Uhg normally my orders are amazing but this is the third time I’ve ordered fries and there is hardly any in there 🥺

On Wednesday's the wings are $0.80 ordered online not realizing that the wings were bone in it's usually the boneless wings. Got home the bone in wings were dry, Pizza Hut do not want to put enough sauce on the wings every time.

Service is acceptable but the food us not very good. Just for service I would come here above Little Caesars which has better food but horrible service.

Pizza was done and cooked in about 20 minutes(according to your ap), but took another 45 minutes for it to arrive at my house and I live 10 minutes from the store. So the pizza was not as fresh as it could have been.

The service was excellent but the food was not what I expected. The price was a very good value if the food had been fresh and hot.

Ordered at 845 pm said it would be delivered by 945 called at 955 was told it was leaving store then did not show up until 1030, but manager did agree to refund the money back to my card which I am very thankful for, pizza was good, Hersey's brownie was good pasta was very bland, next time we come through we will eat elsewhere

My melt was burned on the outside and raw inside and my great granddaughters pan pizza was not done. We had been out a while and were tired and I couldn't come back cause I got sick (getting over back surgery) so I couldn't do anything about it

Call me instead of cancelling the order. My wife was 2 hours late to pick it up and we had an ordeal to get it. They finally found enough dough to make 2 of the 3 pizzas and I think found the 3rd. They refunded our money. They were nice about it but it wasn’t a great experience.

This was a carry out order. Personal pan pizza and a small pizza with 2 salads. The personal pan pizza was fine. The small pizza was not as ordered but that was ok. The salads went STRAIGHT in the trash. The tomatoes were hardly recognizable, the cheese was slimy and the lettuce was turning brown. A call to the restaurant was simply met with "thank you for bringing this to our attention". "Would you like to come get another salad". Well, "that was my lunch hour and I work across town". "OK well I will look into the situation". Not exactly an acceptable response to me.

An employee named Charles was very rude and disrespectful to me. A previous order had been made wrong. So when I showed up to get it replaced he told another employee in front of other customers that I wanted something for free. I paid for my orders both times.

9/2/16 I called at 3:45 pm employees name was roderick I guess I leave in waskom I get to marshall Texas I paid with my credit card when I get their exactly an hour like he told me come to find out my 3 pizzas was delivered so someone ate Pizza for free then I had to wait another 15 minutes for my Pizza didn't get any kind of discounts or anything I know I won't be coming back I paid to much money to wait 1 hour 15 minutes and didn't even offer a drink for the wait that's ridiculous

In addition to the slow pace the pizza came out even slower, it was poorly prepared, & I was very dissatisfied. The last time we came it was a Little better but from now on I think I'll just go somewhere else. In the past Pizza Hut was the only place I would eat pizza but that has so changed.

Called and asked for their specials and they hung up in my face. Went to the store and the cook dropped a handful of pepperoni, picked it up and then placed it on my pizza and put it in the oven. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!

This is by far the worst restaurant I've been to in a long time. I received a pizza I did not order, and was overcharged for the one I did recieve. The staff made no attempt to fix the order after I waited for 20min to recieve it, and generally did not care about their job or customers. DO NOT EAT HERE

UPDATE gave the hut another chance. I ordered online thru the app.paid online with my debit card..chose contactless pickup at window...yet when pulled up to the window a machine was thrown in my face asking for a tip!!!! This has never happened before. I always tip delivery drivers or if i dine in. What the hell am i tipping for at the drive thru???? Really pizza hut. Very very offended and wont be back!!!!!!! My husband and i order once a week from here. We always got the deal pizza. Large supreme for 13.99. Now its not on the deal menu anymore. The app keeps blowing up...im done with Pizza Hut. Will be finding a new place to get pizza. Done!

Definitely could have been a better experience. I ordered an order on the app and had it set for pickup @7pm paying cash. When we got there and paid we were told it would be a little bit so my husband sat inside waiting and I outside at 8pm he is back at the counter asking about our food and they said they would need to remake it. He waits until around 8:20 to come outside and smoke a cigarette about 10mins later he goes back in and waits in a line to get handed our order when he gets to the counter and it's not hot it's barely warm but it's 845 at this point and we are ready for food and bed. So we ate the barely warm melts when we made it home but I don't understand how it took an hour and a half to get our food. After the first reorder we should have been treated better. Was given no extras and no sorries. Horrible customer service here. I don't know if the taste is worth the trouble of me returning. However the taste was good.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered online so that there would be no misunderstanding. I ordered boneless wings and 2 flavors of bone in wings and some cheese bread. We get there and immediately asked to pull to the side. They were not very busy at the time and asked every car to pull to the side. A young lady brings out our food and goes to 3 other cars before finally asking us if it was our food. She offered no kindness. We get home and they forgot our boneless wings the cheesebread was way over cooked and both boneless wings had sauce poured into the bottom of a container and wings were thrown on top. They didn't coat the wings. When we called I was told to just come back and they'll make more. So again I was told to pull to the side and they finally made it to the truck with the other half of my order. For $50 worth of wings I was expecting a better experience.

The estimated time for the order to be ready was 15 minutes, but it took over 30 minutes after arrival for it to be done. I ordered two melts and were not told that dipping sauces were included so 4 sauces were bought when none were actually needed. The melts were not very satisfying and, for the price of half of a pizza, they were not worth what they cost. Poor customer service when the staff was told that we were not happy with the service. I'll choose Domino's next time I want a pizza.

Ordered online. Card was charged but no email/text confirmation received. Called the store to confirm order received on their end and it was not. When I asked what I do in this situation, the young lady on the phone replied with "I don't know". When I asked again, what steps I would need to take in order to get a refund she said "I'm not sure". No willingness to help. Picked up at the drive thru. Seal that insures no one touches the pizza after it leaves the oven was broken. Grease soaked half the box top. Toppings were under the pizza. Obviously they dropped it. Never said a word or offered to remake it. My first time there and my last. Just moved here and was looking forward to having a hut. Too bad.

This is the 2nd time I have called to place an order for pick up unsuccessfully. Every time I call the guy that answers says, "Pizza Hut, hold" and never comes back on the line (I held for 10 minutes). Being proactive, I decided to drive to the Hut and place my order in person. There was only one family in the Hut (4:00 PM). The same guy explained that he couldn't take my order over the phone because he only has two hands. There were two other employees working as well and they didn't have time to take my order. They must have all the business they want --- suffice it to say, I will never visit this Pizza Hut again.

Their food is either under or over cooked. The staff isn't usually very helpful or friendly. If you want to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to come take your order, this is the place to be. Also, you may want to write your order down for the server because they will get it wrong no matter how many times you tell them.. if I could give negative stars I would

We often order here. Sometimes 4+ times per month. This evening our order included the chicken Alfredo. It arrived opened and 1/2 eaten. Thankfully our orders for a family of 5 covers multiple pizzas and breads and desert. We cannot believe they sent out a half eaten meal to our family.

I know all these 5 stars are generated or employees and managers friends, cause there is no way ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME TO PIZZA HUT...My food is burnt and I'm so sick of IT....picked up food after shopping all day and waited 20min on burnt pizza and burnt cinnamon rolls...this is so sad, feeding people crap that they wouldn't feed their dog, let alone eat themselves. Only in Marshall, the food is ill prepared. & the only reason I ate the PIZZA cause I had been running all day and didn't feel like going back, only to get treated like my money doesn't matter... but believe me I got very good pics.

I came to an empty buffett on September 26. I waited for about 50 minutes and nothing was served until the last 12 minutes of the buffett. Many customers left angry before then. I waited but the servers didnt even offer me a refill on my drink. Terrible service and staff.

Paid nearly 75$ for an order for my family. I ordered a 2 large pizzas, 12 count wings, breadsticks and cinnamon rolls. Food was ready upon arrival and went home to eat and as I ate a few wings I noticed the texture was kinda off, apparently I was eating some raw chicken that was undercooked. The wings were big yes but they werent cooked long enough. I got salmonella now. Worst thing ever.
