This was the first time I stopped at this location, as it's out of my general area where I grab food from normally.. I stopped in to just grab a quick sandwich the other day, and while there found out that the owner herself was the one who served me.. I found her to be super kind, and it was honestly the best subway sandwich I'd ever received from the chain!.. I'll definitely make sure to stop by more often!.. Thank you!..

The man working there tonight was there all alone on a Saturday, one of the most busy days of the week for food chains. He was amazing with his customer service, dealing solo with a horde of customers, and to be honest he deserves more recognition. Hes able to staff an entire store on his own. Give that guy a promotion.

The two gentlemen working were absolutely amazing!!! They had great attitudes, they were polite and personable. They also made everything perfect...I wish the Subways where I live had great employees like this one!!! Thank you so much for everything :)

Probably the best Subway in the area. The workers are great. I could tell they were a little short staffed today so the wait was a bit long. I didn't have a problem with that at all. Going here is always a good experience for me no matter how long it takes. I think they could either use some help or the two people working tonight could use a nice raise.

This place is not busy at all, which is crazy considering the fact it used to be busy when I was a kid. Food is great, lots of sauces and spices are available on the subs, can be your choice. Of course. I would recommend getting a sauce or spice on your sub because it makes it really good! Vingeratte and parmesan are two of my favorites. Service is amazing, usually there's only one or two people working here, (I imagine they may be hiring more people), but these people are very high trained because they always get orders done speedy quick. Place is super clean, very good seating if you like eating inside.

Probably the best Subway in the area. The workers are great. I could tell they were a little short staffed today so the wait was a bit long. I didn't have a problem with that at all. I loved the service I got from both of the workers at the time. Ellie put Are warm subs and cold ones together and many more. Also the other worker working with her was amazing.They also cleaned and washed everything. I did not have a good tip to give them. I wish I did.

I ordered a BLT 12" sub. I was given a 12" BMT. I'm not happy with this order. The sub was delicious and yes I did eat the sub. I don't think i will ever order again online. This place couldn't even get my sub right. What's on my order isn't in my sandwich. BLT not a BMT

I like the new ownership, but on Halloween it wasn't stated on the internet that they were closing early nor was there a sign on the door saying that they were closing early for Halloween when I showed up at 7:30, driving out my way. At least it would have been courteous to put a sign on the door. The person that told me rolled her eyes, like I was dumb for asking. Upsetting, because I was really happy with the new ownership.

I ordered a breakfast sub, i show up, and she tells me she tried calling me (she didnt) and to say they dont make breakfast subs anymore, there. Then she tells me she cant refund it because it was through the app, either, and tells me the site to go to. Except the site gives a connection error when you try to process whatever issue you typed up, every time. For the last few days. So apparently I paid for a sub they don't make. Awesome. Thanks subway. Thankfully, Jimmy John's is down the road from this one, so it's very easy to switch to someone else. But buyers beware, don't bother using the app if you even decide to buy from here. They didn't even have one of the standard cheeses there, and it was only an hour after opening. Wild.

Past reviews are no longer accurate. I know because I left them a great one over a year ago. Since then the owners have become stingy. Meat portions are half of what they used to be over a year ago, and they only allow one refill. So a customer that likes to buy a small drink and get two refills will be out of luck here. Needless to say, I won’t be back. There are other subways out there with different owners than this one, that aren’t so stingy.

Hi DoorDash in order and on my DoorDash order I asked for certain vegetables on my thing well according to them it did not come through and the guy wanted to argue with me about it and I am allergic to bacon so I put in there no bacon and they gave me bacon so I spent like $20 to get my food delivered to me and I cannot even eat it. And then when I tried to call the store back and they refused to answer. And then the boy that I dealt with on the phone was very rude to me and then I asked to speak to a manager and he told me there was no manager and then I asked him for his name and then I will be calling the manager tomorrow he was so rude

It’s January first, hours are confirmed online for New Year’s Day. We placed a mobile order for our food, come to the store to see the open sign is off (but they’re still taking orders so they’re stealing from people?) and this guy who is clearly on something, clearly, comes out of the store and said “we’re closed, I just voided your mobile order, go back to your car” and waved us away with such an attitude. We did drive past around noon to seeing the open sign off, but they were supposed to be open at this point so it makes me question if this guy was in the back just doing nothing all day and refusing to do his job, which is certainly what it seems to of been.

Went in today to pick up my sub that i ordered online they charged my bank but said they never received my order. I showed them my confirmation that they had charged my account with the store number attached to the email still refused to make my sub or to just refund my money. The girl working the owners daughter was very rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to someone else due to how she was treating me and she refused to call the manger or to give me any names or to make my sub.

Terrible management everytime I go in the store it’s a bunch of middle aged women cussing swearing acting completely unprofessional. None of them know what they’re ever doing always out of product and no one there at this store wears hair nets. Found hair in the food and the “owner”/ manager acted ignorant about it over the phone like a snob.

Will never order from this location again. Ordered 2 ultimate meat subs showed they were ready for pick up at 6:30. Had to wait almost another 30 minutes when I got there as they weren't even started yet. Whole purpose of ordering a head is to not have to wait, after a long day I was needing something quick to get home and relax finally. They need to hire more people, the elderly lady and not much younger lady were not keeping up with their online orders and in store customers. There was a younger guy they didn't have doing anything...he looked like he wanted to help at least. Needless to say got home and neither subs were correct, both had turkey and roast beef on them which are not part of this sub at all and were not ordered as add ons...toppings were missing, they were toasted and weren't supposed to be. Never again, owner needs to hire competent people apparently....

At this location, the workers are uneducated on the products and the prices. They're always out of some kind of vegetable and they always try to overcharge you for adding a meat like bacon or pepperoni compared to the prices on the app because either they don't pay attention and hit the button for the wrong meat or they are taught to do that. I've caught them a few times doing this. I won't be going back to this terrible location.

The last 5 times I've ordered. I've got someone's elses order for pickup with my name on it. Also another time, placed a pickup, my food wasn't made when it said it was going to be ready (20-30 minutes after.) and on top of that, you ask for sauce on the side, and not the sub. They put it on the sub and none on the side. The worst subway I've ever been too and won't ever be back.

My food was ready for pickup at 2:20pm I got there at 2:18 pm no one was even working on my order. Standing there while the girl start my order, the second I leave out she stop my order and start working on another customer order. My order didn’t get done until 2:35pm because she still had forgotten something else to my order. I’ll never buy there again.
