I had ordered for pickup on the app for a Thursday so my experience may be a little different but the food I got was still good overall and not bad for the price at all. In fact, I feel BWW has always been one of the more affordable wing restaurants especially for more of a sit down restaurant and you can find really good deals on the app with BOGO and discounts. I got a really good deal of 24 boneless for only $10. From what I saw, the front desk was empty for a couple minutes when I arrived and the food took a little bit more of a wait than I expected to get out (about 20-30 mins). I did like the added feature of napkins, utensils, and towelettes that were available for everyone. Overall really good and affordable wings if you can get the right deals and nice place for a late night hangout/ sports bar place w the boys. Really recommend the garlic parm and other lower spice flavors as they taste the best IMO.

I have frequented B-dubs since they have existed in lower Michigan. Over time the chicken quality has gone up and down BUT the signature sauces have always stayed GREAT! Prices are very high for buffalo wings and sides, but many other restaurants have followed suit with higher prices for wings. Staff is usually friendly here. Food always comes out hot. Always sports on the many TVs to entertain you including fights.

This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever visited. As someone who frequents all locations for drinks and sports. They always cut you off after 2 drinks, per "their liquor policy" …

The food has been getting smaller over the years. It's kind of hit or miss. It's usually great if you dine in, but take out can be a little disappointing. Sometimes I'm not sure how some of the food passes inspection.

Very few tables were occupied, waited over ten minutes before I was even greeted while waiting at the ToGo counter for an order of fries. Normally I'm fine with a wait if it's necessary. But there were four different servers all if which had looked over my way, one even a few times. Not a single one said hello, or we will be right with you or even acknowledge my presence other then looking at me. Not very welcoming.

I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my meal here. The service here was terrible. It took 3 different people to serve us our food and even then it took an exponential amount of time. It took my group asking to even get napkins and silverware.

I have gone to the Troy, MI location twice in the last week. The first time I had boneless wings and it’s like they poured the sauce over the wings right before I got there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again tonight. I had boneless wings and the amount of sauce on my wings made the carry out container soggy. All the take out workers were playin on their phone instead of helping people. This was my last strike for this location. It is a shame bc I love the place but it has gone down hill drastically over a small period of time.

I hate to write a bad review but even Stevie wonder could’ve gave me better service. The manager was awesome and I wish he was our server. It took 4 different people to serve us our food. There were four other tables yet we were there for an hour and a half. Our sauces were barely full and were forgotten or wrong. It took forever to get a refill and our boxes after the meal. It took 15 minutes after getting our food to get our sauces that were ordered with the food. We also got no silverware or napkins until we asked. The food was amazing however which is the only reason this has any stars. I wish I could give it zero. Also the bathrooms are not clearly marked.

We are in town for a hockey tournament and been at games all day. We had ordered DoorDash from this location, and literally 50% of our order was screwed up. Wrong sauces, wrong size for items, missing items.. you name it, they screwed it up. Upon calling and asking for a refund, they won’t refund you because “they can’t.” Told me that I had to go to DoorDash.. well, with a starving family that’s been running around to different rinks all day.. we had devoured our food. DoorDash requires pictures apparently which we now have no evidence of. Spent almost $100 on food to only receive $40 dollars of it.. best part is.. there was a HAIR at the bottom of my son’s meal. Thanks for ruining our night, Buffalo Wild Wings of Troy. Oh.. they also can’t get your order right when you eat there. Gave this place a second chance.. left still disappointed.

Placed a to-go order (6 piece/fries ) 30 min before heading to the restaurant. Was ignored by staff could not get help for over 20 min. Went to the bar lady made eye contact and ignored me. Waited up front some more -still ignored. Went back to the bar girl seemed mad I interrupted her flirting with bar top to ask for help. Staff seemed too busy talking in the back to engage with customers I guess

This location cannot handle carry out orders on game days. I waited 10 minutes at the carry out counter before anyone showed up to help. My order was finally brought out to me 25 minutes after it was promised. My suggestion is that this location should shut down online carry out orders if they can’t handle it.

This is apparently $9.99 worth of fried pickles. This appears to be a singular pickle that they are charging $10 for. Absolutely absurd. They should be embarrassed to do things like this. Never going back again, are you kidding? They even forgot to give me the dipping sauce for the pickles. Pathetic excuse for a Buffalo Wild Wings.

Ordered lunch at a whopping $32.00 half my order is missing, I don’t understand why the staff isn’t checking these orders I have to work 12 hours without food I paid, the owner needs to understand in today’s economy, things like this isn’t acceptablethey didn’t even check the order and sent me old chips no salsa, no veggies, no dipping sauce and no utensils and I work in a warehouse 😒 thanks for wasting my money & time

If I could rate ZERO, I would, I am in the industry and I have experienced for the 3rd time the worst service I have ever had from the bartender JAILEIGH. No smile, just plain out rude. I would highly recommend to stay away! Barley even spoke to us, had to go through other people just to get what we needed. Smh! TERRIBLE

Me and my boyfriend went on a Saturday around 5:30-6pm. Got a booth right away, they were not slow but not busy. Our waitress Emily started off with a mean mug on her face. We had got silver wear that was dirty so we asked for plastic and had to ask for straws. We got an appetizer of fried pickles and asked for ranch. Order 20 boneless wings, fries and celery and asked for multiple ranch. The order of pickles come out with no ranch. I asked for a side of ranch and she made it seem like it was an issue. Then our entree of 20 wings and fries come out with one single ranch. Of course I asked for more as if I didn’t ask when I ordered it. But 20 wings with one ranch? Come on now. Never got any refills. Don’t know if she was doing that on purpose but my visit tonight was very unpleasant. I’m never the type to leave reviews but today’s service was awful. I been to this location plenty of times but I think this experience draws the line for me.

Stores hours says open to 11:00 pm. Called at 10:25 pm phone rang 20 times., no one answered. Walked in 10:35 waiting at carry out, 2 two people already in there waiting. They said for 5 minutes or more and no one even acknowledged them. I seen several people on the floor at the registers clearing tables doing various things and no one bothered to acknowledge three of us at the carryout. Three of us at the carryout I walked back to the kitchen and confronted a young lady and asked her if they were going to take our orders and she said no. I asked why not because they say they don't close until 11:00 and she just said that they're not serving anymore. The restaurant was not that busy. There was a lot of empty seats. I don't understand why you're posting hours that open till 11:00 and won't serve us. I'm very disappointed in this place and the people that work there they could have at least came over and acknowledged us and said something instead of forcing me to go back there and chase them down.
