In a town of mostly mediocre diner food, Spicy Thai stands out as one of the best restaurants in Marysville. The food is consistently good and staff is always friendly. Be warned that the spice level is one step hotter than other Thai restaurants, which they will remind you of when ordering.

I have been to this new restaurant a few times, and I've got something different each time. Always good and satisfied with my order, definitely spicy (which I love), so if you don't, I would suggest ordering with mild or no spice, which is awesome that they offer you the choice.

This restaurant has quickly become one of my favorites! The food is always fresh and delicious. You get a decent portion for the price. Everytime I order pickup my food is still hot when I get there :) the staff is always friendly too! Love it!!

I was excited to get a Thai place so near by. The food was fresh and hot when it came out. Spice I would say that Thai peppers are hotter than you think. I really like spice and got mild +. I say their medium would be their hot. I will be a regular and if you love Thai food I recommend giving them a try.

They have moved back into the small space which used to be EggRoll Inn. Anyway food is always pretty good. Although there was only three tables seated service was extremely slow and we were very late getting back to work on our lunch hour. EXPECT to be there for an hour if you get apps and entrees.

We had this food quite a few times and my family loves the crab Rangoon. Today I was pretty disappointed in the almond chicken because of expecting a dif kind of almond chicken served w/lettuce, a brown gravy, green onions, almonds, and rice. The chicken was tender so if you like a teriyaki soy type sauce this is for you but it’s not my taste. My husband liked his curry a lot.

Friendly and professional staff. Dining area was very clean. Nice place. I ordered traditional fried rice with seafood, crab shrimp, and muscles. Spiced medium. $16.00 Fried rice 7.5/10 for flavor/looks. Seafood portions seemed small. Meal portion enough for two people with other sides added. Price is pretty average with the state of Michigan, I’ve been to several Thai places it’s all $16 for the exact order. The medium spice, okay so they claim that their food is hotter than most other Thai food restaurants l, that is incorrect. Medium spice at least with this meal made by the cook that made it, is like any dish with black pepper. Mild banana peppers are hotter than their medium, I was told they have mild medium hot extra hot, if you like hot food order it extra hot you will be fine. Might need to get it extra extra hot to be more Thai like. Portion size is about half what most other places give but being close to port Huron I guess we’re lucky to have it at all. I would recommend this place and I would order again.

Had a carry out on a Saturday night for four. Every dish lacked the protein that we paid extra for, I had the beef, my wife had the chicken,and our friends had beef and scallops, there were no scallops in her dish but she did get some shrimp. Very disappointed in the amount of protein products. Crab rangoons were very good as well as the spring rolls. Flavor was spot on, chief complaint would be the quantity of the protein portions. Plan on calling the manager today and giving them a heads up. I would try again.

I have been a Bangkok Cuisine Junkie for the past 30 years....I read everyones reviews before ordering here. I tried this place today and I ordered Pad Pak with Chicken, mild. I asked about their sauce at ordering and was assured it was the dark thai sauce. The portion was perfect and it came with white rice, 12.95. The spice is a lil over mild to be at Mild Level. The vegetables not so good, they were not fresh and crispy, the chicken was very very dry. My meal felt like Pepper Chicken with spice and I did not get the habenaros with the meal. The meal was mostly onions and peppers, 2 pieces of small broccoli, no carrots, 1 zuchinni, adequate bamboo shoots and water chestnuts, no mushrooms, no beans, no bean sprouts which is suppose to be there according to their menu. I asked for the napa to be left out. A few bamboo shoots looked like they were shared with "friends" prior to the order as there were cutouts in the pieces like circle and not straight edges. The gravy was pepper steak gravy with spice added and it was very watery.....it did taste like yesterdays leftovers. I ordered at 2:55pm and was told 15 minutes and it was ready at 3:10, staff was very friendly. Price per portion was spot on but this was not Thai Food this was Chinese with spice. When I get Thai food I look for the special veggies and the authentic thai sauce not just heat. Might try them again for fried rice

I have been coming ever since they opened and I absolutely love the food, that’s what keeps me coming back however the lack of professionalism is getting harder to ignore. The manager is is sweat pants rolled up above the knee with a beanie cap on running around bringing out the to go orders while the waitress had her hair down in skin tight yoga pants with hair all over her shirt. I love this place and I think that they would benefit greatly with some professional work attire. I don’t want to see this place go anywhere but I did hear many tables speaking of the same thing that I am saying while I was dining in.

Used to go to the one in richmond but the quality and cleanliness has gone way down hill so I thought I would come to the marysville location since ive visited before and was in the area (i came from Bloomfield so long distance). The front staff is always smoking outside (tall white guy with the glasses and tall girl with dark hair skinny) when there are customers. Orders taking way too long and the place looks dirty. Floors are dirty, doesnt look like its been swept, glass door is unclean, and the bathroom... Wow. Do not go in there if you want to keep you appetite. If the owner was in, I wouldve complained directly. Someone needs to call the health inspector on this place because if the staff cant clean up, I cant imagine what the kitchen looks like. The food was good though. I will not be coming back based off the cleanliness and unprofessional staff. This place is not busy enough to neglect customers or cleanliness.

Extremely disappointed. This place used to be fantastic but since they have gotten bigger, they have gone down hill. Ordered takeout for lunch, for what you pay, the takeout size is extremely small. I ordered a Pad Thai and received no peanuts or sauce. I called back due to having limited time on my lunch to just pick up. I was told that per policy, I would have to bring it back in for refund or remake. I advised that I am at work and unable to come back until after 5. They said they will not do anything until then. So I am expected to not eat my overpriced lunch that I paid for. I am so beyond disappointed in their lack of customer service. I will never be giving them my patronage again. At this point, I most likely won’t even go back for a refund, as they told me they didn’t even know if the manager would be in today at all.
