Everything was great. The food exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But we ate quickly and left because it was freezing in there.
Great place. I was so excited when I heard our town was getting a Panda Express. It’s one of my favorite take out places. The staff were all kind, the food was delicious. What more could I possibly say. Let’s see how it goes the next few months or so. Great idea getting more food options in marysville.
Excellent service. Adrianna (the manager) will happily help you in any and every way possible without any complaint. Wonderful service, cooked our food to order for us, and everyone was extremely kind. Highly recommend!

Service was over the top. *A manager saw my mother and coming in, she with a walker & I with a cane, he escorted us to a table to sit, gave us their paper menus and had a staff member take our orders- so we didn't have to stand through their very busy line. They were very busy. But their line moved quickly. They maintained the drive thru and the abundance of online orders, and tended the dining area, All staff maintained to be friendly, polite and courteous and kept smiles on their faces. EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE! They had just opened the Thursday before, this was on Tuesday! The Food was fantastic!

First time there. Came with some people who have been there before, vibe was amazing, service was great, food tasted amazing. The manager Emily, was super super sweet, very helpful and welcoming. She did an excellent job with the service and made my first time there very memorable. Will definitely be coming back!
Live panda 🐼 food always fresh and although sometimes portions may be shrinking, i.e. super greens may be down to only bocchoy, even if it's been in holding for a while they will prep fresh when asked. The only improvement might be to be more conscious as I made it clear I wanted the broccoli and chicken for my protein balance, and my bowl had little chicken and mostly mushrooms... he should have been more attentive to my protein comment... usually I stay at the prep area and instruct as they plate my food...but I was handed off to a barely present staff to check me out...she could care less about service she won't last long.

We even talked for a bit when I was at the window to get my food. Super personable dude. They should be looking for him to move up the ladder, if he is not already in a management position.
A co-worker introduced me to PExpress Marysville OH. He ordered and shared Chow Mixture noodles and egg rolls. All of it was very, very good. Nxt time I will add chicken to the chow mixture and 2 egg rolls. I found myself wanting more egg rolls. Still all was 5 Star! It was very tasty! Ty PE Marysville.

As long as you go in expecting Panda Express quality, you won't be disappointed. That spicy orange chicken is really tasty. I just wish the rice to entree ratio was more balanced.

"I ordered 2 entrees with fried rice. The fried rice was great; however, the two entrées (Sesame Chicken and Beijing Beef) I ordered had very little meat in them. They were mostly flour batter. I will give them a couple more chances, but if it's the same, I won't be back."
First time at the new Panda Express. I had a Bigger Plate with Kung Pao (decent), sesame chicken (below average), spring rolls (decent), and noodles (disappointing and flavorless). I was so hoping for more. Entree portions are smallish so a bigger plate with 3 entrees is not as much food as you would think but certainly plenty for me for dinner. I’ll try again since it’s new but Asian Fresh is a lot better.
On February 27th at about 5:00 p.m. ordered two plates to go. One took a little longer than the other so I had the opportunity to ask for plenty of duck sauce and mustard TWO TIMES. The cashier said that he put plenty of duck sauce and mustard in the bag, when we got home there were two packets of mustard and no duck sauce! BTW, THIS IS FOUR ENTREES AND TWO SIDES!
Been to this location 5 times now. The quantity of portions is inconsistent. First time I was here my plate was overflowing with rice and protein. Second time I got a modest amount of both. Third time I got a ton of meat and a cup of rice.This time I got a ton of rice. 6 pieces of orange chicken, 10 broccoli and 1 piece of beef. To clarify I always get a plate. That's 2 proteins and 1 side. Will probably wait awhile before coming back. Let them get their portions figured out.
Service slow. One person in line in front of me, but both workers spent 5 to 10 minutes chatting with her. Person in line after me gave up and left. Drive thru worker completed several orders. Portion size was cheap. Food was still good
Ordered in the drive thru. Wanted fried rice and they said it would be 5 minutes. So I decided to wait. I pay and they ask me to pull into the parking spot for the drive thru. After 15 mins, I have to walk in and get my food that's sitting on the counter bagged up. More than enough people working and only a handful inside. Food was barely warm when I got it home.
Walked into panda express at 10:09 today as they open at 10am. They had no food and told us it was going to be 20 mins before any food was ready. If you open at 10am I would think food should be ready to go instead of a half hour after you open 🤷♀️ Staff wasn't that friendly either
Mediocre quality of food, not very good. Lo mein is majority cabbage less noodles. Chicken is chewy. Worst part of all ordering from this place is the worst expreince. Your order won’t be prioritized and you will get your order late. Terrible service. They even have 5 employees working at once.
So………. Aside from they forgot not only the egg rolls in the bag they forgot an order of teriyaki chicken but oh,….. the lo-mein noodles taste of a freshly smoked Marlboro red!!!! The nicotine taste in the noodles ruined the entire meal. And not being able to reach anyone on the phone after calling numerous times was it for me. They’ll never see me there again. It stinks because I work in Hilliard and eat Panda often on Hilliard Rome. I live in North Lewisburg and will Never eat Panda in Marysville again 🤷♂️ very disappointing.
Cost to food ratio is very sad. You are better off going to one of the local Chinese restaurants. You get about half the food for the same cost as you would from local places and you are supporting local owners. Flavor is pretty good, customer service could be better especially being they just opened. Menu is very limited compared to local restaurants. I wouldn’t return
I literally got two measly pieces of chicken and a truckload of rice. Definitely not worth the money and the food tasted bland. After I got home I fired up a DiGiorno’s pizza. 5 stars for DiGiorno’s pizza.
Horrible customer service stood there for almost 6 minutes without any acknowledgement. Then she said a rude comment to her coworkers they laughed and told her to stop it Will not be back at this location. Looks like they were fully staffed but still a long wait for drive thur that I had to go in.
Updating to say I gave this location another try and so far they have gotten everything correct. Thank you for making this right. Since this locations opening I have tried ordering via their website twice and I have gone inside once and the drive thru once. The only time my order was correct was the time I went inside. Their website gave me an error message for my payment method (venmo) and prompted me to select a different method so I entered my debit card and submitted my order. I picked up my order, went home and see that BOTH payment methods were charged and successfully processed yet I only had one order at the time of pick up. I only wanted 1 order so that is why I didn't think there was an issue until after I got home. I tried calling during business hours more than once no one answered and they do not have a messaging system. $40 paid for a $20 and No one will answer via phone or email as of yet. I will update this if the issue is resolved after the weekend.

The dude that was there said we don’t have any fried rice it’s going to be five minutes. I thought how can you run an Asian themed place and not have fried rice ready for go. It took longer than five minutes and I ended up not eating. But waiting for my family to eat was the worst humiliated and hungry I just thought this place would be more ready. Management did not say anything they stated at each other. It’s minor but I counts to me when I am happy to eat here then get disappointed because they did not care for my patronage. I won’t come here again thanks panda signed embarrassed
This was a long time ago but my two friends went here when it first opened and both got food poisoning
We tried their food for the first time on opening day. I ordered the black pepper chicken and it was very greasy, loaded with vegetables that looked washed out, and very little chicken (only crumbs literally)! The food probably had flavor, but it was masked by all the grease! Will not order that again. Plus, they got my husband's order wrong. I know you just opened, so please pay attention to the complaints and make improvements or you will soon be out of business. Much later, we decided to give them another chance and it got even worse. My food was char-broiled and burnt to a crisp. Veggies were blackened and the food had a burnt taste all throughout. This restaurant cannot be depended upon for serving food that is eatable.
I just went through the pick up line and I ordered the bigger plate a chicken egg roll and a side of the honey walnut shrimp. At the menu, it said a side order of any meat was $3.60. Got to the window and my bill was $20.40 I asked the lady why it was so much and she said it’s because the shrimp got raised to six dollars and change I get my meal I drive home. I live over 15 minutes away from Marysville. I open up my meal to find that not only did she forget to put my chicken roll in, but she also forgot to put In my shrimp so essentially I paid almost 9 dollars extra for food that I didn’t even get that. I also questioned that the window I get home I’ve called nine times all it does is ring. No one ever answers the phone pathetic service pathetic pricing answer your phone when it rings. Horrible experience. Charge crazy price for shrimp and then don’t even give me the food
Just walked in 855 pm ask for lo mein noodles started scrapping the button all onion no noodles.. ask for new.. was told by both employees kitchen is closed... they are open til 10 pm .... wow... walked out. Places just don't care anymore...
I stopped by this location during their dinner hours to grab myself a meal on the way home. Ordered a bigger plate (3 entrees and a side) and an extra side of rice. Drove 30mins back to my place only then to realize they didn't give me my sauce packet for the teriyaki chicken. As well as missing half the rice in the bigger plate and one of the servings of orange chicken. Tried calling the location 5x but no one ever picked up. Don't know what the deal is but a very disappointing experience.
First time here. We ordered 2 plates, one being string bean chicken with super greens as the side. The other being beef and broccoli with a super greens side. Upon returning home with our food we discovered that what we actually got was string bean chicken and two sides of super greens. Tried calling the restaurant a few times and no answer. Not a convenient mistake and not a good first impression.
After driving through the maze they call a parking lot to find the drive-thru I was greeted at the speaker with a nice lady who asked if I wanted to save a panda I don't want to save a damn panda then another guy comes on the speaker and says they're closed which would be perfectly fine except for my mouth was watering because I seen that the sign said drive-thru open now as I lay here in bed hungry all I can think about is saving a panda and I would have saved it if you guys would have been open do better Panda Express do better
I went through the drive through today and ordered two meals but was charged for three. When I asked Victoria at the window to fix my order she proceeded to take my receipt then come back with it saying she credited me back but when I got home I was never credited back the food I never got and or ordered. I was asked by her go to the “customer pickup” spot and wait for my order as it had to be cooked. I waited over 15 mins then walked inside. Nobody knew what was going on and had no idea I was waiting for my food. Aka Victoria lied, didn’t run my credit and thought throwing me off to the side would be good enough. Not once would she look at me while I came inside and or offer an apology about waisting over 20-25 mins of my time inside and out. The manager assured me I’d get my refund. I still have yet to get my refund. I’d like a reply from management as I’ve tried calling into the restaurant over a dozen times now with no answer.
Ordered, cashier was rude and dismissive. Order was 100% wrong, egg rolls were flour tasting. Broccoli was raw and sweet, lo mein was over cooked. Would not recommend until a proper manager, cashiers and cooks are hired. But thats what you get with a chain restaurant.
You can forget about getting your food if you order it online or doordash. magically it disappears every time.
I went through the drive thru and ordered a large entree of honey walnut shrimp. When I got home I opened it up and it was only about half full.. not even enough to split between two people. Then I called the store FIVE TIMES with no answer. I see in the reviews this is a common occurrence.
I frequently this location and it is typically good however on this visit, it was very poor. When I arrived around 6:25pm there were many selections not ready. There were five entree selections not prepared or readily available and no egg rolls, no spring rolls also. I placed my carry out order among the entrees that were prepared and left with my food. After arriving home and I began to eat my meal and much to my surprise I found a large piece of a plastic bag in my chow main noodles. NASTY!
Food is mediocre at best. “Sides” were more of the entree than the actual entree. Tables were dirty, no napkins available. 5 employees and no initiative from anyone to work in the dining area. Glad my wife and I came in instead of the entire family.
Normally I have no problems here but today I did. I ordered some lo mein and upon trying to get ready to eat it grease/oil/whatever dripped all over my hand and my boyfriend’s pants. That’s disgusting.

I have order the bigger plate with orange chicken and white rice and every time I have order the chicken is still pink in the middle. I love how clean the place is but the food is just never fully cooked

Food is usually good but I grabbed a bigger cup for water since it’s hot outside and I’m working. Won’t stop here for lunch anymore. Guy tried to tell me a tiny cup that could hold two sips of water was the water cup after I already took the other cup. I can’t even drink anything but water, what’s the hostility for? Told him to keep his crap I’ll pay for water somewhere else rather than be treated like this.
