Went in today (9/25 8:30pm) for the first time and my waitress Liliana was AWSOME!! I wasn't sure what to get, so i asked for suggestions.. She spoke highly of the food and mentioned a few items, so i asked if she could get me something good.. (""SURPRISE ME"")....SHE DELIVERED!!!! Man was it good.. THANK YOU LILIANA!! You are an outstanding and very humble server!!!

Wow, still amazing, eating my leftovers here in Arlington, Texas now! Wonderful waitress - remind her to try the Peking duck! Thank y'all for wonderful food, service and a great atmosphere! We were so thankful to visit again... it had been at least 7+ years and, wow, the exact excellent quality all around!!!! If you visit San Marcos, you absolutely need to eat at Wok and Roll - still a legend!!!!

The vibes and service here were immaculate!! I went w with some friends for dinner, and their portions were so generous. We were able to take food home ! The server was super helpful and sweet !! Very attentive, and the wait wasn't long at all! All of our dishes came so amazing 👏🏽 🤩 I'll always be back!!

Great atmosphere! Food was delicious. Came to the outlets and looked up places and this was recommended to us. Plates to try: #1- Walnut Shrimp #2- Peking Duck #3- General Tso’s All were so delicious. We also had the beef flat noodles, Cali sushi roll, and pork dumplings which were so good! Our server, Newsha was amazing! Will definitely come back!

Overall this is one of the best Chinese and Sushi places in San Marcos. The Peking duck dish is so delicious and fillings. Come again for sure. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable about their menu and answer your question. Highly recommend it to visitors and local Chinese food lovers.

Best kept secret for date night! Cleanest place we have ever gone to. Impeccable service, 11.99 for orange chicken that you will be eating for this meal and two more! Tons of food and huge portions! And the details...Tiny cuts on my cucumbers, true 45 degree cut straws, booths that make your table feel like no one else is there, presentation of the food, the ambiance, etc. We actually love going here and exploring new dishes all the time. Hawaiian rice is to die for! Whomever writes negative reviews here are pathetic, lying, trolls who just want to scam this beautiful restaurant out of food. San Marcos is full of those types of freebie f*s. We have seen them. This is FIVE STARS ALL DAY LONG!!!!

My family and I loved this place. It's a little small but the decor is very nice and well lit. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious. I got the general tso's chicken and it is crunchy, with a light heat. However you can ask them to add more heat to it if you would like it spicier. The hot and sour soup is very filling, but maybe need a little more heat. The sesame chicken has a really nice flavor. Price-wise is reasonably priced. And has an amazing buffet options especially if you enjoy sushi. We will definitely be going back.

This is my go-to Chinese food place in San Marcos and most of their food is pretty solid, but they recently changed their crab rangoon recipe to have not enough cream cheese and added mozzarella or something and now they are dry and kinda gross. Please please please go back to the normal recipe or at least add a lot more of the normal filling.

Hot food is good, but sushi has some issues, including super-chewy seaweed that I had to leave on the plate. After 3 visits I’m likely to look elsewhere for good sushi rolls.

What an unexpected jewel to find in San Marcos! The food was very fresh, delicious, and we will be revisiting. I love the fried rice, I ordered it with extra vegetables and it was very fresh and delicious. They even have cheeseburgers for the kids, they were tasty. We had the pan fried dumplings, absolutely delicious. This place actually serves salt and pepper wings which I love! The salt and pepper shrimp was very light fresh lightly battered and delicious. We also had the soup and eggrolls. This is definitely a place you would want to visit if you’re anywhere near, the Austin or San Antonio area or new Braunfels. Absolutely delicious. You will enjoy.

I can't speak to the service or food. I'm sure it is great. Unfortunately, we didn't even make it to the door. As soon as we open the door to our car we smelled marijuana from the cannabis shop right next door. We decided to go somewhere else because we can't stand the smell of the marijuana while we eat.

I ordered the salt pepper shrimp and I was extremely disappointed. The shrimp were so greasy and some weren’t deveined. I tried removing the breading from the shrimp to make them tolerable as I was very hungry. But I still couldn’t enjoy it because it was still very greasy. The fried rice and egg roll weren’t hot and seemed like they’d been sitting for a while. Would give 0 stars for the food if I could.
