I had an awesome experience at Pluckers, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Alex. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. He knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure our drinks and food were always topped off and perfect. Alex had a great attitude the whole time — super patient, upbeat, and checked on us regularly without being overbearing. It’s rare to get service that’s both efficient and genuinely kind, but Alex nailed it. He made the whole visit better with his energy and professionalism. If you’re going to Pluckers, I hope you get Alex as your server — he’s a standout! 👏

OH MY GOSH!! My experience tonight at this Pluckers Location was truly magical. The only reason it was magical was our amazing server Alex!! He was valid!! He continuously made sure our needs were met and hyped us up while we played trivia! The food was bomb, the service was bomb, and the atmosphere was even more bomb! #sanmo #motherpluckers

Hannah was pleasant attentive and polite. The wings are awesome like always and the beer ice cold!

Always a great place. Plucker's Club gave us a free birthday dinner! Connor the bartender was right on time service and a smile. So yummy.

As a Pluckers Club Member, I am very disappointed in my recent experience at this location. We stopped here on our way home from New Braunfels. The wait time listed online was not accurate at all. Once we got sat, we realized it was very loud inside. There was a game being played which was totally fine but the least they can do is lower the volume or play music during commercials. It was so loud I could not think. We saw several people getting sat and asking to be sat outside because of how loud it was. The people I was with were okay with it because they preferred air conditioned vs sitting outside. Our food came out relatively fast. My sis complained that she had only gotten 2 flats out of 10 and when I looked down at my plate I realized I literally had ZERO flats. Out of 10 wings, all were drums. Flats are my favorite so I was quite disappointed. When I brought it up to our server (Eliana), she basically just stared at me and said okay. She offered no solution. I was basically stuck with all drums which were overcooked and dry. I ended up trading flats with the people I was with as they felt bad for me. For the price we pay at Pluckers, I would expect them to provide both flats & drums and better customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

I usually enjoy Pluckers, but this visit was disappointing. I found a piece of sponge in my queso, which was pretty off-putting. Mistakes happen, but it definitely affected the experience. The staff wasn’t rude, but the service felt a bit indifferent and slow—not terrible, but not great either. I hope this was just a one-time fluke, but it left me hesitant to come back anytime soon.

What a joke. Be prepared to cash out your 401K or sell your first born to pay for a dinner for 2. If you order by noon you might get your food before dark. Wings were okay. Fries were cold and soggy. They have good drink specials but cut you off after a few drinks so what's the point. Save your money. Dont come here.

I went here on a Friday night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After being seated, no one approached our table for about 15 minutes—not to introduce themselves, not to offer drinks, nothing. The staff was all around, and we felt completely ignored. It had already been a long day, and my wife and baby weren’t feeling well. We just wanted to get some food quickly and head home. Instead, I had to stop a waitress who was passing by just to ask if we could place an order. By the time anything started moving, my wife and baby ended up waiting in the car because we had already been there so long without service. I eventually asked for the check and requested the food to go. When I asked to speak to the manager, the only solution offered was a couple of drinks to go—as if that made up for how poorly we were treated and how much time was wasted. We left in a hurry because I couldn’t believe how badly my family and I were treated. I would not recommend coming here with your family if you expect timely service or basic attention. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I rarely give one stars. But when you waiting over 40min for an appetizer & drink & it comes back burnt. Food was cold, drink was sitting at the bar for over 20 minutes. Save your money & go to pluckers in South Park Meadows.

This place is terrible. We walked in and first thing that hit me was the smell of rancid cooking oil. Looked around and the place is in desperate need of a deep clean. Should of been my first red flag to walk out. The food was bad also. The bread on my sandwich was stale and the fries were barely even warm. I sent it back. My wife only ate some of hers because she was so hungry. They offered to remake mine it but I declined. I will never go back.

Service was not good, I asked for my salad before my meal I did not get it until after my food and that’s only cause I had to ask. I asked for no cabbage and there was cabbage. I asked for extra wet wings and this looks like extra dry wings. My server never checked up on us after she took our order. We were ready to go for a long time and nobody came to bring us our check. The worst part was the patio outside was not even busy so I don’t understand why the service was so bad.

1 star due to the fact that my drink had so much pulp and didn’t taste like mango 😭 also we could not use 1 per person for out 5 free wings. Additionally, our server took forever with our order, extra plates and ranch. I had to asked another server, but not to mention they only give you one ranch at a time 🫩 it was very chaotic and crammed too. People passing by me and bumping my elbow. The only good thing was the holy mac. The mozzarella cheese was cold. I waited so long for plates and ranch that my food got cold. It looked like the server could only work with half their system (toast) because some of their devices were not working. Also the servers looked overwhelmed.

If you order take out, save the time, trip back and bad service. Check your order before you leave! I picked up, went home to find half my order missing. Drove back and they confirmed it was wrong. Hostess said she would get the manager but instead he sent one of the girls to handle the situation . The girl then said they would remake it, I told her I would just dine in instead as I was starving. They brought my food out with the correct wings however the fries were cold! They basically just transferred the old fries from the initial order which by this time, they were old and stale. I wanted to have a word with the manager for some constructive feedback but I noticed he was trying to avoid me. Im not the type to complain but I was hoping he would come over and apologize for the whole ordeal like any other establishment would but I guess it was none of his concern. Half way through my meal another girl comes and asks if I could move to the bar so that she can sit a party of 5 where I was at. There was 7 tables available all around me! I was so displeased and had enough that I just got up and told her, “Ill just go ahead and leave” and she replied “thats fine too”. I love pluckers and never had a bad experience but today changed everything….the management and leadership is lacking. Hopefully this turns around.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with the servers at the bar. I was alone and just felt like I was ignored everytime I tried to order for food and had questions. I know it’s loud but I just felt like I was ignored due to bigger groups around me getting more attention on the bar. Food was great tho. Wait time wasnt took long about 40 min for a 5 piece.
