It was nice and toasty inside while it was cold outside, so that was nice. When you order to dine in, you have to use the kiosk and the one closer to the door doesn't accept payment.

Decently clean store and the menu rework looks promising. But as a dasher, having staff repeatedly stare you in the eyes as they walk past and refusing to say anything knowing by the bags I was there for 2 pickups. 20 min later still ignored by staff as I stood at the counter and my order getting cold on the side out of reach. This is not how you treat people trying to get your product hot and fresh to your customers.

Not great for a first time visit, this was a later at night visit I tried to get a fiesta pack, this was my first time, was in drive thru line 35 minutes, get to the window she tells me she can't click the fiesta pack button so she would have to charge me for each individual item, not knowing what that would be and not having the food before I wasn't sure, I asked a couple questions for her to tell me please understand I'm the only one in the kitchen, I understand short staff but I waited patiently all that time to feel pressure by the cook like she didn't want to deal with it, Then train the one standing at the window to help or call a manager in to assist, don't pressure me after I waited, so I only got a few items, I didn't want to waste money on food I haven't had. It was okay nothing to WOW me to come back, bit disappointed

3 stars mostly because the place was filthy, the floors were so sticky you could see your shoe prints. The only napkins and sauce in the place is up at the register just a heads up. Thought the tostada for $1.79 had beef on it, it doesn't just a LOT of refried beans. Oh and not sure what's going on in the urinal picture so gross.

Horrible del taco,I keep giving them chances when I DoorDash but they mess up everytime,then when they do mess up they never wanna answer the phone.i ask for 30 sauces bc I know if I don’t I get none.but even when I do I still get like 3-5.ill order again just to get a little bit more sauce..today I didn’t get the sauce I wanted and not even enough at that so I ordered something small and some sauces…and you can Alr guess that it didn’t go well…my dasher informed me that they gave him problems and tried not to give him the sauce but they ended up giving it to him..get this dem taco in check this isn’t even funny anymore.

They had forgotten my son's quesadilla. And my wife's queso. Apparently he was missed on the order when I said it going through the drive-thru. Not to mention the fact that the food was not appetizing and ended up throwing most of it away.

Worst fast food in the area. About once a year we go back hoping maybe it won’t be terrible again, but this location never disappoints on their consistent level of disappointment.

Horrible attitude and did not complete your orders right. They did more talking to eachother than make sure the orders are correct 🤦🏻‍♀️

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Got Del Taco for the First time ever, through Door Dash.... some things were missing! The soft Taco shells, fell apart ...every bite.... Fell apart .... I ordered *add sour cream and...it wasn't added! Food was Cold! The nachos.... for some reason all the toppings ended up in one corner of the box,over a few chips that got soggy. It was Bad! Just bad! 👎

I am a door Dasher. I got pinged for a pickup. While waiting. The person refused to acknowledge me. Over 10 minutes and as I was about to cancel the order I got a 2nd ping. Still he refused to give me the orders. I can see one bag behind the counter. I got negative marks and kicked because you lazy employee refused to even talk to me about the order. As an EX General Manager of a business. I would have fired him on the spot. You all need to re train your staff. This costs me time and money and rating. I am a platinum driver and value customer service. It's offensive that I get negative marks due to your incompetence.

Worse del taco I've ever been to. Staff doesn't feel the need to be friendly or urgent at taking your order. Food was disgusting oily hard taco shells and were all broken when I got home. I understand that you don't like your job but then get a new one then and let someone who cars take it. Won't ever go back will only got to the Warren location on Hoover way better service and food. I hope the owner sees this and fires everyone and gets more friendly and honest people.

I brought my mom here for lunch, we'd never had it before, and neither of us are very picky, but this is the worst fast food place I've ever had. Both of our foods tasted like nothing. We kept putting different sauces on and still it tasted like wet bread if anything. The only positive was the iced coffee my mom got that was genuinely good.

workers at 12:05 am on november 16th said “we’re down for maintenance” and then we stated we had already had a mobile order that has gone through, he said “i was just playing”… investigate the lazy workers asap because if they’re that incompetent to take orders, they’re definitely not competent to practice standard sanitation.

Very rude Manger and employees. Could not break a 100.00 during lunch service and Could not even apologize. I said I guess I don't eat and the employee said not my problem. Ill never eat there again, bad customer service

I had to order using the kiosk and paid with my card. When the food was brought to me I asked if I could have a cup for water. The lady said it would be 27 cents. I didn't have any cash or change on me. So I didn't get any water. Seems very petty.

This is just ridiculous. Went to take a bite out of my burrito and this stringy plastic fiber in the middle of my burrito. I am just disgusted. Do better and please don’t eat here.

The Queso Nachos literally have to be the worst nachos I've had in all my 43 years on this earth! And nachos are a very loose term when describing these because there is VERY LITTLE actual queso even on these things! As you can see from my pics the steak and cheese are minimal at best. The "nachos," instead are mostly just beans which you can see when I pulled them all off on my second pic! I paid $10.99 for beans and chips that were called nachos with like four or five little chunks of steak smh. Also got 2 of the shredded beef birria tacos to try because I LOVED them when Taco Bell had them but couldn't get them there since they discontinued them but Del Taco's were nowhere near up to par, Taco Bell's were WAYYYYYY better! All in all my entire meal from them was beyond forgettable, wish I would've just gone to Taco Bell 🤦🏾‍♀️

The lady who worked there was rude and very impatient with us ordering so wasn’t pleased with the service. On another note we ordered the two queso nachos and what in the world did they try to feed us old beans, definitely won’t be coming back!
