I was craving some burger king, so I stopped in for some burgers for the fam on 7-27-2025 at around 2:15pm. Drive through was packed, so i went inside. The seating area was fairly clean, their kitchen however was a pigsty. Lots of employees with long hair not wearing hairnets. Low and behold, one of our burgers came pre wrapped with a hair in it— gross. Aside from the hair in our food, it was good. I’d recommend better employee hygiene, and use of hairnets.

I was surprised how long it took for my order to be taken. After ordering, there was a little bit of a wait, but not bad. The cashier was friendly and I got what I ordered.

I used the burger King drive through for this visit. My order was quickly taken. There was a little bit of a line, but it moved at a reasonable speed. I received what I ordered.

Service was great that's why I gave 2 stars. The food was awful, fries had that strange freezer / old burn taste, coke tasted off like lemon double cheeseburger was ok but so much mustard on it that it was about all you taste and even the ketchup packet had odd white ball things clustered in it, luckily the fries were terrible so I only had one bite of the ketchup on fry before I noticed the slimy white things. Seems like they may have a good stage or handling issue here that is affecting the quality of their food :( Highly Do Not Recommend going here unless they can fix this.

I stop here sometimes only out of convenience. More often than not, they leave off the cheese on my Whopper with cheese. I find that irritating. Tonight, the gal running the drive-thru was clearly unhappy with me bothering her with my order. She was rushing me thru even though I was the only one there. No straw, no catsup. When I asked for them it appeared to annoy her. The burger was good, fresh, well-made and had cheese but the service sucked big time. Sorry I bothered her!

Service is better than the food. Inside dining is usually filthy, tables are a sticky mess. There is never any ketchup out, and when you ask for some they hand you TWO!! The self serve beverage station is so gross, looks like the interior where the ice is dispensed hasn't been cleaned or sanitized in months. The fries are always cold. We recently tried the "brisket" whopper, what a joke that was. The brisket was in teeny tiny pieces in-between the hamburger patty and the cheese. The amount of brisket was laughable. Matter of fact, if you were driving by and had the window open, that was me you heard laughing. Wendy's is the clear choice for a burger in Marysville. BK is rapidly on a downhill slide.

Really disappointed with my most recent experience. I arrived at the drive through about 11:25 PM Monday night. I wanted to order the new Whopper. Unfortunately, I found the order display turned off and being told by the restaurant staff that they were only accepting mobile orders. Seriously?! Who does that, you turn down a would be customer because you want them to jump through extra hoops just to order?! This may have been the final breaking point where I don't from BK again.

Swung through the drive through on my way to work and ordered a number 10, the fish sandwich, imagine my surprise when I got to work and open it up to some double Texas burger piled with onions, which I'm allergic to and relish after I told him no pickles, but that's okay. It was the wrong sandwich anyway. Show no.I'm sitting at work when if I want to spend the outrageous price to have Uber Eats.Bring me food when I've already spent over $20 or something.I can't eat. So if you go through the drive through here , you better double and triple check your order to make sure they got it right

You should remove your store from door dash! Our family orders from here frequently (the only bk close enough to our home) and about 90% of the time we are shorted food items and/or missing added ingredients even when we pay extra for those toppings! Yall need to get it together!

The order was messed up.It cost me $48 eighty something four 3 hamburgers and a kids meal. The kids meal did not have what I ordered in it. The order was cold, and this wasn't the first time.

Ordered online and went to pickup and they didn't have my order. Manager told me it's not his problem. Support through app won't issue refund for missing order I was charged for. I'll keep making new bots to tank this location to 1 star review until they make it right. Not my problem.

Went here to get dinner asked for cheese, no cheese. Asked for no tomato, can clearly see the tomato was just removed with seeds and stuff still on the burger.. Chicken fries were very soggy. Took 5 minutes to be able to order 👎🏼👎🏼

They placed the wrong receipt on the bag, so the Dooordash driver delivered the wrong order. Also, the phone number on the receipt was disconnected, so I had to physically drive to the store to have my order remade correctly. 😔

KRANA MUFFINS

This locations lobby was closed at 6 on a Saturday. There also happens to be a festival and parade going on in a nearby park. The doors are just locked, it says they should be open, nothing is posted to indicate its closed. Not even a hand written note from staff. Very disappointed, was craving a burger and fries, but they can't accommodate walk-ins.

They have closed the doors tonight and the drive thru.. just letting certain people in so don’t bother going… apparently they have a guest list we all don’t know about and they can’t even bother to answer the phone to tell us why as that all just stand around serving the 10 people they let in.

Guy on the speaker sounded brain dead. Messed up our order, I corrected it at the window, then proceeded to get the wrong burger, we wanted mozzarella fries but got 2 packs of chicken fries, AFTER telling them the correction. Clearly no training is being done. Before anyone says I don’t know what it’s like working fast food, I did through highschool.

Came here Monday afternoon around noon for lunch with my Daughter and husband. It took a few minutes for anyone to help us, which was fine because we were the only ones waiting and we were still deciding what to order. When the lady asked us if she can help us and we asked for a few more minutes. She was annoyed and walked away. My daughter and I decided what to order and she was annoyed the whole time while taking our order. We ate, and went back to the counter for 2 ice cream cones. The lady who got it for us was also annoyed with us. It was like inconvenient for her to take our order, make it and hand it to us. When I grabbed my ice cream come, she had a dirty band aid on her left ring finger and was wearing no gloves. Needless to say, I threw out my cone and just left because I didnt even want to bother complaining with the way they treated us. Its like they're really unhappy with their jobs and let's it affect their customer service and general food safety guidelines. I'll never go back.

Horrible customer service. Came thought drive through sat there for 7 minutes asked to wait to order than when finally asked what I wanted to order I replied “large fry please” the speaker went silent again for 3 minutes. I pulled up to the window and explained what was going on and a LOVELY manager responded “ I asked you what you wanted to order” all rude with a nasty attitude. I told him I replied and all I wanted was a large fry so long story short ended up driving off. If you don’t like what you do for your job maybe this isn’t for you to be serving people with a nasty attitude. And I’m a regular to this BK most workers are nice except the male manager. If you want better service maybe choose other fast food chains instead.

Edit 8/2025 Are you wanting to spend 15 minutes in a 3 car line or even better yet. Having to go back and go inside to get you $17 whopper meal fixed and waiting another 20 minutes to get it fixed? Oh and don’t forget about the “it” taking your order making you feel like you’re the one who’s causing the inconvenience or doing something wrong? Well look no further my friend. Marysville BK must be run by the same people running Marysville school system. Edit 9/12/2021 somehow they’ve gotten worse. Edit8/2/2021. Still sucks. Constantly one of the worst BK I’ve ever been too. Service is slow, the kitchen is a mess, and the food is just not good. The bread is almost always stale, you can tell the burgers were cooked a long time ago and have been sitting. You can tell little care is put into putting them together. The fries are usually cold or lacking any salt. I love bk usually. Please improve.
