It’s a standard Starbucks but, the staff was friendly and did not seem bothered that you came in. I also like that they have the sweeteners, straws, stirrers etc… out where you can get them, not like so many Starbucks where it’s all behind the counter and they act annoyed when you ask for them. If they just start putting the heavy cream back out at the self serve bar I would give them 5+ stars. Lol Overall this is one of the nicer Starbucks I have been to.

Staff is Quick with orders and very friendly. Long lines But fast Service. The place is well organized and well stocked. Everyone seemed happy and worked great together. Plenty of space to enjoy your Drinks and meals, if you choose to stay. Plenty of safe distancing and sanitizer available at counter if needed. Place was Super Clean.. Tables spaced apart for comfort. There is a NICE Area Outside to enjoy the Morning Breeze or Afternoon Sun.

I just want to say why are all the employees that work at Starbucks are so rude and they just stand and look at you with a dumb look. And don't ackowledge you and let you stand there for about 5-10 minutes before they say anything. All Starbucks are like that

My orders are always made perfect or close to it to where I have no complaints, today I stopped by and ordered two drinks off the featured menu, unfortunately it wasn’t what I expected I did notice my Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk was a bit lighter than usual but I didn’t think all I would taste was only milk 😔, the Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte was way too dark as if they had added double the espresso shots. But it wasn’t until I was home that we noticed the taste wasn’t great. Their service is always a 10/10 for me so I have no complaints there.

Always packed if you’re here on weekends. Too long to wait for anything! So for weekends (especially on long weekend holidays) the best is to get your drinks etc from another Starbucks before you go to the outlets for your shopping. It’s not busy on week days. They do make mistakes with orders sometimes. So do check what you have received before you leave the store.

Absolutely did not need the unwanted energy of an employee here. I came in a good mood trying to start my day off with coffee and I had a lady with ginger hair at my window who’s was extremely rude with her tone and the way she carried herself. This was at 7:59 am, please fix how employees practice customer it can ruin someone’s entire day. Thank you

I have been to this particular Starbucks twice in each time my latte was just awful! But the staff is really nice.

Me and one more person in the store and not once have i been asked anything standing here at the counter. I have been standing here for 14 minutes exactly. Only thing i was to told by an employee was "watch out i need to get over there".

Disappointing Visit: Poor Service and Under-Filled Drink ​Rating: 2/5 Stars (Needs Major Improvement) ​I visited this Starbucks location recently for a mobile order pickup and was extremely disappointed with the overall service and product quality. ​First, the staff seemed overwhelmed and actively ignored customers waiting for pre-ordered items. While I understand busy periods, a basic acknowledgement goes a long way. Customers who utilize the mobile app for convenience should not be left standing in limbo, feeling invisible, while staff focuses solely on drive-thru or in-store orders. The lack of organization around the pickup area created an unnecessary bottleneck. ​Second, the quality control was clearly lacking. My specific order, a Venti Iced Caramel Brûlée Latte, was visibly under-filled. For a premium-priced, Venti-sized drink, receiving a beverage that is not filled to capacity is unacceptable and feels like a waste. ​Both the poor customer acknowledgment and the failure to correctly fill the drink to standard demonstrated a significant lapse in operational standards at this location. I was left entirely unsatisfied with this visit and hope the management addresses these critical issues immediately.

Way to Vacay

Our iced latte was practically white, and after my husband tasted it and I brought it to their attention that it needed another shot (probably more) they charged me for the additional shot. It was visibly incorrect. My hot latte was weak as well. We go to Starbucks for consistency. And we are avid Starbucks customers and my husband pulls espresso shots at home . Note to employees…. Don’t pull shots through used espresso:( makes for weak coffee. Plus I tipped y’all:(

The main reason why i order online is my social anxiety, told the woman on the speaker that i had a drive thru pickup order , she says ok go ahead and pull around. Get to the window and the woman is just looking at me , so im like “do i show u my order or?” She says “it looks like u missed our speaker box” i said “no the woman told me to pull around” she gives me a weird look like i was wrong… but anyways my drink didnt have choco drizzle like the pic 😭😭 but besides that, i will stick to the other Starbucks , this little encounter made me not want to go back

i don’t usually go to this starbucks and they for sure gave me a reason to not come back. the staff was very passive. definitely not coming back to this location

This sucks! I ordered door dash and when I got my Iced Matcha Grande it was filled a little more than half way! The rest they just filled with cream foam to make it look full! Very disappointed because I don’t order from Starbucks often but the time I do this happens.

Ordered online and went to pick up. My husbands was made right. Mine, however, had none of the flavoring. The barista didn’t put any of the vanilla in there. Just espresso and sweet cream. Usually I wouldn’t complain but for how much a coffee is plus getting charged extra for the extra vanilla I like that I didn’t get….
